I don’t have anything negative to say besides this is the most bare bones pizza experience you might ever have. Very bland pizza. Depressing atmosphere. Service was fast at least. I wasn’t expecting much. Go if you’re desperate for a quick slice. It was clean in there at least
Worst service I’ve ever had. The Asian guy is so rud. My friends and I wanted to pay separately and the guy got mad only for that reason and started raising his voice when he delivered the order.
Chicken wings dried out and stone cold. Garlic bread tough like it had been microwaved. Salad was a bowl of lettuce with two slices of tomatoes 3 pieces of green pepper 6 pieces of onion and 1/2 a teaspoon of smashed up olives. Lasagna was ok. Not outstanding g by any means but just ok. Gf did t even finish it as it was worse for her than me. Very poor experience all over.
It all depends on the management and staff. IMO this location has slowly declined from its former glory and sadly so has the entire franchise in the west end of Toronto. Pizza Nova 🍕 was at one time a viable option but I can no longer waste my time trying and hoping it will be like it once was. Other people still swear by it so check it out for yourself. Then make your own decision.
Not my favorite Pizza Nova location. My favorite one is in Burlington but it's okay. Of course I only had garlic bread. They probably should have baked it for another 45 seconds but it wasn't bad.
Was suffering some medical condition and just wanted a plastic spoon/ fork to eat something before medicine. the server out there, she said. I need to buy something to get a plastic disposable fork. like really? corporate social responsibility for someone in need for a basic disposable cutlery. Very bad. eventually got 1 from restaurant next door. helping customer is creating a customer. I would never visit again. If head office of Pizza Nova is reading this. Honestly, this is not nice for a fast food joint.
Ordered a bruschetta pizza (which is a menu ITEM) it consists of : black olives , bruschetta and feta. with added sausage.
The pizza that I received however seems to be an old stale deluxe pizza that they just added sprinkles of bruschetta and sausage onto. Literally a completely different pizza that they tried to mask over with the bruschetta.
…. I also ordered this pizza IN STORE and waited for it.
GROSS , really wish I looked in the box before driving all the way home.
