A friend and I called in here for a quick look last Friday arvo... and we didn't want to leave!! The music was rhythmic dance music, the staff were smiley, friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was just like fun times on the Greek Islands, and the cocktails were just a little bit too delicious!! We'll definitely be back!!

Absolutely loved my first time at the beach club from the moment I arrived the front entrance, waitress Kristie seated us and made sure we were being looked after and arranged a cocktail. She following up on our our experience of the food and her other cocktail recommendations was on point. Happy to have such a vibrant women serving us and even took a photo of my friend and I to end the night right! Thank you

Amazing atmosphere, big Europe vibes! The food was fantastic. I had the vegan watermelon steak.. 10/10! My friend had the wagyu, and we had a bunch of sides. Best dinner!

Nice restaurant with great water views. The food is good and on the pricey end but it didn't quite have the wow factor, thus a 4 star rating. The service is attentive and friendly.

Not enough staff on duty to cope with the number of customers. To say that, when asked if our food will arrive soon, after one and a half hours, oh we're very busy, isn't good enough.
We paid for our drinks and went to the Chinese round the corner. Feel for the staff, but the owner/manager was arrogant. Shame.

I can't rate this place high enough, it was 10.10 in every department! I would strongly suggest the New England lobster rolls and as a non-drinker I was not left out; try the Naked Margarita. I had to ask my fellow diner to taste test and we both agreed it tasted like alcohol but surprisingly the bottle said otherwise! Our waiter brought it over to explain how the distillation occurs and its so high end that we couldn't tell the difference. Absolute quality at this place, if you have someone you'd like to impress, this is where you go! Well done team - LOVED IT!!!!!
We 3 adults had dinner here on Tuesday 12/12/23 & enjoyed everything. Seafood linguine, porcini linguine carbonara & tomato risotto. We loved everything, the pasta was cooked perfectly. The wine list is extensive & very good value, rarely have we seen so many Brands & varieties on offer by the glass & so affordable.
There was a Trivial Pursuit game on inside & we eavesdropped on the questions. They were very hard but seemed like fun for locals. We would definitely go there again. Friendly smiling staff, food plated beautifully. Make sure you book though, as even on a Tuesday it was very busy.

Delicious! Every time we passed on our trip, this restaurant was packed which made us want to visit as we were clearly missing something! There is vast seating, is dog friendly, the staff were lovely and chatty, the menu has a huge choice and I can personally recommend the Eggs Benedict with Salmon. Incredible. Will definitely visit again when we're back in the GC.
My friends and I had a fantastic day (and night) at La Luna on Saturday. We pre-booked a couple of king daybeds, which worked perfectly for us.
The venue is fabulous! Well designed layout, great pool with a few floating beanbags. The water was warm yet still refreshing. Great food and beverage menu, with plenty of options and well priced.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have nothing bad to say. The owner John made us feel so special as we were on our honeymoon. Not only was the service incredible…… but the food was to die for. The cocktail ‘the lemon tart’ was just like eating a lemon tart and could have drank them all night. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend to everyone. Thank you for such a special and memorable night!
Very sweet atmosphere with nostalgic music and Parisian decor. The food is top notch and the coffee is a tribute to the wonderful Gold Coast culture of great coffee! Will be back again! My only suggestion for improvement would be staying a bit more authentic to the ‘French’ theming- correcting the French mistakes on the menu and perhaps a Bonjour greeting would be a nice touch! If one wishes to profit from the French theme and the attraction it brings, one should attempt to uphold it respectfully by at least having accurate French text and the French idea of table service. It’s always a bit of a slap in the face to pay $24 for breakfast and have to order at the counter.
Wow what a great day at La Luna Beach Club celebrating a friend’s birthday. The venue comprises a restaurant the Marina Mirage, while on the dock is the Beach Club which includes a pool surrounded by sun beds and cabanas and another restaurant adjacent to the pool. We had a set of sun lounges by the pool while eating amazing meals and drinks. Thank you so much Carla for the fantastic service, it made our day. As it was a Saturday there was both a live DJ & sax player. The place was pumping by 4:30 and the other guests were so friendly and chilled.

We had our work Christmas party here on Friday and it was amazing. John and his team went above and beyond to ensure our night ran smoothly and we had a great time.

All the dishes we had are beautiful especially the scramble eggs. Good combination for the cinnamon pankage with nuts, strawberry and vanilla icecream. Just a little bit sweet. The staff are really helpful and the service is excellent.

We had a short walk to the outside of the V8 Supercar precinct to Tedders Avenue in Main Beach for a beautiful lunch at Hot Shotts.
Service was quick and super friendly and all our lunch meals delicious. A great place to go if you are visiting the V8 races.

I recently visited a Hot Shott in Main Beach and had the chance to try their Acai Bowl, Serious Burger, and Olla Caliente. The food was absolutely lovely – each dish was packed with flavor and made with care.
What really stood out, apart from the delicious food, was the amazing staff. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made the dining experience enjoyable.
However, I must note that the cafe was a little bit crowded, which made it a bit noisy and hectic. If you don't mind a lively atmosphere, it's a great place to enjoy good food and service. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit for the tasty offerings and the warm, welcoming staff.

What a gem of a place, when our plans went downhill because of the weather and other things, we decided to go eat at a Italian place and this place did not disappoint... A great Wednesday deal, couple of pastas and 2 bottles of wine. Service was fantastic with Debora (Brazilian) being a hospitality ninja, every other staff was lovely.

Finally we came to this well known cafe in Main Beach for lunch. It was very busy. Food came fast but the taste was a bit average. It had the plastic curtain down on a warm day so we politely asked a staff member to open it up. The look on the staff's face was difficult. Not sure why. In the end we left the curtain as is and just finished our food asap and left. Overall to me this place was overrated. Bye!
This is our favourite restaurant in main beach. We have Dined here at least 8 times in the past 2 years. They never disappoint and Amy is the most professional, delightful and genuinely focused on customer service person you have ever met? The Sunday lunch with live music is also awesome! 5 stars every time! Big Thank you to the chef and kitchen staff as well, they are always so accommodating!
Went recently to celebrate our Anniversary and it was excellent from start to finish. Food was awesome, service was great and the view of the marina was lovely. Would definitely go back.
Francois and his team did such an amazing job for my mothers 90th birthday celebration. We did a la carte for over 25 guests and nothing was too much trouble. Food arrived hot and delicious as always. Still my favourite spot on the Gold Coast. Thanks to all the team, mom had a wonderful day

XL chips overpriced for what you get. Got a chicken schnitzel and it was overcooked. Salad had remnants of gravy on it, which costs extra. Wondering if someone didn't eat their salad and they slid it onto my plate. Or weren't happy with their meal and they re cooked the chicken
We went with our friends for Glenn’s Birthday and we absolutely loved main wave restaurant the food was top class. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Prices were very reasonable and fantastic atmosphere.i highly recommend you visit them for a fantastic experience.

Finally a fish and chip shop that has proper fresh local fish to eat rather than hoki, bassa or ling. Snapper was super fresh and good size, the fish bites for my kids were huge and tasty. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful experience for the seafood buffet the food quality was superb! It was all very delicate and delicious. The service was amazing also the lady was super attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend!

Love it!! Food is beautiful and very nicely prepared and presented. Also good prices. Great wine list. I love the size and layout of this restaurant. Not too large and no chairs scraping the floor constantly. Love the way the doors open, gives it such a lovely atmosphere and the courtyard is so nice and relaxing. Very nice to be there also when there is music. Perfect, not too loud so you don’t have to raise your voice when chatting. Good all year restaurant, warm in water and great in summer. The staff are beautiful, polite, courteous and very efficient. In fact writing this is reminding me I need to go back very soon.

Those poor girls, I hope they go on to find employment with someone who respects and appreciates their efforts, whilst teaching them the ropes in a kind manner.
And another tip, it’s not a good look to bag your opposition in public like that. You never know who is listening and it’s just a tacky look. If I were him, I’d be concentrating on improving my own business.

Best breakfast i've ever had! The chocolate croissant was so delicious with hot nutella dizzled on the top. And the eggs benny and coffee were amazing.

Kids fish was good. Kids chicken nuggets were good. Chicken burger was nice. Meal for 1(seafood basket) was apart from the fish being well undercooked. I couldn't eat it and got a refund. Pretty slack for a seafood named shop to not cook fish properly.

I had been to this restaurant a number of months ago on a trip to the Gold Coast and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. I went again on Monday and had the veal. It was sensational! And there was ample food on the plate, not like other restaurants where you leave hungry. The dessert was scrumptious. The menu online is not a full menu so you have more choice when you go to the restaurant. Service was very attentive and the restaurant, though small, was cozy and fairly quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and will go again during the rest of my current stay on the Gold Coast. Although a bit pricier than some others on Tedder, it was well worth the money and I thoroughly recommend it.

Had to ask for finger bowls twice before we got them, had to chase down a waiter to order drinks, table water was never refilled and no soap in the woman's toilets which is concerning when eating at a buffet. Definitely not the standard you would expect here.
If i could give a zero I would. I assume old mate who is drinking beer on the job is the owner? If not… fyi he is treating your staff like trash and has no pride in the food he is providing. The lady taking the orders was lovely. I feel sorry for her having to put up with a jerk like him. Honestly the worst fish and chips I have ever had and over priced.

Had grilled fish and chips. Fish was really nice. Was a bit pricey for the amount of fish and chips you get. Gave a 5 star because the food and customer service was good.

We had a great experience here today. The cafe itself is really cute, it has a nice atmosphere. The service was excellent, very speedy. The food was delicious (we shared the French toast and BLT baguette), and there is still so much on the menu we want to try. Can’t wait to come back!

An excellent buffet restaurant at the iconic Sheraton Grand Mirage Hold Coast, it serves breakfast and dinner buffets every day.
The restaurant with double height floor to ceiling windows overlooks the beautiful lagoons of the resort and is located just under the hotel lobby.

1st visit for me. I have organised our work end of year event at the restaurant in December and thought I’d take my partner to check it out. From the moment we walked in we were looked after. The team were all friendly and took us to our table which over looked the pool (beautiful) The food was amazing as was the service. I’ve booked a table for next Sunday so I can share how much I loved the restaurant with my daughter. . We were also lucky enough to meet Desmond Brook on our way out who talked us through his vision and design of the resort. Looking forward to coming back next weekend.
We were passing the venue, so can't comment on the food or service. The upmarket venue is well positioned among the yachts and boardwalk. The venue has 2x areas. Dress to impress. We will definitely return for a luncheon or a celebration in the family. Looking forward to it. Managed some pics.

The staff are very friendly, and accomodating to your needs. The croissants are airy, crisp and buttery. We got the mushroom crepe, it was seasoned and sauteed. The French toast was a baguette with whipped cream, ice cream, bananas and strawberries, drizzled in syrup. I would recommend the crepes for a more French experience with a cappuccino.

Beautiful cafe. I have been multiple times but never been inside or out the back . wow the decor is amazing. Food was delicious, service was great and the owner who was sitting a couple of seats over was so kind and lovely to her staff members. My partner even handed in a resume because the owner Kathy was so lovely. We will definitely be back. Also the price of the food was reasonable. Under $40 for two coffees and 3 breakfasts. Yummo ❤️ I felt like I could sit here all day long and eat brekky and lunch and relax. Can't wait to return.
Lunch selection wasn’t great. Not worth the money at all. More salads and platter items than anything else. I have worked at buffets double this size for $25 lunches. Wouldn’t recommend unless your going to eat tones of prawns, oysters and empty crabs. Had to keep asking to get our table cleared multiple times throughout. Chef was great at explaining the buffet and what is gluten free. But honestly they can save the time by labelling the items. Didn’t get sick but saw multiple people swapping and putting tongs in the wrong spot.
This cafe on the corner of Tedder & Woodroffe was a really pleasant surprise! While it was a very relaxed atmosphere the service was very quick and attentive and the food was great. To top it off there was entertainment (2 singers) who were terrific. I'm very glad we decided to eat in instead of just grabbing some take away instead!
We were pleasantly surprised by the great quality of drinks and cake which we ordered. The mocha frappe was beautiful, no added sugar, just mocha with crushed ice. The summer sling juice was freshly pressed and refreshing. The coconut and lemon pie tasted divine! Would highly recommend it!
Waffles were hard couldn’t even get my knife through them, hot buffet food was tasteless and not much choice, pork sausages, bacon, beans, scrambled eggs. Could have eggs made up but the Que was pretty long. Could order barista coffee to the table again long waits. Basic budget food all round. Coffee machine had a full tray couldn’t use then when it was emptied the milk was out didn’t get topped up for a while, ending up having black coffee, at $32 per adult I would expect more choice and better tasting food.
One of the best cafes you can find along Tedder avenue. I loved the Parisian vibes.
Their baguette was fresh and crispy, and toasted perfectly with generous amount of butter. I ordered a simple scrambled eggs and they turned out soft and fluff, a nice pairing with baguette.

What can we say, blown away from the moment we sat down. This restaurant is set on beautiful Tedder Ave, the night lights and the outdoor seating made it such a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. We were met by many amazing staff but Amy definitely stood out with her attention to detail. Thank you for a lovely night and we hope to stop by again before we return home. The food was outstanding!
A casual walk-in on Australia Day did not disappoint. The service provided by Brenda was superb. We ordered the seafood pizza, which was chock full of real seafood. My partner had the seafood linguine and it was fantastic....the best pasta outside Italy. For what we received it was reasonably priced. We will definitely visit again. 😍
The meals were delish, and the staff were amazingly beautiful. We got to try their 2-course a la carte menu, and we will definitely go for the buffet next time.

It was recommended by a chef from my workplace, and it did not disappoint! The buffet was so worth every cent. It has a good selection of really fresh seafood. I was expecting them to have lobsters, but they only have bugs and crayfish. The oysters Kilpatrick served were mouthwatering. I loved the tiramisu on the dessert bar; it was rich and creamy.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at sunset at La Luna. Friendly staff, the food tasted amazing and with a large selection of specialty cocktails and drinks. We both started with Morton Bay Bugs which were the best we've ever tasted (we have tasted over 50 at restaurants in the last year). My husbands main of lamb was tender and flavoursome and my coral trout was delicious. We finished with the pavlova and bombed Alaska and devoured it all with some liquors. We loved the ambience by the sea and the decor is stunning too. We will be back with friends when we visit the GC next time. Thanks La Luna and team for a great night of warm hospitality, perfectly cooked food and a romantic evening to remember.

Small lunch menu but The Local does offer an all day breakfast, which is always great!
Food was served relatively quickly and all three of us ate everything on our plates.

What a great buffet! So many choices of seafood and meat. Pasta dishes as well as soup. Lots of delicious desserts to choose from. The service is simple and to the point. Go up and fill your plate and they will clear it for you after you then go up and refill a new dish. Alcoholic drinks are extra but coffee and soft drinks are included. 👍😎
Would have rated 5 star if they had more varieties. Friendly stuff and nice atmosphere. Strawberry ball is my favourite dessert. (Last photo bottom left)
Service was very poor， we were 6 adults and 4 kids with reservation. But we were separated into 2 tables， and had been told could not joint the table together. We have checked the 2 and 3 years are free and the 7years old half price.

When we finished and pay，they refused to separate as 3 families， so we have to paid in full by one person. （this is a buffet，what if we cannot afford by one person）On the way home， my friend had looked the receipt， they even charged 4 kids （3 of them only 2 and 3 years）2extra bottles of wine charged.
We were far beyond unsatisfied， so went back and asked the refund for overcharge，also checked with why they cannot separate pays but given a group of people 2 tables far from each other，the manager was apologized and refunded the overcharges， also confirmed the table can be joint and pay separate payments are fine.

Amazing food and great service!
We ordered Chicken and Fish of the day from their a la carte menu, and both the dishes were just amazing. The chicken was so tender and scrumptious, the mushroom sauce was a cracker and complemented the chicken very well. Salmon was also cooked to the perfection.
We also ordered some baked potatoes on the side, and they were quite delicious too.
Glad we didn't order any entree as the mains was very filling.

Had the buffet experience with my partner for his birthday. Arrived on time and was almost first to the foods. Wasn't bad is a big spread for Aussie level but compared to Singapore level definitely much less. But still good. Partner had the raw oysters but said it want the best but still good. Love the desserts hence there were so many options hence my only photos were of the dessert. They also prepared a little cake for my partner which was lovely!

Would not recommend for a date night either as it is all families.

Decor was nice and staff were friendly.
However I believe the food definitely wasn't worth the price you're paying.
Firstly, the portions weren't too great.
My Striploin was ordered medium rare and some parts were definitely more on the rare side.
The dessert however was great and others that had the tiramisu loved it.

Myself and my wife had the privilege of dining here for dinner on our recent stay at Seaworld Resort. We did make a booking, and the staff were extremely helpful on our arrival at the restaurant. Service was quick and friendly without being rushed. The entire restaurant was very clean and well presented. The simple set menu is very affective and works well in the setting of the restaurant with many other dining options available throughout the resort. We chose the seafood platter for two, which was very well priced and with more than ample serves. Coupled with the all you can eat salad bar and dessert bar; we were not left wanting. A very relaxed, tasty, and enjoyable night.

We got the seafood platter and garlic prawns for dinner, absolutely delicious! What’s even better is that the unlimited selection of salads and desserts also tasted amazing (yes, even the salads!). The apple crumble slice was a bomb especially.
The shoreline buffet for dinner is a fantastic option if you are staying at the resort. Very convenient! There is a great selection of food and desserts. The roast pork belly is divine! We had the dinner buffet twice during our stay with our kids - who also loved the buffet!

- If you arrive at 8-9am on a weekend day you may wait 20-30mins Just to get into the restaurant, even when there are vacant tables.

- Some warm breakfast dish that does not contain egg would be nice.
