Great historical monuments..

I lived in this building for three months in the summer of 1975 .We had subleased from a couple related to Joseph R Smallwood who had leased it from a maths prof at Memorial U who was off on sabbatical . He was slowly renovating the place but it was in liveable condition .From my bedroom you had a line of site view through the narrows out to sea .
The RCBasilica across the street ,the Anglican Cathedral and eight or nine churches within a few blocks of there and Sunday morning at 11:00 am was a riot of church bells .

Historic

I may have missed something but I believe it is just the two plaques outside the house that you can read. It is a VERY quick stop - no more than five minutes. It is right outside The Rooms, which is why I quickly stopped by when google maps noted a nearby attraction. I was expecting a lot more, which is why I only give two stars.

Some spot lad
