Went to buy a live Christmas tree(3-5 foot)and some live 'Drop N Decorated tree buckets(2) plus 2 live wreaths. 915am. 2 guys standing around outside the cashier cage.Not helpful whatsoever. Had to go inside to pay by walking thru their 'exit' door.
The tree had no price tag on it. Had to wait while lady went outside to confirm price. Then lady blamed me for not knowing price.
Workers are stand-offish and rude. Don't dare bother them when they are standing around, doing nothing? Then? Got the tree home only to find the tree leaks water around the base/stand they sold it in... MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL ANYWAY!

I visited Home Depot on Black Friday in search of a combo grill, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. Henry, the assistant manager, along with five other staff members, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right grill for my needs. They not only provided helpful recommendations but also ensured the grill was properly loaded into my SUV. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional, making my shopping experience both efficient and enjoyable. 😊
Can you believe I went to 3 paint shops, ace hardware and sherwin, and the paint was severely off. A child wrote on my daycare wall. And the paint I received was super noticeable. For two weeks I ran around and I felt defeated like I was going to have to change my entire interior walls in 7 years I wasn’t sure what brand type of paint I got or where I received it from. Never having this happen before, so I didn’t remember my base point. I decided to try Home Depot today in bethel park and the paint guy Antonio Flores said good morning and took my paint chip and knew the brand and how to get the exact paint I needed. Thank you for such great customer service skills Antonio Flores!
The little old ladies who work here are always the rudest freaking people. Especially the ones in self checkout and customer service. They’re been nice and friendly with the older men who shop here, welcoming them in the door, offering to help and chat them up, and saying bye have a wonderful day. I’m a girl in my 20’s who owns a house in the area and I’m there all the time for random items and have never once had a good encounter with them. Some people as nasty as to make snarky rude comments to belittle me or when they think I can’t hear.
I tried to buy wood here and like many I wanted to have Home Depot cut my wood down into a smaller piece so that I could fit it in my car. They have a large industrial saw and they charge for this exact service. I wanted to cut my 10” by 1” by 10’ piece of wood in half so that it would fit in my car. I was instructed to talk a man named Michael, a large fellow who was working the section. I politely asked to have my piece of wood cut in half and I was told that he would not cut it because it wasn’t plywood. Despite being a 10” wide board, Michael instructed me to use the hand saw cutting station. Cutting a 10” wide board with a hack saw is ridiculous. Michael was just too lazy to do his job so he took the lazy way out. I just left my cart full off materials there and headed off to Lowe’s where I have no doubt that someone will gladly take my money. Michael cost you guys a customer today so I hope it was worth the 2 minutes he saved not cutting my board.

Tried to get a fridge and dishwasher delivered, waited all day no one showed up. After the time of drop-off they gave us it said, "looks like we missed you". Waited around the window all day. Very poor service and communication. Very disappointed, consider this when ordering. Currently still waiting......
