Bring back the morning surgery. This was so convenient and you didnt have ti wait weeks.
Why am I waiting over a week for a GP appointment for a fungal infection. I have done the E consult, spoke to a pharmacist and sent pictures. I now have to wait over a week for a phone call. This is craz. Now the infection has spread.
Used to be a really good service since covid it has gone right down hill

I cannot believe the bad reviews I have read about this surgery! I honestly shout and scream from the rooftops how amazing and brilliant they are. I regularly see Dr Okachi who genuinely is one of the most approachable, lovely, caring and understanding drs I’ve ever known but I have also been seen by Nurse Dowdle and Dr Bohmer-Laubis who I too think are outstanding in their professions. I think their online econsult is effective way of triaging the severity of a condition, their communication is fantastic whether by phone call, text or email. And having prescriptions sent straight to our chemist with no hassle has been a god send. And even when one didn’t reach us, they were so quick to deal with the situation. The reception staff can be a little stern, but when you look at the people they have to deal with and the way they get treated sometimes, I think they are well within their rights to not smile. They are still amazing at what they do and deserve way more respect than they are given.
Bottom line is, I have never felt more safe and reassured by a drs surgery and that goes for my husband and two little girls too. I would recommend them to anybody seeking a drs surgery locally; I thank my lucky stars they are on my doorstep and they are a credit to our NHS.

The receptionists go on break between 1200-1400 so don’t bother calling during those times. I’ve never known a surgery to just not answer the phone because everybody takes a 2 hour lunch break at the same time every single day. They approve prescriptions and then don’t actually approve them so when you get to the pharmacy to pick them up they don’t have them. You can’t get an appointment and if u fill in the online e consult to try and get an appointment it’s confusing. I’m 25 and find it confusing so I don’t know how older people manage. I’ve been on a waiting list to join another gp since moving away but havnt been accepted yet. This shouldn’t make a difference as they can send ur prescriptions to your chosen pharmacy anyway. I’m asthmatic and need inhalers, not pain meds or diazapam! I called today as I went to pick up a prescription that had been approved and they didn’t have it. I then received a voice mail from the gp which was extremely passive aggressive telling me that they’d do it this one time (thanks so much for the favour!) and that I needed to find a new gp in the area I live in.

Really disappointed that after completing an e consultation today the 13th April explaining how much pain I'm in and genuinely asking for help I'm told that a clinician will review my e consultation on the 25th April. I suppose they expect us to go and sit up A & E for 8 hours whereas before it was to stop us going to A&E. Its a shame that since Covid you no longer have the same access to Gp's and I can't see it going back to how it was before.

I have walked in this morning to the practice and there were 3 member of staff behind reception desk 2 chatting and drinking tea and one on her desk , none of them have acknowledged me or made an eye contact.I said hello one of them said in a very hostile manner ;you can stand by the front and we will come to you .
I am amazed for the way they were allowed to managed the front of house of the practice in such unacceptable manner . I don’t use the facility much but I sincerely feel sorry for those ones with underlying medical problems which they might have experienced this type of staff behaviour. Very sad to know that NHS has been represented this way by front of house team at Bellegrove GP center welling.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Very rude receptionist staff, a couple of times me and my partner have been there which there has been a few remarks from the receptionists very unprofessional especially the needs for the patients health and legal duties. I have contacted their practice manager to discuss this and the response after my concerns was they don’t need any more training and if your not happy leave. After looking at the reviews it seems to be happening a lot so which is giving a lot of red flags for this doctor’s surgery. Avoid this surgery if you haven’t yet registered their.

My husband and I registered with this surgery 10 years ago, when we moved to the area. They had good hours, morning walk-in appointments and it was/is a decent sized practice. When we needed to see someone, we could. It was not super easy, but feasible.
And then Covid hit. And it seems that our surgery is STILL stuck in it because it is impossible to see anyone. They keep hiding behind useless e-consult that is totally not fit for purpose. Pretty much like this surgery. They really seem to have forgotten that they are meant to be providing a service; that they are meant to be here for patients - people who need help with their health issues. Not Bellegrove Surgery though. They are doing us, the great unwashed public, a huge favour when/if we can get an appointment.
I tried their wonderful e-consult today as I've been suffering from a constant back pain for a few days now. I got a date for a consultation. For NEXT Friday. I guess I will have to resort to calling 111 or going to A&E because this lot are of no use. They just don't want to know. I am not contacting surgery because I have nothing better to do with my life, trust me on that one... This system is broken and it needs fixing.
