Excellent practice. I have had very pleasant experience with this practice. The nurses were lovely when I came in for my child's injections. I also contacted them recently and got an immediate telephone call with a lovely doctor . Can't fault them!

Called and got an appointment towards the end of the day. Friendly receptionist and doctor arranged further tests to hopefully sort my issue.

Tracy at reception told me all appointments gone but knew I was poorly, I was struggling to get appointment and big queue each morning however as soon a slot available she called not much later to say Dr Ahmed could fit me and she seemed genuinely concerned, Dr Ahmed called me in to surgery very efficient and helpful and professional. Thank you manor practice, I am relieved . Today starting to turn a corner 🙏🏻🌈

It’s frustrating experience with the Manor Practice Sutton Coldfield GP yesterday 3/14/24. My wife was in urgent need to see a doctor as a feeding mother suffering from neck pain, they were unable to provide an appointment and instead suggested waiting until Monday to see a nurse. This lack of immediate attention to a potentially serious medical issue is unacceptable, and the dismissive attitude of the call assistant is deeply concerning. It's disappointing that the GP practice failed to prioritize the well-being of my wife and instead directed me to dial 111, passing the responsibility onto another service. This experience highlights a significant gap in their patient care and raises serious doubts about their commitment to providing timely and appropriate medical attention.

I have received excellent service at the manor practice so far. They do what they say they will do call you back when they say they will. Since moving to the Manor practice I have been impressed with the level of service I have received

Good doctors but unfortunately you can't get to see one. Why they can't book advance appointments is beyond me. Surely it would take the strain away from everyone ringing at 8am.
