Overall very professional service. They reacted immediately to what we wanted and the service was excellent. Connor, Rob, Lee, Harry…they were all very pleasant, helpful and professional.
First they acid washed the pool, then replaced the salt chlorinator and I also purchased a cordless Dolphin Robot Vacuum pool cleaner. The pool looks terrific.
I have now asked them to service the pool on a monthly basis after doing it myself.

The team at Pool Doctor have been incredible in helping me over the last few months. Along with attending for monthly pool servicing, they have also been available to help with a few issues that have arisen with our pool. They have excellent communication and prompt service (sending out a service member as soon as possible, they've even rescheduled their day to address an urgent concern). I was previously using another local company, but have found that the team at Pool Doctor have excellent knowledge and can explain things in a clear and simple manner.
