Being in a medical profession, they still never cooperate.
Everytime i have to convince them so they can know my emergency.
Never take call , calling since morning today .

I have been seeing Dr.Singh since he was attending at a different clinic. I found him then to be a helpful and caring doctor, and I still feel the same way.
For the negative reviews, we all have our own experiences. What I found of the entire staff is “developing relationships.” That includes the front office staff, the pharmacy staff, and the doctor. Our people (the Indian community), are very demanding and it is very difficult to always make everyone happy, while maintaining work ethics.I built a relationship with Inder slowly, while respecting her limitations, and being courteous when asking her to do something. Would you like someone screaming at you all day long? After enough bad experiences we all become “tainted” and may be rough and direct to everyone, even when it’s not necessary. Inder has now left the clinic, but I found her to be a valuable member to this medical team. Doing her job she ranks much higher than she might rank for her customer service skills.
Dr. Singh is a caring, calm, humane doctor who tries his best to fix a health problem. He runs himself ragged, often skipping lunch so that he attends to his patients as quickly as possible. Yes, there is often a wait past the original appointment, but have you been to any to other medical clinic in the GTA? Family doctors are far and few in between. Because of this, most clinics WILL have some type wait, not calling patients in on exact time. It’s really annoying, and “inconsiderate “ at times, but I believe it to be reactive to the patient load, and not the doctor intentionally.
This is a good clinic, but Dr. Singh is not taking new patients, so perhaps he can find some way of addressing the appointment issue is clinic is plaques with.
I would recommend this clinic and doctor to my friends and family, as I have no problems and/or issues.

Dr. Gurpreet Singh is knowledgeable in the field and the entire staff at countryside medical clinic are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, you will see the doctor on time. I know when I come in to see Dr. Singh I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to my family and friends.
Horrible clinic, they have no value for time. They do not know how to manage appointments at all. Despite having booked an appointment, you have to wait a significant amount of time to see a doctor. At that point, there is no reason for booking an appointment in advance as you have to wait so long anyways. I had an appointment booked and I still had to wait an hour before being seen. Receptionist staff is also very rude and don’t do their job properly.
Dr. Minhas you really need to think about your receptionist. They are the first connection to your clinic and one of the most rudest and laziest i have seen. I was happy with the Dr in general but i just cant deal with these illiterate ego bag of receptionist. Hopefully you dont loose too many patients before you fire the problem
Very bad experience everytime. The receptionist inder and rajveer are the most rudest person. They never talk politely. Never pick call, never respond, not even let us meet the doctor even when there are no patients waiting. The star is only for the doc and pharmacist, other than that the receptionist have zero professional etiquette’s, they only know how to do makeup and things, nothing else!! Very very bad !!! Would never recommend to go there.
Been going to this clinic for years. My doctor is good Dr Singh. Receptionists are amazing and friendly. However the other doctor, Dr Minhas was the worst doctor i have been to. Had to see her as my dr was away a few times, didn't care for any of my health or to make sure i was taken care of.
Last year i went for a check up and she waited almost a month to let my doctor let me know my results (whilst i was on vacay) instead of letting me know right away herself to have it taken care of. What if soemthing went wrong? She refused to help me anytime becuase i "was not her patient".
