One of the most PATHETIC customer service ever come across in any medical center firstly the staff seated in the reception do not deserve to be there, the way they deal with the patients is just extremely substandard.
I had to meet Dr RAZIA SULTANA she is one of the most disrespectful doctor I have every met or seen she was literally shouting on the patients who came to get treated from her the way she dealt with them was totally ill-mannered. She even asked me as to why I came at 10 pm instead in the morning where in the hospital works till 11 30 pm. I have been visiting the medical center with my family for years now but I would never ever step back just because of this particular doctor and her attitude.

Hope the above comes in notice of the respectful authorities.

Also to notify this is not the first time I have heard bad reviews about this doctor Razia. This needs to be addressed exigently.

I had an unfortunate experience with this clinic regarding the issuance of treatment reports. After undergoing treatment with orthopedic doctor, I expected to receive comprehensive reports detailing my condition, diagnosis, and treatment plan for my records.

To make matters worse. I was informed that there would be a charge for obtaining these reports. I find it disheartening that I am being askedto pay an additional fee for documents that should rightfully be a part of the patient care process.

As patients, we place our trust in medical professionals to provide us with not only proper treatment but also clear and accurate information about our health. It is my hope that this review serves as feedback for improvement and that the clinic reconsiders their approach to sharing vital medical records with their patients.
