This location is closed- the building is for lease. Incredibly inconvenient as all signs point to open until you show up

The closing and opening hours are incorrect. I’m waiting for an hour and a half and there is no doctor. Many customers are upset.

ATTENTION: this MCI clinic is permanently CLOSED. The doctors have relocated to other locations. There is no sign saying it’s closed and I only found out when I called them. Stood there for 30 mins before they “opened”. Google has to update sooner.

Last three times "no walk-ins", "no doctors today", etc. posted on the door. I can't get a tetanus booster and vaccines through a videocall, yo.

My experience at the beginning was not very good. But I have been there five times and Dr. Wong, Dr.Choi, Dr. Leong-Poi...and nurses are all caring. Thanks.

Heartless unprofessional people. Would not help a young kid with a cut on the face to put a sterile strip and glue on it. According to their own words, the timing was critical for the wound. Still didn't find 5 minutes for it and brushed us off.

I’ve come to this clinic as a walk-in only on a few occasions and every time it’s been a positive experience! Why are people complaining about the staff so much? Those ladies are working hard and are damn busy! Yes the initial call and getting to speak to someone can be improved, but in person the ladies are lovely. The Doctors are THE BEST!!! Dr. Choi is the kindest, most compassionate GP I’ve ever seen. He made me feel heard, gave me all the time and attention needed, and didn’t make me feel like another number in his busy working day.
