We had an extremely upsetting experience with Dr. Hashim Alsodani that left us shaken. I believe it’s crucial for the CPSO to evaluate the mental well-being of physicians before granting them licenses, as doctors are entrusted with the well-being of their patients.
From the beginning, we felt uncomfortable with Dr. Alsodani. He would rush through our appointments, leaving us with more questions than answers. Whenever we tried to clarify anything, he spoke in circles, never addressing our concerns directly, which only added to our frustration.
His attitude became even more concerning when he started raising his voice and slamming his hands on the table every time we sought clarification. It felt more like we were being scolded than cared for.
The most alarming incident occurred when I visited the clinic with a serious injury. Before examining me, Dr. Alsodani asked my husband to leave the room, stating he needed to speak with me privately. When my husband refused, the doctor became aggressive, started yelling, accusing him of causing the injury. Once my husband stepped out, I was bombarded with accusatory questions, more like an interrogation than a medical examination. It felt like he didn’t believe anything I was saying, which was incredibly distressing.
Given how unsettling this experience was, I strongly believe the clinic should reconsider employing an individual who displays such dangerous and unstable behaviour, unable to control his anger. It is crucial for him to understand that his role is strictly limited to examination, diagnosis, and treatment, without overstepping those boundaries. Doctors are meant to create an environment where patients feel safe and cared for, but this experience was the complete opposite.
After that, we decided to give Mi Clinic another chance and registered at a different location with Dr. Nayef Shubair. The experience with Dr. Shubair was completely different. He is knowledgeable, professional, and treats his patients with respect. He takes the time to listen and provides thorough, clear answers, which made us feel extremely comfortable and reassured.
I hope this feedback helps to improve patient care at your clinic and notifies new patients to avoid this individual.

As far as my concern, I started going there since three months. Did not find any negativeness but politeness. Dr. Hashim is amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable I would say. Reception very friendly. And the lady taking your pressure Etc, very friendly. 🙏 to all.
We can’t expect them to attend to us leaving everything behind.
If you have an appointment right on time. We have to have patience as others have the same issues with ailments. We all are human Fraternity should be Practised.

Dr. Huria Zafar has been an incredible support to both my husband and me throughout our entire health checkup process. As our family doctor, she took the time to understand our medical history and concerns, offering us not only expert advice but also genuine care and compassion. Wonderful experience. Great administrative staff, and know how to handle appointments positively. Nursing staff was good. Dr Hashim is calm and composed, and listen to your problems patiently. He believes in conducting tests whenever needed, before reaching to any conclusion in medical history.
Nazreen, you are amazing and wonderful in your job. Your strength, love and compassion for the patients has impacted me during my visits to the clinic. I appreciate you for all you do.
First time visiting the clinic and it was overall good experience. It was a weekend but still not too crowded. I was walk in but they were able to register me quickly and i saw the doctor within 15 minutes.
My experience so far good with this clinic, though today (Wednesday) i got to know that they don’t take walking after 5 even if clinic open till 6 but it is no where mentioned online which is not good and this info need to be available online otherwise or display at the clinic.
Although when I request them, they allowed me which is great.
