Super happy with my nails. The lady who did mine was great, though she did not say much. The other ladies did not seem as nice as the lady who did mine

I go here for my nails, spa pedicures and waxing. Lilly and her team do a great job and are consistent in their service. Love it here!

Filed my nails shorter than I asked for, cut me several times and dripped gel over my fingers which then burned under the light. 2 stars because I've had mixed experiences here before.

Update: It is the next day and after spending the night feeling my nails bend doing any normal activity I will be going to a salon to have dip applied. I don't feel the manicure should have been done while I was sitting in the chair having a pedicure the entire procedure was rushed and uncomfortable. I am disgusted having paid for all the extra addons to be left with weakened nails they refused to help me fix. At least give me a discount to go back to the dip when YOU SUGGESTED SHELLAC especially when I said a few times I've been using dip powder because I stopped breaking nails at work. Thanks for grinding down and weakening my nails to apply a basic polish and then telling me too bad pay more. Disgusting. I want to leave zero stars for this but the pedicure was deserving of something.
.
After paying $130 I am not impressed. I went back within 30 minutes after leaving to say I wasn't happy and was basically told too bad pay again.
Stopped in for a mani pedi, ended up doing a spa for both. Even though they do look pretty I am actually dissatisfied with the manicure. My nails were long and strong going in. I asked her to slightly shorten them and keep them rounded, they are now too short and pointed. I needed dip removed and was going to opt for dip again. I was asking the difference between the shellac and dip because my job is rough on the hands and the dip has stood up to the abuse and I haven't broken a nail in a long time. I repeated many times I need to keep my nails strong so I don't break them at work. She said shellac is weaker but should be OK and both the techs kept suggesting I use the same on fingers and toes so I went with shellac. I suppose that was my mistake - however I said MANY times I need strong nails. I don't know what happened to my left hand if they grinded too much or what but 3 of the nails on my left hand are so weak now they bend with the slightest pressure. I went back after leaving 30 minutes later to talk to them about it, to fix it, add a top coat - anything that could help the damage THEY CAUSED. But was repeatedly told no and it would cost more money and if I wanted dip to pay for a new manicure. the pedicure was nice but I feel so terrible about the manicure I actually wish I didn't get anything done.

Clean space with friendly nail techs. Helped within 15 minutes during a busy time and without an appointment. My nail tech ensured I liked the style, shape and colour of my nails often throughout the process. I recommend the spa add on for the pedicure, well worth the extra $15!

Got a shellac pedicure with the spa scrub that was heavenly, and then a biogel fill, with the adorable design. Such lovely ladies and a really comfortable clean space 😍
