Dr Chin is very knowledgeable, caring, prompt, takes great deal of care for her patients.
I am lucky to have found her, after my doctor retired.

Have been a patient for 3+ years. I love their new online appointment booking system, and the option to consult by phone or in person. Dr. Snopkowski is great and responsive to my issues.

Dr. Shelley Chin has always been kind, knowledgable and professional. I am fortunate to have her for a physician. Unfortunately, if I could give negative stars to the front desk I would. It is almost impossible to reach the clinic by phone, and there's no way to send a text or an email. The only option is to make an appointment. I needed an existing requisition form sent to a hospital and after spending hours trying to contact the front desk, I finally made an appointment with the doctor. That's a truly inefficient use of Doctor Chin's time, and may not even be effective because at the end of the day, the front desk staff may or may not fax the form. I would have preferred to send this commentary to the manager of the medical office rather than in a public review, but there was no way to do that!

Dr. lapuste is an amazing family physician. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and answers all of your questions. She is efficient. The receptionists are kind and friendly. They are also very accommodating in making phone appt’s on short notice . I am very fortunate and grateful to have such a wonderful doctor. The office is clean and well kept. I appreciate all the help and kindness when I go to Lions Gate Medical Clinic. Thank you !

Dr. Snopkowski is an amazing physician! He's incredibly attentive and actually cares for the wellbeing of his patients.

The staff here are also incredibly helpful and polite.

Dr. Lapuste is an exceptional family doctor. She is thorough and takes her time to listen. I can tell she genuinely cares.

The office is clean and the front desk staff are polite and accommodating. It's an easy process to book an appointment over the phone.

This clinic has wonderful medical staff. The facility is clean and organized. Receptionist’s are attentive, kind, and helpful. Take the low ratings with a grain of salt - this office probably sees/ attend to many, many patients per day. I’m very pleased to be a patient of Dr. Lapuste.
