XL chips overpriced for what you get. Got a chicken schnitzel and it was overcooked. Salad had remnants of gravy on it, which costs extra. Wondering if someone didn't eat their salad and they slid it onto my plate. Or weren't happy with their meal and they re cooked the chicken

Finally a fish and chip shop that has proper fresh local fish to eat rather than hoki, bassa or ling. Snapper was super fresh and good size, the fish bites for my kids were huge and tasty. Highly recommend.

Battered fish borderline undercooked. Like almost.
Tomato sauce should always be free. That’s the Aussie thing to do. More than happy to pay for other sauces but not for tomato sauce. The lady at the register was lovely.

Just read a review from another customer about the very poor attitude of the manager.
I went today and there were two lovely young ladies obviously starting work.
I can deal with undercooked, overpriced fish. Couldn’t care less…but what I cannot tolerate is a manager berating and belittling staff in such a manner. He was truly awful to them, bordering on bullying and I really hope someone makes him accountable for such behaviour.
Those poor girls, I hope they go on to find employment with someone who respects and appreciates their efforts, whilst teaching them the ropes in a kind manner.
And another tip, it’s not a good look to bag your opposition in public like that. You never know who is listening and it’s just a tacky look. If I were him, I’d be concentrating on improving my own business.

Kids fish was good. Kids chicken nuggets were good. Chicken burger was nice. Meal for 1(seafood basket) was apart from the fish being well undercooked. I couldn't eat it and got a refund. Pretty slack for a seafood named shop to not cook fish properly.

If i could give a zero I would. I assume old mate who is drinking beer on the job is the owner? If not… fyi he is treating your staff like trash and has no pride in the food he is providing. The lady taking the orders was lovely. I feel sorry for her having to put up with a jerk like him. Honestly the worst fish and chips I have ever had and over priced.

Had grilled fish and chips. Fish was really nice. Was a bit pricey for the amount of fish and chips you get. Gave a 5 star because the food and customer service was good.
