Doctor Thac Phan is lovely but male receptionist is extremely rude. I had booked an appointment and he advised the appointment was not in the system. When entering patient details he had entered it incorrectly interfering with my appointment with the doctor. He also didn't accept his mistake and was extremely condescending and rude. He needs to have more common decency and manners.

The woman on service 08/02/2023 was yelling at us. She didn't let me talk, she just yelled. How come there are some one like that working at Health Clinic ??? For sure that we never come back and we sure will tell with all our relationships won't come too. Terrible !!!

I have found Dr Phan very compassionate And caring doctor very professional and quick response to pick up what’s going on with my body and emotional well being. Also when I presented with my granddaughter he was very efficient on doing bloods and picking up that my granddaughter had leukaemia therefore saving her life as early stages and being quick and efficient she was able to get into RCH ASAP.
Today she is very well 15 year old

A lot of other doctors would have ignored a small child’s illness and sent her home.

Rude! Advised that my mum is in care and I’ll try to explain the situation and the doctor simply states that he doesn’t have time for this nonsense and just disconnects the call.

If you really think your getting medical advise. Think again before you visit or call.

I have been seeing Dr Loc for many years and have never felt that he truly cares about my health. An indifferent, in&out in 5min consultation is what I usually get from him. Sometimes I happened to see him on his bad day and he was just short and rude to me. You might ask why I'm still going to this clinic. Well, it's close by and waiting time is often less than 30min. Also, I've been looking for a better doctor but as you know it's not easy to find a good and caring doctor in the west.

Avoid Dr Thac Phan if you value your life.A Doctor without an action plan, is not fit to practice medicine. Been a patient for over 9 years. Presented all symptoms and suffered a heart attack.When i confronted him over lack of care, he was offended. Enter Dr Michael Feldman . He offered me hope. Dr Feldman employment lasted less than one week @ SHMC. All of a sudden, Dr Phan started to show interest in my health. A ploy that would distract me from the real issue. Then , when i really needed assistance to place my 81 yo mother into hospice ,due to her severe cognitive issues, as a result of her deteriorating dementia ,he referred me to North Western Mental Health triage for having relationship issues with my mother. He persistently offered anti depressants , for which i declined. Later was informed from Medicare , that he claimed mental health issues payment , which is 3.5 times normal medicare rebate offered. Touche , for he tried to discredit me with mental issues.I would have received better treatment from a witch doctor. Then the male receptionist hopelessly inserted falsified material into my medical records at Dr T.P request. Vishnu will ultimately decide what good deeds to reward them both ! For the record, i finally found Dr Michael Feldman , working out of Intergrated Medical Centre and made him my physician. Now my health and headspace is finally in order.

I have been attendening this clinic for a number of years now and find it to be the best I have been to. You dont have to wait long periods of time, reception are always friendly and personable. I see doctor thomas and find him to be very knowledgeable and passionate about giving his clients the best possible health care. He seems to be always updating his knowledge and has been able to provide me with expectional health care. Dr Thomas is very personable and takes his time to check his patients and do the neccessary tests required for optimal health. He is also personable and really cares about his patients health. It is clear that Dr Thomas is a professional who is very passionate about his work.I give him 5/ 5 rating and highly recommended him.
