Right Health Karama Medical Centre

One of the best and economical medical facility in town, I visited orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Ankit Dhaca, he is such a nice person and Doctor as well, I got very good and positive feeling while sitting in front of him. I was very much impressed by his sympathetic behaviour and professionalism. All paramedical staff is also very kind and efficient. I want to thanks Dr. Geetah as well, she is very kind and helpful. Thanks Right Health 😊 🙏

Had a consultation with Dr Faisal Khan and it was terrible, I tell him my symptoms in which he gives me medicine without telling me the case of which I’m suffering from? How can I take a medication blindly without knowing what is the problem?
Secondly I ask him to emphasize on what exactly I’m suffering from and he say ‚‘you people alway have problems like this‘ … who is you people? He goes on to state ‚you Africans always have this problem?!‘ and decided right there that I have Ulcers, which he did not test for (and btw I do not have). I feel I was not take care of and was racially discriminated after asking for a test to find out what the problem is he states there’s no need because I don’t have insurance! And has offered me medication and said if you still feel pain come back after 6 days and you won’t have to pay the consultation fee!! Excuse me?! Come back again to find out what’s wrong with me when I am presently asking for a test I did not refuse to pay?! To me this is the most disrespectful person I have ever met in this Dubai and waste of my time, I will never come to this place knowing that client and patient care is at 0.

I will also be going to their management to report this case as the mannerisms this man has is not in lieu with the oath a Doctor must take to treat a patient and does not deserve to sit there and treat patients.

Poor customer service, patients being kept waited for more than 1 hour and after proceeding also very lagging, i have spend almost more than 2hours for consultaion and other paper works... Really bad experience.

Very bad experience, too much waiting time to consult the doctor.I have waited for two hours. even after consulting doctor they don't have enough bed to give better treatment.there also i waited more time.

First of all i would like to say A lot of Thanks to Dr. FAWAD QASIM at Karama Medical Center DIP 1 Branch to bring my confidence back to me about the High Blood pressure problem which i was suffering from last more than 2 years at Aster Medical Centre, He is a excellent person and doctor who have bundle of knowledge how to treat a patient. Thanks once again to bring my High Blood Pressure to normal,,,, feeling very relaxed whenever I meet him, i feel like i m in safe hands,,,🙏🏻

I visited at 9:30 and waited for long time.
Front desk staff sent me 2 to 3 times to pharmacy and was not able to take approval for my injection.
But when Mr. Digvijay took the charge he solve my problem in 2 min.
He is very very fast and knowledgeable in his work.

I got a good experience after visiting the Karama medical center. The staff is too supportive . Specially I want to say thank to Mr. Digvijay he supported me too much during the entire process. From registration to final sattlement.
He showed the humanity.
