Waited half an hr and was told by the clerk that the doctor is not able to see me. Why have it as Walk in clinic than. Not so helpful Clerk.

If you want professional doctors then go there. They're good.

Such a bad receptionist why she still working there? Everyone is complaining on her i asked if they open on saturday her answer is a no and hang up the phone.

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Drove down here for 45 min and waited 1 hour for them to open and she tells me I need a rapid test because I have a sore throat, and not willing to give me a rapid test. It's a walk in clinic I've been to many walk in clinics and non of them ask for a rapid test. I'd understand if it was my gynocoligsts office but a walk in....

The receptionist Kali is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and this job and place won't suit her, but dr. Hani Ibrahim is great and all respect for him.

Unfortunately have experienced several encounters now with this clinic. The receptionist is surprisingly awful in every category and disrespectful. The doctor is unsanitary in my opinion and wasn't wearing gloves, or washed his hands when interacting with me the patient. I would recommend driving 5 minutes up the road to see any other walk in clinic. 0/10 experience made worse by unwelcoming, incompetent receptionist, would not recommend.

I went there this evening at 7.20 pm. They are already closed and the cleaning lady was mopping. They are supposed to close at 8 pm.
What kind of walk in is this. Absolutely horrible. Nothing but lazy. I'm going to report this clinic.
