Cafe Pinnacle Macquarie Park

Tried calling numerous times, even 4 times directly in a row , over a space of an hour to make a phone order. I’m in the warehouse across the street and can see they’re open

Yet no answer. Absolutely useless

Was served a small portion of Japanese curry rice for $12. What I ate wasn't even Japanese curry rice. The chicken was undercooked and filled with cartilage. Worst thing I've eaten this decade.

Ate here every day for 6 months! Service was always reliable, as was the food. Didn't set the world on fire, but was moderately priced.

First time I went here was because there weren't many choices in the area, but I've since been back several times because they serve pretty good coffee and a fudgy brownie. Variety of hot and cold food options although slightly pricey for what they are. Have seen their menu rotate fairly often and there are always vegetarian options that aren't just a cold leaf salad.

Love their mushroom risotto and butter chicken. Portion sizes are generous and they always give a sealed packet of takeaway cutlery which I really appreciate - at least I know they're clean and not sitting out for ages.

Bonus that the staff are pretty friendly and always give a smile. Once ordered their beef and rice dish for takeaway and they had just served all their rice. Rather than make me wait for their new batch to finish cooking, the manager asked if I'd be happy to swap out the rice for their stir fried noodles at no extra charge.

If you want to be over charged for mediocre food and rude service, this is the place to be! Ordered beef peppercorn, photo shows how much of the beef I DIDN'T consume - which is most of it. I could only eat the rice and sludge left. I had to suck on a lemon wedge to get the taste out of my mouth. Do not let the busy environment fool you, this cafe is the ONLY cafe in the building and around the immediate area, unfortunately. Not going back here ever.
