This target gets pretty busy especially if you are doing a drive up pickup order. It looks very stressful. Probably should be a job for more than one person but Nicholas did a fantastic job. It was so busy and even though cars kept coming he still was so friendly and quick and efficient. He even ran to make things quicker. Thank you Nicholas.
Everytime I come here the checkout lines are ridiculously long and the cashier's don't seem to care. This was never a problem until they started restricting self checkout to 10 items or less. If you're going to restrict self checkout at least hire more cashier's or hire ones that will actually work.
I stood in line over 30 minutes for a cashier. I had more than 10 items, so I had to wait in line. Only 1 cashier was working! There was at least 10 people waiting in line behind me. There were plenty of people stocking in the aisles, so someone could have come to cashier. The poor lady waiting on me was very nice and she said this was a common occurance. Not a fair situation for her. I did complain, at that time they brought one more cashier to help. By the time I left, there were 2 cashiers and 20 customers waiting in line. RIDICULOUS!!
I came into your make up department and a young lady worked with me. I cannot remember her name. It started with a C she had bright red hair.
I’ve been having a lot of problems with my skin lately and she referred me to a product and explained how the product worked. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. She took her time to help me find the right product for me since then my skin has completely cleared up. I just wanna say thank you so much for referring me to the proper product for my skin type. I had no clue what I was looking for. She was friendly knowledgeable and didn’t act irritated with Me and all my questions. Thank you so much for taking your time with me.

The worst Target I've been to in the Sacramento area. It's a huge store in a good location, but there are always massive lines. I have never once seen more than 3 cash registers open. During Memorial Day weekend, I only saw 2 open! And the most frustrating part is they only allow you to use self-checkout if you have less than 10 items! And they have an employee who does nothing but check if you have more than 10 items, and they will refuse you from using self-checkout if you have even 1 item over. They literally caught me with 11 items and made me leave the line after I had waited 15 minutes already! How can they afford to hire someone to police the self-checkout, but they can't hire a third casher for this HUGE store!? The corporate greed is overwhelming. Shop anywhere else, don't waste your time here.
This time it seems they got my curbside order correct, but only after making a second trip back into the store to get the last bag of item type purchased. Very unfortunate they don't have an option to use my own bags. If you return the bags they have brought to your car they throw them away. No recycling. It is very common that only one or two items are put in a bag. My last order had 13 bags, at least twice as many as necessary. More time than not they do not complete the order, items are missing. If they didn't use up so many bags, maybe they would have less chaos in their staging area and be less likely to lose track of people's orders. It's common that they do a terrible job at bagging. Update: now you can select to bring your own bags in the app, order completion is much better, sometimes understaffed and dirtbag customers park in the designated drive-up spots that aren't picking up an order. I would give this target no stars if I could. This used to me my favorite target to shop at but over the last year it had went downhill! Nothing is ever stocked the shelves are a mess. Don’t even try to shop the makeup section! It is rarely stocked. I now drive to Folsom or Roseville to shop at a target.
