Terrible staff. Incompetent, lack of customer service care , no motivation and extremely unprofessional and cold attitude with no willing to make profit and sales for the yallo. I felt so ashamed to see this level of professionalism. Yallo please do a research or undercover and eliminate those lazy bucks to save your image and money .

I am extremely disappointed by the service of Yallo. I recently discovered that you have to pay 1-. taxe if you want to pay your bill using TWINT. NO store does this !!!! You already increased the price of the subscription last year for no reason and now you start to include taxes for everything. It is a shame.

The staff at HB provided very helpful and professional advice, and helped me troubleshoot an issue caused by Yallo's hotline personnel. (My contracts were cancelled by mistake when hotline support was trying to register a change of address, and now I have no network connectivity at home or on my mobile phone...).

We regret to inform you that reports have been received of individuals working at Yallo who are engaged in fraudulent activities under the name of Yallo. These individuals operate with a level of seriousness that rivals even the most notorious scammers. We have become aware that they have been sending invoices with additional charges, which is cause for great concern. In addition, they have resorted to the use of special numbers to send text messages, for which they charge an exorbitant fee of CHF 4 per message. Please ensure that you take these matters very seriously and do not engage YALLO. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Be careful with this enterprise; we want to cancel our subscription at home with my husband. They were charging double internet at home after a phone call to offer a better modem. Since 2 months, they have been charging me $200 from now on, and when I called, they promised to correct that, but it has still not changed. That is like stilling every month. I cannot believe it.

Terrible! The staff of today (around 12-13) is incompetent..they lost 3 potential clients in record time. they were not able to get me a Yallo prepaid sim and wanted to get me a sim with another operator without my consent. I clearly run away. I suggest to hire competent staff ..

The customer service team in Yallo has been shouting at me and rejecting to cancel the line despite not being able to connect the line after 18 days.
