I availed for massages (ayuverda and Thai) and Mirapeel facial services. A consultation with a Dr starts the experience. She will listen to your needs and requests and come up with the best plan to attend to you.

This is a long honest review.

1. Reception: They are friendly, warm, and accommodating. They contact you thru whatapp to remind you of your appointment. You can also book/reschedule your appointments thru Whatsapp. Plus, they send you a screenshot of all your booked appointments to remind you! They go above and beyond really. Thank you!
2. Appointment: it's easy to get an appointment thru phone and online (Whatsapp). They are eve open during weekends and holidays!
3. massages: I availed the ayuverda and Thai massages. All ayurveda masseuses are professional, warm, and good. Personally, I like Priyanka for ayuverda. I like her massage techniques. I also love the hot herbal balls being pounded on my stiff and achy back. The Thai masseuses are very good as well! You can also choose which oils you prefer. After any massage, they offer steam and shower. You have your own in your room.
I just finished the best Thai massage in UAE. I have been experienced many masseuses even in 5 star spas/hotels. Seeta, thank you so much. You are the best Thai massuese here!!!
4. Cleanliness: The place is clean. The rooms are clean, towels in great condition, and toilet/showers are clean. They have cleaners and clean it every after client use.
5. Facial: I availed 4 Mirapeel sessions. I had discoloration due to sun exposure, clogged pores, open pores, mild acne, and whiteheads. I cannot remember the exact details of the serums used and what the equipment is for. However, they put many serums on your face and use their specialized equipment. Microneedling is also involved.
I want to acknowledge Dr Arshia Shaikh. She consults with you every session, does the microneedling, and oversees your Mirapeel session every time. She listens to your concerns even how minor it is and customize the treatment to include it. She's very personable and warm and makes sure you get what you need for your skin. You are sure to receive a customized facial session depending on your skin needs that day. She also explains well and answers any question. I feel secure I am in good hands.
I also want to acknowledge Lynn. She's a facial therapist/technician. She starts and ends the Mirapeel session. She explains the serums and techniques being used. She gives advice as well. She's warm and kind. She goes above and beyond such as making sure I'm comfortable and continually checking up on me.
6. Facilities:
There is a lift inside if you don't want to use the stairs. There's a seating area by the reception with tea, water, and detox water. It's clean, quiet, and peaceful.

I feel already relax when I enter the House of Nature. I recommended this place to my coworkers and friends. They also availed services from here and quite happy.

House of Nature (HON) is the home of alternative medicine in Abu Dhabi. I am currently taking Ayurveda sessions, and it feels light after each experience. It does not only cleanse the body but also boost blood circulation. Thanks to Anand, Ranjith, and Bobbie for taking turns in my ayurveda sessions, and i must say they are the experts in this field at HON.

I also had the chance to experience facial treatments like Arusha and Mirapeel, and Cooltech (non-invasive removal of excess fats in the body) under the expertise of Dr Arshia and her assistant, Lyn. It was an amazing experience. It feels rejuvenating, and I felt younger again after the treatments.

These treatments are highly recommended. And, i will keep coming back to House of Nature for my ayurveda, facial, and cooltech treatments. HON also offers other services like chiropractic, hijama, naturopathy, yoga, among others.

I had been switching from clinic to clinic before coming here without any clarity as to what is going in with my condition. A few months back I’ve been experiencing problems with my skin due to acne scars but by 3-4 sessions my skin improved and I’m not having a lot of acnes now. I have been visiting Dr. Archana Ashtekar in NMC medical center, Karama through out my pregnancy. She is such an amazing Gynecologist. She is always available to her patients, in my case she is just a whatsapp msg away. She is always reachable , let it be midnight or early morning . I appreciate her knowledge and professionalism. She listens intently and answers all the queries with patience. I have delivered my baby 10 days ago in Bareen Hospital by Dr. Archana and to say genuinely my delivery wouldn't be easy without her and her guidance. I will be always thankful for her guidance, motivation, care and treatment through out my pregnancy. I have never googled anything through out my pregnancy, have just followed her and have gone to normal delivery with ease. The doctors at Al Fuad Medical Clinic especially Dr. Rosalyn & Dr. Natalie are some of the best I've encountered. They are not only knowledgeable and skilled in their respective fields but also very approachable.

I loved every minute of my experience here. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I did the red carpet facial and my skin post facial, looks so good. It looks clean, my pores are less visible, I can see a glow as well which I absolutely love. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

Got a hydrafacial done at AAC and it went great. The professional who had done my facial has been working there over 10 years and she was great. She asked if I had done any treatment to my face prior to starting to ensure that there will be no reaction. It turned out that I had used a serum that was not suitable so instead of continuing with the facial she advised me to come back in 10 days and I did and I am more than happy with the results. Love the professionalism and the glow effect was instant. Definitely coming back.

Went in for a scale and polish and ended up being covered in water. I have been to a lot of places for a hygeinist clean but none have been so uncomfortable and wet. Although my teeth came out clean, it was chaotic. I got home and noticed a chunk of my moustache had been taken out. Wouldn't want this experience for someone I didn't like.

This is by far the " I feel at home" vibes Clinic I've been in Dubai Satwa. Staff are very accommodating and you can feel their genuine concern to your issue.

I had a simple Clean and polish session with Dr.Shareena. and it honestly was the worst dental experience I've ever had!

I had to deal with my front tooth filling being removed! and I don't know..Why?..

I was there only for a simple clean up and polish, it took her literally less than 20mints before she started rushing me out!

I noticed the next day and of course came back and she insisted on blaming me, her patient for having that filling for too long Instated of her actually noticing it and given me a suggestion to replace my old filling with new one in the same session!

She replaced it with a new filling not as good as the old one! Never apologized or said anything else!

The House of nature is a very relaxing space altogether. I took my 1st cupping session with Dr. Sameera Nausheen and it went very well, I was a bit curious + stressed about the session but Dr. Calmed me down and explained the cupping procedure and its points very well. Overall the staff is very accommodating and tries to give you the best possible package within your budget.
GP Dr. Arshia was very supportive and guided us through everything about HON and the services offered. Plus her team & equipment are very good for hydera facial / Mirapeel sessions. (Must add in your package).
Last, the Salt room was very calming as you can see us relaxing in the picture.
We are going to have more visits in the future, I will keep updating you all with my feedback. 🫡

Staff is very pleasant and organized. The waiting area is also comfortable. Whenever I come for a pcr screening it is always handled quick and efficiently. Results are never late and usually come early. I've also met their GP Dr. Esperanza twice and I always feel she is genuinely concerned of my health. I always return here for my health needs.

I booked an appointment with their dentist Dr. Muhammed Fouseedh, and did some procedures like cleaning, filling and stuffs. I’m so satisfied with Dr.Leila‘s sessions, she is so professional and friendly. She gave me all the information i needed to know. She also made me feel so comfortable. But the only issue is with bookings, as they reschedule or cancel my appointment without informing me, on top of that when i ask to reschedule they tell me that there is one day available next month which massively affects my laser results. It’s so frustrating to delay prepaid treatments.

My very first impression of the clinic has been fair.
Time of Registration is subject to the number of appointments and I believe every clinic has their own processes to complete the formalities.
My experience as a first timer here was rather pleasant, the specialist visited this evening was Dr. Thomas Nainan, a person very welcoming and his investigation was precise.
The nursing staff was friendly and courteous too.

Hope my future visits here are on the expected level if not higher.

This is a great place to take good care of your teeth. The doctor and the team is professional both during the breifing section as well as during the procedure. I visited NMC to do root canal, initially was scared with the procedure but Dr. Muhammad focused and the team did a great job. I was never confident in smiling, but now it feel like I have gained the confidence which I was lacking before the procedure. I would highly recommend the place to anyone!

Transparency and Honesty!

Ram the laser technician is amazing, patient, and a great asset to the facility. She is so detailed making sure she gets every area without missing a spot. I really liked her.

My first visit a MSC was good, I was seen at the time of my appointment and session went well with Ram.

My second visit wasn’t the best experience, I wasn’t seen at all because after waiting for almost an 1hr, I left. I think the receptionist can use training on scheduling time and appointments as it can be inconvenient for those who plan their day/sitters/etc around their scheduled appointment.

If im completely honest I think the customer service at this place can improve, appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and the replies.

However, the manager Naser (i believe this is his name) did understand the inconvenience this caused me and did schedule me another appointment and made sure technician were available on time. He was persistent and really showed he cared to continue to have my service.

The facility is quite outdated but clean. I think for the money, you can give this place an opportunity. If you’re thinking of doing laser at this place I recommend Ram.

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Pooja Bheda is very professional and experienced doctor. We consulted her for my son's dental checkup and she is very gentle with kids. She explains the process and shows the tools to the kid before starting which makes child comfortable and cooperative. We took Flouride treatment.
Highly recommend Dr. Pooja Bheda for regular dental checkup and treatments.

House of Nature offers alot of wellness therapies including healing through ayurveda, yoga, hijama, inch loss, skin treatments, salt room and much more. It's a huge medical center where they have separate rooms for different treatments. I tried their Red Carpet skin treatment aka Mira peel. I was told by the doctor that I could see the final result on my face within few days but I instantly feel in love with the results. My skin felt so clean and hydrated. I highly recommend house of nature, definitely visiting again for another treatment soon.

Not organized at all, the staff are rude, not proffesional and slow in work.
The egyptian paediatrician is arrogant, nervous and does not like to be asked at all, and you feel as if he is your commander and you have to listen and say yes sir only.
Only the iraqi O/B doctor is good and decent.
The last thing is that the doctors are not following their clinic timing at all, so you have to call everytime you go to know if they are there, and appointments are not allowed.
