Red Rooster Kallangur

I recently ordered the Red Hots Satisfryer Box, and it was a huge letdown. The chicken was cold, dry, and nearly inedible. The two tiny pieces I received had almost no meat on them, and there was barely any sauce, making it even worse. I’ve always enjoyed Red Rooster, but this experience was very disappointing. I expected better quality and consistency. Unfortunately, this has made me reconsider ordering from Red Rooster again.

You’re never really gonna get great service At a fast food restaurant. But let’s be honest who cares.
All I want is hot fresh food in a clean dining area and Red Rooster Kallangur delivers this in spades.

The burger I had was hot tasty and fresh as were the chips and let’s not forget the seasoning it was so good.

The place seemed to be operated by a team of girls and they seemed to be doing an ok job.

The young girl who served us was pleasant enough and we were served in a decent time.

No joke made a Google account just to put this review in. Craving KFC for dinner, so drove in only to find 15 cars lined up in the drive through. Looked to the right and noticed that Red Rooster barely had any customers so decided to give them a try instead. I walked in and placed an order for 6 people. Amazingly, before even tapping my card, our food was ready and brought to the counter. After paying, the staff handed us our bags with a cheerful "there you go!" We were all stunned by the incredibly fast service. We got back to the car with our food quicker than I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Looking over at the KFC drive through, we realized we still would have been at the back of the line if we had chosen them. The service at Red Rooster Kallangur was the best I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant, and the food was good too. 100% made my day. I will definitely choose them over the long wait at KFC in the future.

Received a Triple ripper roll and they put the chicken on its side in the roll to make it look fuller, pretty much the same as a normal ripper only you’re paying more. Disgraceful practice. Never again. This company have changed their name on Doordash because of how bad their reviews were lol look out for Burgers by Red Rooster. They must think we are dumb 😂.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing staff. Was going to get KFC but after seeing their big queue thought I’d try the big red. While ordering my food cam straight out, even before I tapped my card it was all ready and all right. 100% satisfied will definitely go over KFC again

I've come here on a number of occasions & have had good experiences. I haven't dined in only grabbed take away. How good are the lunch specials?! You can't beat a quarter chicken & chips for $5 or two rooster rolls for $12. Staff have been friendly, haven't had to wait long & have been happy with the quality and freshness of the food.

Ordered a fried meal via uberEATS but they had sold out of an item after placing the order, however a team member called me(male,didn't get his name so can't give him the credit he deserves) and informed me and went out if his way to make it right by substituting with alternative items.
Great customer service, above & beyond.
Food was delicious, hot & fresh.
There is a number of red roosters in the area but I'll deffinetly be coming back to Kallangur.
This store regularly has good value deals on delivery too.
