Prices seem tricky but I love the purses. I didn’t like the customer service lady with the dark hair. I went to do an exchange on a purse and she gave me a hard time. Thank goodness the nice manager was there to help me with it.

I had a poor experience with the outlet customer service from the website. They sent me the wrong size phone case, and said the rest were sold out when they were still selling them off the website! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Customer service wouldn’t even connect me to an outlet store after he told me that the stores may have a few left. I had to do the leg work to find a store. Found this one in Auburn Hills and spoke with Diana. Why have I been wasting my time with the website?!? She informed me that at the store you get a 30day return policy where everything on the site is final sale. She found the case I was looking for and then proceeded to wave the shipping cost bc of my troubles. There is a lot to be said for customer service in these days where everything is becoming automated. She sent me a link to purchase the item and she was so kind and very helpful. I will be now driving an hour out of my way just to receive this service! Diana was soooo kind and extremely helpful! Keep up the good work! 😉😘🤩

Awesome customer service. Been to Birch Run store and Great Lakes Crossing. Everybody genuinely nice and helpful. Bought 2 coats discounted for season. Lots of beautiful purses. So happy. Thanks!!!

Bought a purse for my mother for Christmas last year. The employees were nice and helpful. They had just the right type of purse she likes. You can have the one off the floor, or they usually have a new one available in the back. Prices are great for such a name brand, and the quality is still good. Great place for Christmas shopping.

My daughter went here to buy a bag. We had the best experience. Jeanine went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best service with a smile. She offered to find the bag my daughter picked out in the back so she'd have one that was untouched. I would go back and buy something from Jeanine anytime.

The staff was great and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me find what my girlfriend was looking for (she wasn’t there), they had great deals and I was able to pick up 3 items instead of one. Thank you ladies!
