What a hidden gem tucked away in the suburbs of banyo. Authentic and delicous! Fluffy omelette was amazing. Get a pint from the bowls club while you are at it.

These guys were absolutely fantastic!!! My expectations for a meal at a bowls club are low but these guys blew it out of the park! Fresh, moist chicken fried to perfection and honestly I could inhale their chips all day. The staff were friendly and honestly we left thinking we will 100% be back!
Everything we ordered had me in complete admiration of the quality and flavours of the food. You could tell everything had been made fresh by hand. The staff are so lovely too.
The gyoza had a soft textured pastry and the filling had great flavour. The salmon croquettes were creamy and so well balanced with the additional creamy onion sauce. The Karaage chicken burger was delicious with the slaw, sauces, milk bun, and Japanese-style crumbed chicken.
Hidden gem but so worth it! Will be back!

My second visit to this authentic Japanese restaurant located inside of the Banyo Bowl club. Enjoyed Steak-don for lunch. I will definitely return.
We had a fantastic lunchtime meal at Hiro Meshi last week. The service and food were exceptional and we can’t wait to go back. If you are a local, please support these guys as it’s great to have authentic Japanese food in the area.
