A great place to overpay to get your bike stolen (many residents have!) in the apartment-sanctioned bike room! Management knows and doesn’t do anything to improve it-including apparently monitoring the cameras that exist. If they can’t take actions to stop actual crime, let that inform your expectations.

The good news is you don’t have to go outside for mosquito bites, just hang out in the parking garage for a little while. It might say new and luxury, and prices look like it is but I would NOT recommend a friend live here.

Ambi, the concierge, was so helpful and friendly on my move in day. I requested a dolly to help with some larger items and she didn't hesitate. Every interaction with her since then has been wonderful.

The staff at One501 have been extremely accommodating since we have lived at the property. Maintenance requests are completed exceptionally fast. Ambi at concierge is extremely kind and helpful and Jorge & Michael have moved mountains for us to feel at home.

Hi I'm Ace, my Mom and I just moved to one 501 and we love it! Everyone is incredibly kind and attentive, from the management to facilities. The amenities are top notch and the location is fantastic, boasting a fantastic park and access to two dog parks. It's super dog friendly and you would love it here. We sure do!

I'm so greatful for Ambi professionalism and excellent customer service. On numerous occasions I've thought about relocating but because of Ambi positive energy and outstanding customer relations edicate I've decided to stay. I've witnessed accurate attendance, work performance and repor with the other residents and it is always pleasant. Majority of the time when needing imperative information and high authority employees are either unavailable or not scheduled to work Ambi is always here without hesitation. My questions are usually answered with Ambis knowledge of policy and procedures. And after correspondence with Ambi my questions are resolved. I'm not sure for rewards or performance but I strongly recommend any progress level of employment or training. Please send Ambi

We moved in 8 months ago and love the building! Maintenance is responsive, common areas are always clean, the amenities are more than sufficient, and the location is awesome - close to metro, MBT, groceries, restaurants. The apartment is spacious for the price and we barely hear our neighbors. Super happy so far :)

I recently moved to One501 and could not be more pleased with living here. The amenities, including the fitness center, library, game room, and decorations, have made my transition to DC feel seamless. Most of all, I love the responsiveness of the staff, including my leasing agent Michael, who was in constant communication with me prior to and during my move-in. Jorge, Ambi, and Marcus have gone above and beyond to assist with my move-in and maintenance needs. I recommend this apartment building to anyone looking to re-locate or live in DC!
