Such a cozy atmosphere, we walked past this place one night and I knew I needed to stop in. Food was amazing, friendly service. We loved the little slice of cheese bread served with our salad. I read some reviews about the host/owner being rude; he was perfectly kind and accommodating to us and had a good sense of humor.

Food: bottom line I don’t think there’s an item on the menu that’s not 5 star quality on taste and portion size. So much to unpack. Just close your eyes and pick anything. Lasagna and meatball sub are top notch.
Atmosphere: you feel like you’re at your Italian great grandmother’s house. Cozy and inviting. You can dress up for a nice evening or wear your pajamas and feel the same acceptance.
Service: Awesome.

The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the waitress who served us was very friendly. The food is normal, nothing special, but definitely the worst thing was the attention received by the hoster who seems to be the owner. He was very rude and impolite. The truth is that if they are like that with their own customers I can't imagine with others. Bad experience, I do not recommend it because also the food is not 5. I would like to remember that in restaurants do not give away the food, you pay for it, at least they should treat people well.

I like design and atmosphere! But I need to taste different pizzas couple more times. Nevertheless don't expect an Italian pizza here. It is completely different, you can even find a pizza with pineapple here.

Well, the experience didn't start very good given the nasty man who told us to pick a table against the wall repeatedly and loud. Not very cordial at all. We almost turned around and left but we had a long walk to get there and weren't up to walking some more. His poor attitude nearly cost them a dinner for four. Fortunately, the entrees saved the day even after a side salad not worth adding to the meal. Our dishes were Pasta linguine with clams with creole marinara and linguine Alfredo. Both well prepared. Waitress was ok. Strange Mona Lisa art work. Not doing justice to the original and I did see the original in Paris. Go and enjoy the food but stay clear of the man at the door.

It is a very original restaurant with great food and amazing staff right in the French Quarter. I had craved spinach dip all day long, and theirs was so good. As we were leaving, there were two women looking through the windows. They happened to be locals and told us that the owner had passed away not a long time ago. Made us appreciate our experience even more.

A small but very well run restaurant that serves fantastic Italian food. Possibly the meatiest red sauce I have ever had. The perfect seasoning to completement the dish. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the portion size. The wine prices are also very reasonable.
