Everyone at this surgery is very helpful and friendly…. I have never had a problem getting to speak to a doctor and have a face to face when needed…would highly recommend

Brunswick Surgery is genuinely incredible. We can ALWAYS get an appointment when we need one, and quickly. It’s astonishingly efficient and the communication is brilliant. The staff are lovely and we have all had excellent care from the GPs. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

We have been really grateful for the GP and nurse/other health professional care we have experienced at Brunswick Surgery. Always able to get an appointment either on the day or very soon after for less urgent issues. The staff we have met have always been kind, professional and patient.
The only downside I can think of is that for anyone driving then the car park is always at capacity. I only foresee this as an issue for those with mobility constraints or difficulty walking for more than a few minutes as there is free parking on nearby streets.

Moving house meant changing surgery. The previous surgery was very good so Brunswick had a lot to live up to.
We have been supported, listened to, treated with empathy, kindness and promptness EVERY time we have contacted the team.
I cannot express enough the empathy and efficiency of my father's named GP, Dr. Dhillon.
My father was also seen by Dr. Nathan and Dr. Ganeshalingham -who also, are very kind.
Kelly, the receptionist sets a gold standard for dealing with our requests and questions.
Emma has booked urgent appointments when needed.
Anne Marie, the nurse with whom there was a telephone consultation, managed a thorough review and organised follow ups.
The in house facilities - x-rays, podiatry, blood tests, physiotherapy all being in one location are very convenient and every member of staff we have encountered has been professional.

Just had to say what an incredible surgery. My elderly parents have just moved to here and every member of staff we have met have in my opinion gone above and beyond to help us. What an excellent GP Surgery from the moment you step in the building and meet the lovely Reception staff and every single member of staff since. Professional, kind, helpful exactly what you would hope your GP surgery would be...... what a find. No wonder it came highly recommended.

Genuinely the best surgery I've ever used. They've truly supported and helped me so much. All of the staff; doctors, nurses, receptionists are all so lovely and have a real sense of care about them. They all help in any way that they can. I'm really grateful for everything they've done and all of their efforts in every avenue.
