Been here few times and One of the best place i would say in Auburn for take aways and dine ins. Very simple, amazing with flavours and taste delicious. Very reasonable prices as well as staff is professional, friendly and humble. 100% recommend Mandi rice auburn 😋 👌 😍

Great place for Mandi rice (Yemen rice). Had the Mandi Madfoon (spicy) meal. The lamb was very tender and juicy. Rice was very flavourful and love the added raisins. Adds sweetness.

Food is good n tasty, well cooked . We ordered 4-5 person meals, but they served 3 pots of raita which is not enough . They should serve as per order size . We waited for 50 minutes. We ordered a whole leg platter $120 and 1 grilled chicken extra for $15 as far I remembered. Food quantity was perfect , but the quantity of rice was not as much as this platter was offered (for 4-5 persons).They served rice and sauce n raita, salad for 3 adults person serving actually. So their specification is not correct.
I recommended their food but environment was pretty much crowded and loud squeaky problematic auto sensor door made us super disturbing, you can’t believe.

Toilet was super unclean, and dirty , OMG !!

We came here from Campbelltown only to taste their food but we were happy with food but this place is not suitable to eat in . Better we could takeaway food and back to home .

Unfortunately not the best experience with Auburn location. We live in Auburn but regularly visit Merrylands shop which is clean, better quantity and quality food.
Today we went in Auburn instead of Tandoori chicken they give u rosterd chicken plus rice quality and quantity both not same as other shop,. Less salad no green sauce. When asked service. Girl about photo and Merrylands shop reference. The response was. If they want they can give we don't. If. You want pay $2 extra. Which I don't mind for. $2 but why being same. Business this huge difference in everything. Never visiting again. We ordered mixed mandi by the way was 44 but now paying 50 and less quantity

Great family experience. It was really busy so our order took awhile to serve, but other than that this outlet in Auburn is fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious. Fair price for the servings too. We will return.

We've visited this place and their other locations a few times now, and I can firmly say that one thing that stands consistent across all their chains is their taste.

We usually order the mudfoon lamb mandi that serves 2 people. You'll probably want to have another piece of meat added to your meal if both of you enjoy a great portion of meat.

The taste of their rice and tender lamb shanks are on point along with the sauces they give.

The serving size is quite satisfying, although the price point is slightly high ($40), but you'll end up taking some takeaway.

Hygiene is a bit off and can be improved. Cutlery needs to change. You can't enjoy mandi with a wooden spoon 😂

Overall, you must visit if you come across this chain.

Recommended by many friends who tried the Mandi, I was determined to try it too. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed the Mandi rice amazingly cooked to perfect texture and flavour. The soft meat was coming off the bones effortlessly, so well cooked. it was truly a delightful experience. The restaurant has a tiny space separated if you want to sit on and dine arab style. Toilet and overall hygiene must be improved. Other than food Tea is offered at this restaurant. The prices are reasonable. The girl at the counter who served us was friendly too. The only drawback is that there is no parking for this restaurant so you’ll need to use 30min street parking or arrange an alternative parking solution. I have never had a better Mandi than this anywhere in Australia so far. I wish they expand the business and open up branches in other states as well. You get 4/5 starts from a very happy customer from South Australia.
