Staff member looked like she had just been told her cat had died, put next to 0 salad in the sandwich and looked like I ruined her day by coming into the store.. Will not be returning.

I would like to give a massive shoutout to Lana today. I ordered a gluten free wrap and she took extra care to wash her hands, wipe down the benches and change her gloves. Her care gave me an amazing experience reducing the chances of cross contamination.
I really appreciate this service and wish that all stores would take care in catering for gluten free people/coeliacs.

Good sandwiches, good service. So far the thing I didn’t like was there was sand in my salad today. I hope they wash vegetable/salad wash properly and I will be happier. Usually good.

Ordered a chicken schnitzel wrap through Uber, I unwrapped it and it literally fell apart and the wrap itself wasn’t even wrapped properly. horrible I couldn’t even eat it, doesn’t even look appealing. As someone who worked at subway this is appalling. Learn how to make wrap properly

Ordered online. Paid extra for beetroot and pineapple. And they charged extra too but did not add them in order. Also there was clear instruction to toasted but it was not toasted as well. Worse subway I ever had. There was no pickle and olives too. It had only spinach carrot cucumber onions and lettuce. Please tell customer next time if you don’t have items so they can order from somewhere else instead of charging them and not even informing them.

Order through Uber eats, 3 chicken subs. One was chicken and bacon MELT, they arrived and it had 2 hunks of raw bacon put on it. Nothing that resembled “melt”
3 subs went straight in the hin.
Called to speak to store, no managers available to talk to. Guy I spoke to said you didn’t select “toasted”, and pointed out that melt generally means it’s melted? He said no it’s just the name. So it’s misleading advertising as well now. If he noticed RAW MEAT being put on a sandwich, the correct thing to do would be to call the customer and ask if they’re aware of that. As that is a serious food safety issue. Never again will I buy from here again. Not only the food safety, but the total lack of care when told about it. He basically said it’s my fault that he put raw meat on my sandwich because I did not tick toasted! Do these people even get trained in food safety? Be careful everyone.

I am absolutely blown away with the service I received this evening. The gentleman that served me tonight was amazing. I asked if they had any gulten free wraps. He went out the back to have a look for me while a sub was toasting. He came back with them and then asked me if the same gloves were ok to make the gulten free warps with. Unfortunately it wasnt due to the fact i am celiac. He was more then happy to change his gloves. I can't thank him enough! 5/5 ⭐️
