I wouldn’t recommend this place for my enemies. They are the worst clinic in Brampton. I was the first at the place and everyone kept passing me, I guess it because I’m not one of them. I had to get angry before I was called . 1/100

The doctors at the clinic are great and staff is really friendly too, they go above and beyond to accommodate your health care needs.

Terrible service by front staff, my family doctor is also never in when I need to see her. She is a very sweet and kind lady however, the clinic is not run properly. What is the point of a family doctor if there is never any availability and sometimes when you book a phone consultation they forgot to get back to you. Will be looking to change my family doctor as it is impossible to see her when needed and the receptionist is incompetent.

One of the worst clinics in Brampton. I had really bad experience there. I went there because my family doctor wasn’t available that day. I am pregnant and had stomach pain which is why i went there. At first the doctor asked the assistant if they had the fetal doppler. The lady assistant said, yes we do but i don’t know if it works”. They had this conversation right in front of me. When they started checking, they were clueless. Doctor and his assistant kept talking to each other about the different buttons on the doppler. They kept looking for the heartbeat which seemed like they were just experimenting on me. They didn’t have the proper gel for the doppler. They found the heartbeat ( which wasn’t even correct) and sent me for the urgent ultrasound questioning the baby’s viability. The lady assistant was even judging my bump based on the weeks i told them which was really pathetic. I got the ultrasound done . I was terrified, but thankfully the technician at ultrasound centre was really nice. He obviously told me the actual heart rate and assured me everything was fine. When i called the medical centre again asking about my reports, i told them how their device wasn’t functioning. The lady assistant right away denied it and started explaining how they have proper devices.
I would recommend not to go there.. They were pathetic. Doctor didn’t even now how to use the doppler. The lady assistant was so judgemental. Commenting on my bump and making faces was horrible. If I could I would give them zero stars.

One of the worst walk in clinics in Brampton. Front desk has some awful customer service that cannot quite be described nor can they comprehend anything basic or straightforward . I walk in for a doctors note to be filled for days I have previously called into my job. First they ask me for how many days I say that I will need it for the last Friday that went past, Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday as well (Monday was a holiday so I didn’t even need that date included) then they tell me that the doctor WILL not write the not for reason number 1 ; I cannot get a note filled for previous days , two , if I want the doctors note I will need one for this current day as well . Then once I tell them okay I can have the note filled for today as well they start rambling on about the doctor won’t write a note for more than a week. (and that’s crazy because the day before which was the Wednesday I referred to I had gone to the clinic and they had told me there wasn’t a doctor and one would be available 3-6 after calling about 2-3 times in that time span still no doctor) Now, when I ask this miserable employee when was the change of doctors notes no longer being written for past days , neither her or her lost colleague can give me an answer then she goes on to tell me it’s impossible that I’ve came to that exact clinic and got a doctors note written for days that were in the past in order for me to go to work . Even though this is just a blatant lie as I have seen this exact woman multiple , after mentioning to her I’ve been here before she pulls up my record clearly showing I have came in on one day and gotten a doctors for 3 days before my visit but still I cannot get a doctors note and they ask me to leave. I give it some time and call them back to get some clarification, because as they told me I could get my note if I included this day in my note , now this stupid woman wants to catch an attitude on the phone with a customer screaming “OMG OMG” once i catch her lying to me . On this call she’s telling me she can’t make decisions for the doctor she can’t tell me what the doctor can and can’t do but she had so much to say about what the doctor will and won’t do when I was in the clinic. Now this is where it’s just unbelievable and just truly shows the unprofessionalism . I come back in and kindly ask could I see a doctor please , this lady happily lies to me telling me that the doctor is on break although ppl are waiting I am the only one that needs to leave and come back, once I come back they allow me to skip people waiting just for the doctor to tell me she’s not gonna write me a note because she didn’t know if I was sick or not. Stupid people making this a race thing for sure , Friday Saturday Sunday Monday is new years I’m still sick Tuesday and I go Wednesday just to hear there’s no doctor. All I have to say is someone please hire new staff these are the most disgusting people I have ever encountered in a walk in clinic

Poorly trained front desk service. I was supposed to, I cancelled because this behaviour was ridiculous, have an appointment the day after this and the receptionist thought it was appropriate to call my phone THREE times within an hour after leaving a voicemail the first time she called to simply remind me of my appointment… THREE TIMES IN AN HOUR! I, like most people, have a job and cannot always answer my phone but the repeated calls seemed rather dire. So I had to ask my client to give me a moment to take the call just for her to to tell me something I was already aware of… absolutely ridiculous! Not even the CRA would contact you that many times within that short a timeframe!
