Skye at Conway

I came by today for a tour of the complex and was helped by Jessy. Jessy did an amazing job being thorough when answering my questions. She was very knowledgeable and kept a smile on her face. The complex was great and her customer service was even better. Thanks for a great experience and I am hopeful of becoming a resident in the near future!

After weeks of looking for a place and being stressed out, I came in and got the pleasure of meeting with Kathy. She walked me through the entire move in process over the phone and when I asked to come in she assisted me with my application and provided me with exceptional customer service even though she was a one team man today. Honestly hands down the best experience I have had while applying for an apartment.

Living in this condo complex has been an absolute pleasure thanks to the incredible management and maintenance team. They are prompt, considerate, and truly go above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of. I can't express enough how much I appreciate their dedication and hard work. Living here has been an absolute delight!

I am a new resident here and let me tell you I have had such a wonderful experience thus far. I have never met such an attentive and friendly staff both at the office and the maintenance Team !!! They have been on top of every concern I have. Highly recommend this to be your new home. I feel such a relief being able to give a better living experience to my babies.

Since day one I have all the attention from the staff, Jessie always has been very helpful. The community is family oriented, peaceful neighborhood, centric to Downtown Orlando. Beautiful pool, gym area and easy access. Plus to be pet friendly. It was scary moving from St Augustine to Orlando but Skye at Conway welcome me like I was home.

The reviews don’t lie. I wish I would have read these and others before coming here. I would advise to stay away. The other reviews are on point. It’s infested. They tell you that there will be fumigation but they never come. It’s only masking the problem behind the wall. Your extra fees in your lease climb over 100 on top of your rent. The buildings are old. I live on the first and the unit above sounds like one more step and the ceiling would collapse. The wood is cracking and squeaky. The construction they created is taking too many parking spots. It’s one months of work not 6+. I’ve seen a family have to walk over to another building for their car, the women was pregnant. No security no on property manager or maintenance. My most expensive apartment with the most problems. Water shut off constantly. Water leaks in your unit constantly. The maintenance dude with the upstate accent has got a big attitude. My unit in pine hills sounds like a paradise compared to this. It was. There’s no integrity here for such a great location.

I’ve been here for almost 3yrs and I have to say the quality of this place has gone down drastically when something breaks down or needs fixing it takes forever and a day to get done. Last year opened my eyes when it takes the place 2-3 months to change and replace my washer/dryer then now fast forward this year and I have plumbing issues to where it messed up my carpet in the master room and they say they have to see if they can replace my carpet when it has dirt and water from the leak and dirt from when they dig up to get to the pipes so I just have a mess in the apartment. Overall it’s not a terrible place but for what you pay it doesn’t add up. Jessy is a good manager but the rest of the staff in office doesn’t help well or seem knowledgeable so it’s frustrating to get things done and in a timely manner I’m so over this place.
