The bank's services are very excellent
. Had a check fron the same person, same bank, that the previous 6 months when I deposited would clear next biz day. Then they decided to put a hold on it. Their reason "I had an over draft months ago"...albeit that 2 of these checks where deposited and cleared next day after this "over draft"..... instead of looking for reasons to help, they look for reason to deny........ended up being a blessing. Went to a bank that has way more advantages and atleast there app works.

A wonderful bank. Everyone from the managers to the tellers does a great job of taking care of me and my business. They have shown repeatedly over the years that they have my back.
Terrible service. Arrived at 11:59 (according to their clock on their sign) but told me they closed down the system so they can't help me. They had an audacity to tell me that they close at 12 when it was before 12.
I have banked with United for 18 years and I have always appreciated the care and concern they show to me and others. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you. Plus, of course, they are good at handling my money with me. Superb group of bankers, tellers, etc.
Horrible Bank. When you have to discuss something with them they always come with a rude attitude. And they be charging your accounts fees for something you’re not even aware of.
