Burgers where cold on delivery, buns where soggy on the bottom and dry/flakey on the top bread tasted stale. Sauses where terrible. Nuggets where bland and rubbery The chicken was good tho and so where the chips however the meal made me feel sick. Check out the photo for yourself.

Went in drive through tonight ordered an 8 piece roast chicken box 6 corn and a 3 piece chicken box. Waited for over 25 minutes watched staff eat chicken in the cooking area didn't wash their hands. Got home to find a whole bbq chicken runny gravy. Microwaved gravy which thickened up. Driver behind us reversed out . Will be thinking twice before we go back.

This beats the local KFC by miles. Fresh food, nicely fried and cooked with clean presentation and dining area. Absolutely worth the price. Clean toilets too. Highly recommended.

Came here Saturday afternoon and ordered quite a bit for family.When i went to eat the potato and gravy, I was disappointed about it being half gravy to half potato. Paid money for slop.No joke container was full of gravy and so salty.
When I went back up to show staff ,manager was absolutely rude and said that's the way it is then immediately walked away
Another customer heard my complaint and said no that's not the way it normally is, then told me he hopes his is better.We will never buy here again due to rude girl with long hair and tattoo on the back of her neck.
She was totally unprofessional and rude.

Ordered food two hours before, delivered me a wrong oder, i did not accept the order from Doordasher but the guy named “ Meet”tricked me and he marked my order as delivered though i did not accept it. He promised me to go back and get me the right order. But he never came back as expected.I tried calling redrooster, did not pick up my call for a while then somehow got successful to talk to someone at redrooster, promised to sent me food , after one hour of wait when my order was not delivered , gave them a call again and this time the girl on phone told we cant delivere / assign you another driver as the previous driver is not picking up call, she very rudly said “I cannot deliver you myself” .No apology , No sorry. I decided to go to branch myself not pick up food but to talk to manager to know whose fault is this, is this my fault to pay you the price for food and getting nothing. I came to know the manager was the same girl i was talking on phone, again the same rude response , no apology or sorry zero problem
solving, blaming someone else for not delivering right order, loud voice like yelling at someone. I have not faced such a bad service at any other business So far. Never ever oder food from this Red Rooster. Your manager needs some managerial skills and courtesy. Please do some arrangements to pay back my money for which you did not get me anything except rude behaviour.

The worst customer service ever! Waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered. Phoned the store at one hour in and they advised it had left the store. But they lied it had not left the store. Not a weekend or busy night
Terrible

The food has always been consistent. Today the guy who was doing pretty much everything behind the counter was excellent! I don’t know what energy drink he was on, but he was shouting orders, taking them, greeting customers, talking on his earpiece, and being very friendly all the while. Definitely will be back.
