At approximately 1400hrs on 14Nov23, I was eating my bowl of kimchi ramen when I decided to add more sesame to my bowl. As I was shaking the stainless steel sesame canister, two cockroaches feel into my bow. One got drowned in the hot soup and another ran out of the bowl.
I informed a staff member and she dealt with the runaway cockroache and then took the bowl away. Not sure what she did with it but she brought back the same bowl with the dead cockroach in there to me, expecting me to continue eating.
I am appalled by the lack of food safety training to their staff. Even the more senior staff look unfazed and just took away the sesame container (which was left there by the first staff) when I told him what happened. Nobody attempted to check all the other sesame shaker for cockroaches.
This is very bad. If that's the attitude with cockroach infestation in the dining room, I can't imagine what's going on inside the kitchen.

The ramen was very good price and it was great. Not heavy in flavouring. I didn't have any food reactions. Had the takoyaki and gyoza side dishes.
The unagi was dry, no sauce and very disappointed. I have eaten lots of Unagi donburi and this is the driest.
Funky art on the wall and medium dining space.
The service was a little lacking. It was ok. Though the bowls being dropped on the table with a clang, kind of shocked that the service was so lack lustre.
Free parking and good toilet facilities available.

It is great to find places that know what they do and do it well. Great tasting ramen at affordable prices. Small but absolutely adequate menu! Been here several times and we will be back!

Had dinner here and have always enjoyed their ramen. Although it's not as famous as the other franchises, their ramen would be one of the better ones.
Ordered a black garlic oil ramen, which came with three slices of pork belly which was nicely done, tender and slightly charred. The noodle is cooked to perfection and there's a generous topping of sliced black fungus and bamboo shoots. The egg was the best so far as it's jammy and really well marinated. On top of all the offerings, the price is really affordable compared to the famous chains.
Good and quick service as well. They're responsive and get to your service quite quickly.

Ramen boy always hits the spot, the broth is always so flavourful and noodles perfectly al dante. My husband loves their black garlic ramen, I’ve tried the wow and boy ramens which also amazing. This time I ordered the Okinawa seafood hot udon and it was just so comforting since it was cold and rainy, the seafood was fresh and not over cooked. Their chicken karaage is also delicious! The overall atmosphere really reminds me of a little ramen joint, it’s so cozy and you can watch them prepare the food through the little window. Service is always friendly and fast too.

Good, budget friendly local option for ramen in Willeton. We spent $26 for 2 people at lunch. The broth tasted good and charred pork belly slices had a good smoked flavour to it. Great noodle texture.

A little hidden gem in the local suburb. Various selections of ramen and don (rice) at reasonable prices, apparently Wow Ramen is their most popular which is delicious but a little salty. Unagi don is delicious. Although the flavours for their menu items aren’t fully authentic as business is run by Chinese owner?/staff?, they are still delicious. It would have been much better if they give more soup in the ramen so it ain’t too dry by the time the noodle is finished after soaking up most of the soup.
