Got my teeth cleaned and whitened by Dr. Antoine with their Brilliant Smile package last October. Very professional and patient for it was my first time doing such treatment! He explained the process to me clearly and was transparent on any thing that could possible happen during the procedure. Really satisfied as a patient!

Good afternoon! I was very impressed with this clinic. I have been living in the UAE for 5 years and during all this time I have not seen such a quality of service as in this clinic. From the very beginning, I was struck by how CLEAN the clinic was. I was also very impressed by the fact that there are Russian-speaking workers and doctors. I want to say separately that the staff and doctors very patient and friendly people. I went for a consultation with Dr. Vadim and for a facial cleansing to Dr. Nattela.The examination went fine, they told me the reasons and prescribed a good remedy for my problem.But the facial cleansing was just perfect, the whole process was very high quality and surprisingly painless. A wonderful clinic, I advise you!

For the first time, I have visited Ibn Sina Medical for my teeth cleaning, and had a very good experience. Very friendly people and accommodating. But of course thank you so much to Dr Sharmaine, she really did a great job. Really satisfied with the service and she is a nice person. Dr. Antoine is honest, professional, and a bit funny too. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. The nurses are professional, friendly and so attentive to our needs. Reception staff were accommodating. The clinic overall was really clean and had a good ambience. But I just found the air freshener too strong.
Strongly recommend this medical centre.

I had visited Shifa Al Jazeera today morning and is completely struck by the way they treat their clients and patients. I am very much satisfied with their service especially the reception desk which made the procedures and processes very clear. I also appreciate the kindness and time the doctors has put forth in taking care of their patients. Overall I give this clinic five stars. Great job👍

Today I visited for consultation and by miss understanding I miss to sign the consultation paper which they should give in me in first place same like other medical center. Once I leave the medical center I got a call threatening me that it will not be good for me as I need to come immediately to sign and pay AED13. I ask politely if possible I can pay online as I left already and the guy answered me that he will pay on my head as like I am running from the payment. Finally he sent me his bank account to pay which I did. I am their regular customer from years. In spite of these their customer service is very bad and not polite.
I hope the management took my feedback positively and arrange some customer service training to their staff.

I visited this centre the second time as the GP Dr. Irfan is providing excellent treatment and is very polite and caring. The other staff and neatness is very good. The pharmacist is also very competent.
I am visiting Al Kanary Medical Centre since 2008 when ever I am sick just because of Doctor Sunil. He is the best Doctor I met in UAE compare to other famous hospitals doctors.
Visited ENT Dr Shireen here. We were visiting her in NMC before. Visits went well. Please note, there is no wifi in this clinic. Wi fi name was showing but the receptionist told it's not for the patients 😊.
Customer service at this clinic is very unprofessional and incompetent. They keep changing the rules, the prices and keep double charging. The admin that takes care of the booking got my name wrong, refused to explain the situation with the overcharging or explain anything at all for that matter. Very poorly mannered and unprofessional staff. Like ridiculous clinic….
Dr. Omnia was very kind and helpful, while the nursing staff were also friendly. The clinic is very clean too, so I highly recommend it. The only complaint I have is that the soap dispenser in the bathroom had too much water in it.
As first time visiting the clinic, I am very grateful for the service and experience that I had. From the receptionists,nurses and doctors who have been very professional and knowledgeable. I felt so secure that all my concerns were checked and explained well. After receiving the results of my laboratories, the receptionists called immediately and connect me to the doctor for the necessary follow up check and further lab tests that has to be done. Dear team I really appreciate Soji nurse really professional very helpful i as visited today for medical Checkup The clinic generally is clean and friendly, the reception staff are polite and helpful. Everyone was very kind and competent.who made me feel heard and very taken care of and safe, beyond being warm and friendly its clear she’s incredibly knowledgable and knows what she is doing, what I loved was that she also explained what is going on and why she is suggesting, my options and how things will progress, involving me in the process properly. All in all it was a very positive experience in which I felt seen, heard, respected and taken care of. I would advise this clinic and specifically any day to anyone who needs recommendations!

I had my check up yesterday and it was a great experience for a clinic. Staff and nurses were very accommodating and waiting time is less. Nurses were gentle specially taking my blood samples. Overall experience was excellent. Big shout out to Sir Leo for the assistance.

Today I visited thin clinic for first time doesn't make me feel that it was my first time. There is the gentleman his name is ( Mr Leo) I meet him he was very friendly and supportive with me and with my family Very kind. Not only him also receptionist and nurse, doctor and All. After making an appointment for a procedure, I asked administrator to provide me the doctor's educational background, in response the clinic's admin refused to answer on the question in rude manner and cancelled the appointment. The only reason, I can assume, why it was so - because the clinic provides poor service with uneducated staff, so be careful. I also guess that five star rates with the same comments are fake.
I would say Bhatia Muwailah Medical Center is one of the best clinics in Sharjah. The clinic is new, not too big, very clean and has a nice, fresh, cool atmosphere. The staff, the nurses and the doctors are very attentive, caring, polite and always helpful. Me and my family members always visit this clinic whenever we don't feel well and we are very happy with the service we receive each time. Dr. Omnia, the general practitioner is very nice, very professional in her job, knowledgeable and always listens to our health concerns and gives the right treatment. The clinic has its own pharmacy next to it and the prices are good and affordable.
I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who would like to receive excellent service and excellent treatment.

Quick, clean, and very courteous! I had a fantastic experience here. The location is conveniently situated near a parking lot. In just 10 minutes, I was in and out! Couldn't be thankful enough with the clinic, specially Dr Tatyana, for the professional approach, genuine care, friendliness and effectiveness. From the moment one enters the clinic all the staff is really attentive and caring. I've been dealing with sun marks and skin issues for a long time but I'm feeling a difference here.

Easy, fast, great service, love it!
It’s a family of doctors and nurses who are focused on patient care. They accept most insurances without unnecessary wait. Haven’t seen any patient leave unsatisfied so this is a huge plus point.
Client centered care, what more can I say? Nice doctors. Usually am scared of visiting doctors but it wasn’t so here.

A good medical center in sharjah where you can find general, dental , physio and internal medicine doctors. When I went there pediatric doctors where not there. The center is clean and well maintained. The receptionist is also very fast in booking appointments and registration.
I would highly recommend this clinic for any sort of dental treatments . I felt so satisfied with my dental filling. Throughout the procedure I was comfortable and loved how much of care and effort was taken by the dentist. The treatment rates were also good.

It's a good clinic though small and with limited facilities. There are two good doctors Dr Sunil and Dr Shahida. There are more patients to see Dr Sunil so waiting time is more. They prescribe only low medicines initially and explain sickness well and the care to be taken.

I was experiecing chest discomfort and palpitation for past 6 months, some time breathing difficulty while walking... Hence I planned to visit a cardiologist and one of my friend recommend me Dr Amit and i visited him last week. To be true he is one of the best cardiologist in Sharjah and he knew it everything. Beyond that he explains everything in detail before doing it which will make more confortable to the patient and they can decide themselves.... More over the center is brand new and staffs more polite and place is clean and neat..... Affordable price.

Worst services that you could ever expect; staff is highly unprofessional. Operators doesn't pick up the calls and by mistake if they pick up; you will hear them hanging up the line. You go for PCR and wait for 30mins for the nurse to come and assist you. Zero work ethics prevail in this clinic.
Quick, clean & very courteous. U can park in a parking lot nearby close to the medical centre. Was in and out in 10 min.
