Sushi itself...... not much choices in the train. If you want some piece of fish like me, it's a very, very limited choice. I noticed that I could only feed my stomach in here & thus order some rolls from the kitchen. Look at them. I do not have the appetite once they arrived. Sushi rolls were messy & do not cut in the same height. It looks like they would just gave you however they want it to be. It's ashame i pick you.

I had a nice experience with my child here for dinner. We got in and didn’t have to wait. We ordered mostly from the digital menu. The food didn’t come out hot (the tempura), which was disappointing. It was still crispy and tasty though. But for a sushi train place in a food court it was a pretty good experience overall. The price was good.

As a veteran of eating authentic Japanese food, this place is 100% not.
It is and absolutely 100% fake.
Unless you speak an Asian language, you might not pick it up. Just sit next to the kitchen and the staff in black shirts speak a combination of Cantonese and Mandarin.
When the Black shirt staff serve the food to the patrons, they speak Japanese, at least a poor translation of.
Secondly... the food... is an attempt to mimic the real thing. Having tried the most common Japanese food you can think of at this venue, they all taste terrible... this is the whole reason when you go to a Japanese venue, I expect at bare minimum for real Japanese or Korean chefs to prepare these dishes...
As this place is none of those, there are endless mistakes. This place definitely ticks all the boxes on that.
In conclusion, if you want 100% REAL AUTHENTIC Japanese food. This is NOT it. If you want to get ripped off, then you can do as you please.
This is my first and last experience. It's an outright mockery of Japanese food and if you can't bloody cook it properly then you shouldn't be in business!
P.S. Top Tip - Fake Wasabi - Made in China... No thanks. Miso Soup tastes like an instant powdered version.

Great assortment of fresh sushi. Ordered mochi for dessert, too, which tasted lovely. Keep up the good work.

It has the novelty, fun factor however the food is nothing special

The sushi train is a lovely novelty and there’s certainly plenty of dishes coming by regularly. The service too is excellent here as we experienced from a number of different servers who were pleasant, efficient and unfailingly helpful. The issue here is the food itself. We found the sushi to be pretty stodgy tbh and not that tasty. Neither of us thought it was a particularly satisfying meal and I doubt we’d ever bother to return

Have been eating from this sushi place for ages, never had a problem, always exceptional quality. However, I ordered from them on doordash and received raw chicken, I only realised half way through and have since been throwing my guts up, doordash offered no compensation, and I’m very dissatisfied with the quality of food. How can you be serving raw chicken?!
