I have never dealt with a more useless company. We had to chase them for a service, when they finally came they said they had to order filters - it’s currently the end of Feb 2023 and we’ve been waiting since December 2022. Every time I try for an update I’m told they’ll “get back to me” or I get their voicemail. Clearly no one checks this as I never hear back. Both myself and our property manager have been trying for months to get things sorted and have only been met with frustrating responses. Absolutely useless.
Update - February 2024 and still not heard back from them… bought all of our chemicals and everything we needed to use the spa back when they told us it would be a short wait for the filters. Still no filters 🙄 what a waste of money!

Exceptional customer service. I popped in to see if they did pool pump servicing . They didn't - but they went one better. Bill came to my house, picked up my pump, took it to Gold Coast Chlorinators at Molendinar and picked it up again once it was serviced. Who does that these days? I also needed a 50mm O-ring and they just gave it to me. That's the kind of service that brings people back. Thanks guys.

After 6 years of going to this place because of proximity convenience I am told he won't sell me pool salt as he has priority customers even though the week before he told me to come in as he had the supplies coming in. Half a wall of salt there too. Won't be going back even when they get their supply chain in order
