The service has declined. Poor communication. Kids only get reviewed every 3 months!! Thats if they get reviewed. My child has lost the passion for swimming as she was kept in the same class for a long time and was not taught anything new nor was it communicated to her of what she required to achieve to move up to a different class. Waste of money and time. Multiple parents have also expressed the same disappointment and dissatisfaction. Go elsewhere!!!
Awesome! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent swimming programs.

Went into carlile to enroll my son into swimming lessons as he is beginning primary school. I was assisted by a lovely girl named Sophia, made swimming lessons for my son a breeze.

Amazing service and amazing teachers! I have not experienced customer service like this in a while - thank you ladies! The teachers are fantastic and the ratio of children to teachers is great too.
My 6 year old and 2 year old love the classes and progressed very well during the holiday programs. Thank you!
The instructor we had was very good Joyce . The lessons themselves are extremely repetitive my daughter board very quickly we kept on getting promised she'd be moved up a level never happened. If you want boring repetitive classes that don't actually teach your child how to swim this is the swim school for you. Class sizes where silly 5 to 6 students per lesson in a half hr time frame.
The owner is an absolute horrid lady. Arrogant, conceited, demeaning, rude, unprofessional, uneducated. You name it this woman has it, in the worst possible way. She also tried to provide some nasty misinformation to a client, and unfortunately that was just the icing on the cake. Would happily take legal action if the client wasn’t so scared of her. Don’t know how anyone tolerates her. Lookout for the gaslighting comment she leaves on all reviews that are less than perfect too. Here’s hoping she goes out of business once the new pool in West Bundaberg opens 🤞🏽

I take my children here regularly for lessons and group swims
Excellent facility for kids to learn. My son has been to a few different swim schools before but he has progressed at Carlile the most. Professional teachers and staff.
Great place to take the kids for swimming lessons.
My little guys is getting his swimming lessons there, that staff are always friendly and happy to see us.
Great pool. My kids and us absolutely love swimming here. Nice clean and neat and great staff! I do wonder if you can offer autistic severity level 3 children swim lessons (3 yo) and prices of you do ☺️
Miss Ella is the best! She is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher who makes it as easy as possible to learn. The premises are well maintained and it’s a pleasure to attend.
My 18th month old does lessons here and he loves it so much. The teachers are lovely and the classes are inclusive and fun. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately this was the dirtiest indoor pool I have swum in. Murky water and floating slime were evident whilst swimming(13/6/23). I have swum most days in many pools in each town that we stop in over recent months. Change rooms were ancient with open showers and change areas. Hopefully the new aquatic centre will be completed for our next stay.

My kids class time was confirmed a week ago and I was told day before class that they were unable to accommodate my kids for their 9:45am class. No notice provided or any alternative to have both my kids start at the same time.
My wife recently took my 3 year old Son in for swimming lessons. He has been diagnosed with Level 2 Autism which we communicated to them prior to the first lesson. It was less then 10 minutes before the trainer told my wife that it will not work out and that Aquatic Achievers wasn't for them. My wife left embarrassed and crying. We are absolutely disgusted with our experience with Aquatic Achievers.

Did not meet our son's needs. Did not meet the standard you would expect from an Autism Swim instructor.

No bathroom facilities for special needs children. No ramp to get in out of pool only stairs, very hard if you are less mobile & have low muscle tone. You must swim in a cap & goggles, not always possible if you have sensory issues. Poor communication. Instructor spent lesson talking to another instructor & finished lesson 15minutes early. Being an Autism Swim Instructor I would expect more.
Excellent school focused on perfecting technique with the opportunity to swim in their Friday Night Races for practice with distance. My kids have been in since 6 months old and are now placing with confidence in their school swim carnivals. Cannot recommend this school and their staff enough.
I have 7 months old and 3,5 years old, both love swimming lessons and have been enjoying them since they were 4 months old. Swimming lessons are amazing for babies, not only for physical health but also for mental development. Teachers are true professionals, very patient and bubbly. Bella loves lessons with Giovanni:) and Judy is the legend, I couldn’t imagine babies lessons without her:)

Requested a call back from online, took 5 days to receive an email asking me to call - called over the space of 3 days at various times and no one answers and you get cut off. Tried to use the online chat - not working - received another email basically telling me to call again. All I wanted was the timetable and costs. Found another swim school that actually answered.
One of our favourite moments of the week is coming to Aquatic Achievers Gumdale. Our son has slowly but surely progressed since we started here and Joyce always makes an effort to encourage him and try new things when he might be afraid or struggling. It’s a great community of parents and staff are friendly and supportive. The goals and feedback are clearly communicated and seeing the little improvements every week has been so rewarding. Thanks so much! 😊
The kiosk girls were very friendly and let our 8 n 10 yr olds access to the 25mtre heated pool very early in morning... Great to see all the families and learning swimming toddlers there. Awesome service and lovely lay out with 3 or 4 different pools.. highly recommended!!

( What a big let down for my child.) No Phone Answered only message all the time we tried to ring it says fill out a form online or leave a message can't talk to a person only on site then she always talks about pay for full term, my child learned more at school swimming and at Noraville pool. A big let down at DNA swimming Never again.
Teachers are great, good to have a warm pool for kids to learn swimming during winter.

However, our child is constantly kept in the same class for over 30 lessons, and cannot be progressed because our child doesn't know how to take a second breath. Problem is, you look at all the other kids in the other lanes none of them take a second breath except for the Sunday classes who do laps. No matter what we cannot move up.

So instead of learning how to swim. My child is going every week to play with other kids, can't even move up a class for a challenge so she will want to learn how to take a second breath. Waste of time, waste of money.
My son today had is first lesson and he loved it! All the staff and instructors are great! Definitely recommend it.
The ladies in reception are lovely. The swim teachers however, not so much. If you have a child with disabilities don't expect an understanding approach to their lessons. They'll have them sit on the side for the majority of the lesson for being 'naughty', their self esteem crushed and just when your child may warm up to a teacher and begin to show progress, there will be a teacher change without warning. We only swam there for 2 months and had 3 different teachers in that time. I guess I'll just teach my own child to swim.

This swim school is by far the best we have been to on the Gold Coast! We have been to 4 other swim schools and they were all very much the same; same boring songs, same unenthusiastic teachers, same routines…Bree Swim is different. The level of engagement with the children is exemplary, no songs and the best part is that my son has improved beyond expectations. David is a skilled and dedicated teacher, the kids just love him. I highly recommend this swim school! A++
We’ve had our kids coming to Billabong for years. A great family atmosphere where everyone is welcome and swimming safety is always at the forefront of the classes.
Very disappointed with the inconsistency between the professionals responsible for assessment. I have received different feedback in what needs to be improved and as a result my son is confused about what needs to be improved, lost motivation and confidence. Teachers have also changed and appear not to be aware of what advice to give him for improvement. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Also noticed that the next level appears to be very busy, so not sure if the two things are related.

My little one has been coming here for years. The teachers and staff have always been friendly and caring. My little one has learnt to swim so well and been taught some wonderful skills to keep her safe. The new loyalty program is a great idea. The outside of the venue needs an uplift with a coat of paint to be more enticing and the female bathroom needs an upgrade as looking tired & old. The shower is a constant problem with lack of water pressure or the hot water tap not working.

Best Swim teacher ever! As a toddler my child never wanted to be in the water with a teacher without me. David has taught my child independence and he really cares about a safe swim environment. He never takes his eyes of the children, teaches at a stepped level, keeps it at a relatable level to each child, teaches them to focus on what he is teaching and yet with all this makes the classes so much fun. I highly recommend David Bree @Breeswim and give him a 10 out of 10.
Judit is great and the swimming class they have for babies and toddler is brilliant. It helps the kids building confidence while playing and having fun.
A great centre for little children with the fun splash play area out the back! I think for older children 7+, I'm inclined to take them to one of the bigger aquatic centres. This one is perfect for pre-school aged children or if you live super local I guess.

Highly recommend David at Bree Swim! When our previous swim school closed, we tried several main-stream schools but struggled to find consistency with instructors or flexibility with programs. David is excellent at identifying what the kids need in developing technique and has the right balance of stretching them while making it fun and enjoyable. We have been with David for six months and I’m blown away with the progress our kids have made. I came across David from these reviews and if you’re not sure with how your kids are progressing, then give him a go - you won’t be disappointed!
I can’t recommend this swimming school enough.
They really go out of their way to do what’s best for the children they teach. For example my son was initially in a group lesson but the stuff recognised he would learn more in a private lesson. His teacher,Ashley is fantastic. She is incredibly patient with him and always keeps him on track. I’m so pleased with this swim school.

David is a great teacher and it's a really fun class for my newborn, who went until he was about 6 months old.
David knows instinctively what to do, never pushes your baby too far and just gets a great balance between fun, learning and novelty in every class.
It was a highlight for my son and I going to these classes and they are very good value too!
We love this swimming school, great programme and very friendly coaches. Their online portal and mobile app makes booking so easy! Recommend it to all my friends and neighbors.
We've tried a few swim schools and although the pool is indoor and above ground, we like the small class sizes and the very friendly Mr Ian

It's a great teaching space. The swim instructors are highly trained and amazing. Highly recommend it. It's one on one with the kids.
The swim program is excellent as are most tge instructors. However, a member of the reception team leaves much to be desired. She is judgmental and capable of mum shaming, awful experience- definitely not service with a smile. Had reception (the face of the business) been better I would have given it 4 or 5 stars.
Paradise Swim is the place to take your kids. Friendly, supportive and fun for kids. A wide range of session times during the week and weekend.
My child was treated as an individual, everyone was always really welcoming.
The progression through stages was based on individual development (rather than age) - my two year old was never bored!
Great, local business.

My child has been with kingswim for two years now and he loves Kirsty , we tried to book for my other child to start classes , so I tried calling and had to wait 2 hours on the phone and gave up at the end! When I went for the swimming lesson , I went to the desk and there is never body there to help you out . When I did get a hold of them over there, I had to wait In line to get help , she was helping other people, so when it was our turn I asked to book for my boy and she said there were short staff and had to assist in the pool area and can’t help us, but yes you can help other people with bookings but with us you ask us to wait 2 hours on a phone and never answer a bloody phone. Maybe Mel should go do a course of costumer service and hire people to actually help people with front desk.

Frustrating and considering to move both to new swim school.

Great fun, wonderful way to start a day. Thanks Rose for making exercise enjoyable.
In a word this place is awesome. I've been looking around quite a few different swim schools to find a place that can fit all of my kids in, and when I finally discovered aquatic achievers I was pleasantly surprised. The facilities here are second to none. Plenty of space, adequate numbers of stuff, and the building seems to be new and well maintained.

What really stood out for me was the quality of the reception staff. with different kids at different levels of swimming they spent the time with me to find a day and time slot that was most convenient for me. I must have been there for 15 minutes or more just trying to find a day and time that would fit all of the lessons in so that I didn't have to make multiple trips back to the swim school. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
We have been attending Carlile Swimming in Ryde since July this year with our 4 and 6 year old, both are having a great time while learning the highly valuable skill of swimming. We have been to a couple of other places over the years, but I have to say this is the best one by far. So if you have a child that needs to learn how to swim I would highly recommend
My son began taking lessons recently (after 3 years+ without lessons) and I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome so far. He was very anxious about having water over his face and would get upset even at the mention of anything swimming related at first. We opted for private lessons to ease him into it and build his confidence, and the care and compassion shown toward him by his instructor (Mr Ian) during the first few lessons has made it an easy transition and one he has adapted to quickly. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better fit as his teacher developed a strong trust and built rapport with both him and us from the get go and was clear in directing my son without being intimidating or stern. I now have a little boy who talks about swimming (and his teacher) with such enthusiasm and I am thankful to Paradise Swim for creating such an encouraging and family-orientated environment for him to learn. My daughter has now started group lessons too and looks forward to her classes with Miss Cheryl. We are excited to see both progress in the future. Thank you!

David's adult learn to swim classes are great. I never learned as a child so felt quite nervous of swimming and going in pools, especially putting my face under the water! David has been really supportive and has a great teaching style with the right amount of humour to make it fun. I'm now happily swimming and looking forward to the next group of adult swimming lessons with Breeswim to keep learning. 100% recommend.
Excellent swim school, indoors and heated all year round. Great programme where kids can see their progression through the levels. Staff willing to provide feedback when requested and children's progress regularly assessed by supervisor. Friendly staff at front desk. Highly recommended.

I had taken my daughter to baby swimming lessons for almost 2 years in Japan. 1 hour lesson, 4 times a month. On our return home to Australia she had private 15 minute lessons at Cools and could float within 2 lessons. 2 years of singing songs and being pushed by instructors under water had done nothing to help her learn a skill that could save her life. Scotty and his team are amazing, teaching a life-preserving skill that EVERY child deserves. I am ever so grateful to have attended lessons at Cools.

The team at Cools, led by Scotty, are so dedicated to making sure every child that does the program succeeds. My two kids (3.5 years and 16 months) have both being at Cools since they were 4 months old and the results speak for themselves. They teach real life recovery survival skills, no kicking around playing games and wasting the valuable time in the pool. It is the single most valuable investment I have made in their lives to date. My 3.5 year old can swim unaided in the pool, can dive to the bottom of the pool and collect dive sticks (1.8m)and swim the length off the pool underwater all without the assurance of an adult - it truly is amazing and we have Cools to thank.

I highly recommend Cools Swim School! I have taken both my children here for a few years now and am amazed by what they learned in the first few months of lessons. None of the nursery rhyme stuff, just real life skills that will honestly keep your children alive if the unthinkable may happen. They work together as a great team and communicate between each other if your child needs to advance in classes and keep you in the loop. You won’t be disappointed 😊

Not for us. I think everyone individually tried but there was just not enough consistency for my child’s needs.

- three different supervisors assessing her level of swimming at two separate trials. We then attended one additional lesson.(total three sessions)
- felt ignored when repeatedly told staff that my child can swim independently and even showed videos!
- child then placed in a class with two kids who could not even get their head under water and was understimulated and bored.
- clearly told on first day my child was swimming 50-100m independently and needed technique assistance
- assessor was then not my child’s subsequent instructor
- I have the impression that the instructor that was assigned to my child was inexperienced and continuously referenced the lesson plan
- instructor had no control of class and in my
Opinion could not read my child’s physical cues.

I have literally just spent the last hour and half watching my child swim with her father in our pool at home. I can not recommend a swim school that went for $46/fortnight for an instructor to play with bath toys with her half of the time with no swimming!

We cancelled further lessons straight away. So far that process seems painless.

I believe this could have been avoided if supervisors and instructors were clear about what a child’s needs were from dot instead of waiting till three session later and a total of 6 different people later (three supervisors and three instructors at two separate assessments/trials and one flop of a lesson that left a very bad taste in my mouth).

Pity, came highly recommended from a trusted source.

Highly recommended to all, Best swimming school I've been to in Bundaberg!! Amazing trainers! Thank you Donna for your patience and helping my youngest get over his shyness, you went above and beyond. Thank you to my children's other trainers, absolutely fantastic. Calm and relaxing atmosphere! We look forward to the future lessons.
Joyce has no idea how to handle kids and as a result requested to not teach my son and used his behavior as an excuse. Perhaps she should look for a new career if she cannot take the pressure of teaching kids who wont listen to every instruction (he's 5 with an audio processing disorder) Well done on excluding him and making him feel worthless. You have zero empathy and made it very clear you despised teaching our son. Management begged us to come back ( with a different teacher) after we pulled our 2 kids out as a result but the whole situation was handled extremely poorly and we would never consider this option.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! Survival before stroke is what water safety is all about. The team at Cools had our daughter being able to independently float without panicking and able to call for help within a short time.
Now she can self rescue and is still under 3 years old.
Awesome work guys!!!
Keep it up 👍

It’s a great family owned school. My both kids has been going there since being very little (my son was as young as 10 weeks old when he first started there). I first found out about the school because my daughter had sensitive skin, and the doctors said that we couldn’t take to a chlorinated pool. They have a great unique approach to teaching children, it’s amazing how even little babies are taught to save themselves in the water. We are very greatfull to all the teachers and Nat and Scott for their ongoing work and friendly attitude, my kids now not only excited about the water and good at swimming but know how to be safe which is the most important part!
I have tried so many schools on the coast and was so happy to find Cools Swim School. I loved that fact they have different way to teaching, personalised approach to every child even in group lessons. It’s not your ‘fits all sing and splash’ kind of lesson. My almost 5 years old has been having lessons from 3 months old and he swims like a fish now:) My newborn will be joint the school soon as well!

Cools swim school has been part of our weekly routine for over three years now. Both of our kids have learned the invaluable skill of float swim float and I confidently know they would be safe if they were to fall into water. Scotty and his team teach real life skills to ensure our kids are safe around water.

I have watched all my grandchildren go through the process of learning to swim but I am absolutely amazed at the skills that Cools Swim School use they are so good and unique. The swim teaches are great at what they do and that is to teach swimming not play games and sing I Would recommend this swim school to all parents who want their children to learn to swim and have safety skills as well.
I visited Billabong for a week long trip to observe the lessons. As my family friends, John and Judy invited me as soon as they found out I started my own private swim teaching business in Sydney. I didn't hesitate to come because they taught me how to swim and turned me into a school swimming champion at 8 years old. I only attended one lesson a week plus Friday night races.

Their operation is fantastic all the way from babies (especially babies) to mini-squads. They have a great teaching program but more importantly phenomenal teachers. They have managed to assemble a loyal staff base, most of whom have worked at Billabong for multiple years. Which is unbelievable considering the high staff turnover rates in the industry. They are knowledgeable, take pride in teaching and have a nurturing approach.

The most inexperienced baby teacher at Billabong has taught for 5 years and is a mother herself. I observed baby classes and some two year olds were already paddling for meters independently, which is vital when you consider most drownings among minors occur to children under 4. They have initiatives such as "swimmer of the month" where the receptionist comes to class with a cowbell and a certificate to publicly recognise students who are improving in either ability or confidence. They also have a public board to recognise children who have achieved ribbons at their school carnival.

The owners are passionate about teaching and also have integrity. They keep the pools well heated above 30 degrees and if a class is spoilt because the heater is broken, they offer a credit for that class. Over the winter they offer a second lesson in the same week for $9. I asked the owner John why he would offer that price because it's hardly profitable and he said 'outside of lessons, kids don't swim during the winter'. He wants to see progression and improvement in swimming during the winter, which sets up the swimmers to have safer summers.

I was really happy I came to Billabong. As someone who has taught swimming for 5 years, even I developed a couple of new insights which will help me grow my business in Sydney.

I have been sending my son to Jump in Miami for almost 8months now and he has really thrived. Miss Abby has been his teacher for majority of that time and she has been so wonderful. It's so amazing watching the kids become more and more comfortable with the water.
Whilst my children were playing with the balls in the water I had one of the workers walk up and ask for one of my children to give him the ball they were playing with urgently and then walked over to another parent with their child that he happens to know on a friends basis and gave the ball he took from my daughter to the other child. Meanwhile there were balls in the pool that wasn't being played with he could have taken.
Not happy. Took from a happy child to give to another and left the happy one upset not a cool thing at all. So very disgusted in his behavior.

Then to call and make this complaint and to find out it was the actual owner who has done this!!! How disgraceful!

TEN stars if I can give it!! The kids always look forward to their swimming lessons at king swim. We as a parent always look forward to bringing them. Why? Because the manager, Daniel is always composed, friendly, takes care of the other kids who is waiting around and always have a smile for us. Some days I have walk in tired and stressed, but seeing his smile and his friendliness always takes away that stress.
He’s the best at managing the parents (and I’m sure the staffs too), some of who may have crying children, bored children, or just babies at the deck waiting for siblings or just kids not wanting to go in, he has a small chat with them that changes things and next, I’ll see the kid no longer crying but in the pool.
Daniel manages the place really really well and I see him around the deck and the counter always active on duty. Most of the swimming instructors are always smiling too.
I’m so glad and thankful I got introduced to this centre for my kids swimming lessons as the place is being managed really well!
Not sure where else will we go if Daniel is not here managing this place, making it an awesome place to come each week.

Thanks to Daniel ( current manager ) and the excellent team at Kingswim Robina . We have been in the school 2 years and since Daniel took over , the school can’t be better run. He engages and chats with parents , lets us know our kids progress and even little things like helps to open the door for us to push the buggy out. Little things makes it a lasting thought.

All my kids love it there . When we moved to the area , we tried many schools but Daniel and his team is by far the best !!! Kids have Very good progress in a short time . Try it and you will also be impressed . Well done team👍👍👍 also pool is Extremely clean , no chlorine smell like the other pools , kids are always supervised at all times and the kids all loved the medals and ceremony in April during The commonwealth . We definitely won’t be changing schools.

Sad experience, when I booked my two boys swimming lessons, the Centre told me I will get free lessons if they are not going to a upper level after 32 lessons. But that’s all lies, my little boy did 39 lessons, and didn’t go to a next level up,and the center didn’t say anything about the free lessons.I even asked them few time about why he is not going up,they just told me his freestyles not doing well.Anyway, after I rang the center few times asked them what’s going on,no one seems can give me a good reason to explain, just past the busket one to the other.Until I was very angry, they booked us for another assessment lesson(as I already canceled the lessons with all these happening). After fee minutes assessment, they told me he can go up for a level now. What do you mean? That 5 weeks, you didn’t make him go up for a level up,now after my complains ,just few minutes you can make him a level up,all lie, they just want money. Not really care about the boys skills, and not giving us any refund ,discount or anything,as we paid that 5 extra lessons ,that we were not supposed to pay.Anyway,be aware of this place, not good experience for me and boys as well

Kirsty is an incredible patient swim teacher. I could not be happier with my experience. She really goes above and beyond 😀 Thank you.
Great place for the kids to learn to swim. Our 2 have gone from nothing to being able to swim in a short amount of time. The teachers are great and know how to get the best out of the children to make hem succeed.
Perfect place to start teaching your little ones how to swim! Custom swim pool with variable heights & railings for lots of scenarios to keep things fresh (which is key when teaching kids to swim - they get bored easily!)

Staff are lovely both in & out of the pool.

Features an extensive change room for bubs & older kids, including a play area for when you've got more than 1 child to look after. Recommended!
Our family have been attending Jump Swim Miami for the last 5 years. I have always found them to be friendly, accommodating and flexible in the administration services. The highly skilled swim teachers tailor the lessons to the children's needs providing them with one on one feedback and suggestions on what to work on next time to the parents. My children have had some tears over the years (5 years is a long time !)however, the staff have always provided a range of useful suggestions to overcome these difficulties 3. Other bonuses include no fees when changing lesson times, easy parking, toy and video room and a play center next door. Hip Hip Hooray for Jump Miami.
We've been to other swim schools with our two children and Jump Miami is by far the best. The teachers are amazing, the kids love them and the progress they have made in the last 12 months has been outstanding. The facilities are always clean, class sizes are small and having only 2 classes running at the same time keeps the noise down. Highly recommended!

Just brilliant - our daughter has been a student of Jump Miami since she was 3 months old, now 14 months. She's learned so much and has great confidence in the water, which gives us great peace of mind. Recommended!
They first charged me more than it should be. I had to made three calls to get it sorted. Then I was not told about makeup class expires in two weeks, I wasted at least three classes. When I called to book a makeup class, their manager gave me a lecture in a very unprofessional manner. Worst of all, one of the instructor left my child almost drowned. I won't recommend to anyone.
Tried calling, but got no returns.

Great place to for babies to teens to learn to swim! The DNA Aqua Aerobics and DNA Aqua KickFit are the best in Bundy!!
I've been coming here with my 2 kids , 4 & 6. For about a month now. Late, the manager, it's very friendly and accommodating. They have been very flexible with lesson changes as we find our feet here. From the changes we've had a few teachers and they all seem knowledgeable and passionate about the kids. My kids are improving every week and love coming. I think it's good they don't use flotation aids as the process is much faster versus their old swimming school in Brisbane.

My daughter is 4 and a half and has been swimming with David since she was 5 months old. David is an incredible teacher and he places an emphasis on guiding the parents to be a big part of developing their own child’s skills in the water. My daughter can’t wait to get to swimming every week, he makes it fun while teaching them the most invaluable of skills. David is not about singing nursery rhymes in the pool, he teaches water confidence and you can see amazing results from such a young age. I have recommended Breewswim to so many people – and couldn’t rate David highly enough. The kids love to be taught from him and he has a great nature with kids of all ages. I wouldn’t look past David and Breeswim to develop your precious little one’s confidence and skills in the pool.

Our two boys aged 2 and 5 have been taught by David for 3 years. When we joined BreeSwim we had a restless bored two old who, along with his father was frustrated at the routine sing song lessons on offer at most other schools. Progress in skill development had been non-existent for 9 months.

The first lesson with David saw our son (and his dad) re-engage with swimming lessons, he absolutely loved it. By Week 5 we had seen more progress in my son's swimming and engagement in lessons then we'd seen in the previous 9 months.

David doesn't just focus on teaching your child, but also coaches the parents on the techniques and reasons behind each activity and how to identify when the child is ready to move to the next step and what that is - meaning you can confidently practice at other times in a pool to build up your child's confidence and skills.

When our youngest was old enough he began lessons with David and his progress and enjoyment in the pool is amazing. David's style, technique and rapport with the kids means both our kids are excited to go swimming every week. Every lesson is tailored to build upon the current skill level of the children. He makes the lessons fun but at the same time is always challenging them by introducing new skills to learn - they are never bored and importantly they never get discouraged.

I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is serious about ensuring their child gets the most out of water safety and swimming lessons.
Poor communication...I tried to tell daughters swim coach that daughter had hearing problems. I got told to go away....several months later discover that the coach has not even told the child when she is being timed for swimming group promotion hence she was effectively told to leave because she missed several weeks due to Christmas and me not being able to take her there as I was ill but they care not. Compulsory meets where no coaches turn up to provide feedback. No receipts for $++ taken every month. DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE

What a great swim school! My little boy was very nervous at first, they were so patient with him and now he's a confident little swimmer. My daughter attends now, very family oriented. I recommend to all of my friends.
