In this clinic if we took appointment, then also we have to wait a long time to see the doctor. I had an appointment at 5.40pm and I met the Dr at 6.30. That also after calling the manager only I got my chance to meet the Dr. If they cannot have a proper timing schedule for the booking patients then what is the use of taking an appointment.? Their Rashidiya branch is much better in following the booking timings perfectly. Only Qusais branch have these issue. I had the same issue repeatedly from this branch that's why I am posting a review.

Very unprofessional and rude experience to meet a doctor who refused to see or.even check my husband because he has a very basic insurance card? Is it really the job of the doctor to refuse to tell directly telling my husband that he cannot do anything to him since he has this kind of insurance and showing that he only accept patients who has a very good insurance coverage? I hope even patients with or without insurance as long as patients are willing to pay them should be treated equally and not being turned down or judged right away.

Our experience with Dr. Tushara Bindu ( Gynaecologist ) was excellent. She is a very compassionate and friendly doctor and is always willing to help- be it her duty time or not. She is always approachable and we would definitely recommend her to everyone we know!

The clinic care services is very slow and poor and the receptionist ashkar is very rude we are standing in front of him and he was chit chatting with other staff in his native language. While asking him politely if he can assist us with the sick leave certificate as i was not feeling well he replied everyone is not feeling well what i can do you need to sit 25-30 minutes Mr. Ashkar has a very bad attitude towards the customers

Very bad experience, i took my wife to pulmonologist( is a physician who specializes in the respiratory system) Dr. Jose raj, the moment we enter he wear a shield and ask us to keep distance, next he asked why you're hear, we said our reason, the very next sentence from his mouth is "i cannot treat you" in a rude way. So if he cannot treat then why he is sitting there. If he don't know what's wrong with my wife's respiratory system then how he is a doctor. Very bad and waste of time. Better they kick him out keep some real pulmonologist there. Bad review for NMC which is a good hospital.

One of the main things you look into a medical centre or hospital is customer service. Al Shifa Al Khaleeji has been good and is getting much better day by day. Last visit to the medical centre was very smooth and staff were very helpful. I have consulted the GP and Dentist and they have done my diagnosis properly.

Dr. Soumya has transformed my life. Before her, I was afraid of the dentist, but her expertise and compassion changed everything. I had a wonderful experience with my physiotherapist Mrs Anju, my condition was very bad , knee was swollen , fluid around , pain, could not even walk a step. She cured me fully in 6 to 8 sittings . It was a very bad experience before in the starting times it was good but now they just want money for a GP doctor The fee is only 30aed but you must be ready for the unnecessary tests mostly blood test or any test from their lab i had a skin allergy when i went and that can been seen from naked eye and don't need test to confirm that i had allergy what they did ask for test and report just says that allergy particular found which a normal person can see and told but they just need money so they write unnecessary tests and charge you another minimum 100aed very unprofessional staff speaks rudely when asked for report they just told go to lab and check there instead of doing their duty to assist patients they don't bother not recommended

It was an impeccable experience during the dental procedure with Dr Soban. Have been in UAE for last 12 years and always had this dental fobia of patients being handled rough by the practitioners on that hot seat :). Cant thank him enough for having this thrown out of my mind. Now i know where to visit for myself and take my family too when there is a dental issue. The experience was remarkable which included a lot about dental care education based on modern techniques.

Extremely happy with the service provided .Doctors are top notch but the nursing and support team excel beyond expectations. Always ready to help with a smile. They said its not suitable and very risky if your wife is pregnant ... Please before consultation ask doctor to show his DHA license or any other certification from Dubai government.. After completed scan and test than we visited Last week in clinic with my wife but very bad experience about Clinic. I asked GP Dr. Give me prescription than she cut and throw in dustbin.

Personal experience was that we were waiting in diagnostic centre about an hour yet still premier medical centre were not sending the report to proceed further. Very Lame response and disappointed. Finally we didn’t even test and got a call from them after 2 days regarding the same which shows how proactive they are....

I highly recommend because i firmly believe , a doctors approach to a patient with the caring words can heal more than medicines. :)
