Meridian Hill

This building has a huge rat problem. You can see half a dozen rats running in and out of the trash area most nights. The trash is almost always overflowing as they have inadequate dumpsters for the number of people who live here and rats can climb up the small trash cans provided. They also have ad hoc trash pickup - it comes irregularly and there is a ton of bulk trash left out.
