Fantastic service as always a great practice

Sadly the receptionist was horrible to a patient suffering from mental health today at 13:35.
She refused to help booking an appointment despite the patient explaining that he had completed the form last week and it didn't work as no one from the practice contacted him.
Train your receptionist please and don't turn young men away when they ask for help.
Add-on after the practice commented 5 days after my review and numerous online forms sent, the patient is still waiting to be seen and he has not been contacted :-(

I have been with Langley Medical practice for the last 35 years so have seen many doctors come and go, and systems and technology change
One thing that has not changed is the care, service and support we continue to receive.
I have felt really rough for the last few weeks, with grandchildren i seem to be picking everything up and ended up back for the 3rd time today feeling unwell, as always received first class care all i can say is thank you so much and we are blessed to have you guys in our corner xx

This has been my GP practice for 7 years and I feel very lucky so far to have such a dedicated team who deliver such a high standard of care. I know that they are under pressure but it hasn't seemed to effect their care. They supported me through my pregnancy and the challenging task of managing hyperemesis. Even though I saw a few different GPs throughout my pregnancy, collectively they really looked after me. We now have a daughter and still count ourselves lucky to have this team as our GP Practice.

I am very happy with the quality of the doctors at this practice. I was diagnosed by my gp there of an issue after being in hospital for a week with no diagnose. Got the appropriate treatment afterwards, thanks to my gp. They are always willing to listen to you and I have always managed to get appointments when needed. The new booking system provides a better experience as well.

The new system of booking an appointment online to see your GP is fantastic.
I filled out the online form, sent it back, and a receptionist called me within 5 minutes to say a gp would call me within a timeline.
From filling the online form to talking with gp, it took about two hours.
No more having to call at 8am to be held in a queue at number 18 to be told all appointments have gone.

Have had a number of interactions with Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and receptionists since Easter day. Unfailing politeness, good treatment and advice. Most notably when I had a form that a Doctor had to fill out for me, not a medical emergency, which I thought I would have to wait a week or two for, was turned around almost immediately; I had an e-mail from the Practice Manager before 8:00 am today! Been going there since 1987, they have never let me down. Would recommend without hesitation.
