The woman who works there was nice and patient even if I shopped 15 min before they close.
Had the best experience today with Adriana. She was so kind and so patient with me while we tried to figure out some pretty confusing merchandise tracking. She managed to find the things I needed and got them sent to my home from another store. Literal lifesaver. Highly recommend her service and forever grateful. 💖💖💖
Adriana went above and beyond for me. My groomen in my wedding FAILED to buy their suits and pants for my wedding in time and Adrianna hand called every store to find them for me. She really cares. BRIDES go to banana republic and ask for Adrianna. You can tell She truly cares. Give her a promotion and raise! There are not a lot of people in the service industry who would go to such lengths just to make someone's day. My wedding would of been ruined without her help.
Great prices and excellent customer service. Greeted when entering the store and helpful with questions about several items!
Had an encounter with an entitled Karen at this location. Manager did not know how to handle the situation and made it worse by telling me, a customer, to shut up! It's been a couple of years and I've never been back. Not worth my time or money. If I could give a big "ZERO" I would.
There were beautiful shirts at discounted prices. I bought a few T-shirts. However, all of them SHRUNK a whole size after the first wash! If I'd have known that before, I could have bought a larger size.
This is a pretty large store. It's a hit or miss on finding your size. I wear a size small and had a hard time finding a lot of clothes in my size. They were just out of them. We got a great pair of pants for my husband. He also has trouble finding sizes because his is common. The staff was friendly and helpful.
