Loved it here. The people here are absolutely nice. The little shops were great.
C'est, en effet, une solide roche blanche
Interesting site. Trails are grass (muddy when wet). Lots of historic information.
Beautiful old sundial.
Pretty average monument. You can almost miss it.

Historical spot, can’t miss it when visiting the old city. The view you’re looking for is right across the street!
Beautiful historical area.
This one is off the beaten path, but it is accessible with car or motorcycle with a little dirt road riding. Worth the view!
No access
Super endroit où se promener, le trail des plaines d'Abraham vous plongera dans sa petite forêt et ses jolis sentiers, à l'abris de la chaleur.
The Sir James Douglas Monument is a obelisk in Victoria.

A place that you can see the " Royal Battery" has been a very important fort to protect the city . A good place for over looking the St. Lawrence River !
A visually stunning monument
There's nothing here and a NO TRESPASSING gate
Easy to access. Beautiful view.
There is really nothing there to see. Concrete slabs on the ground. Can't tell if it's old or new.

Obelisk of freemason
风景很美,公共交通不太方便
It is beautiful lighthouse
Fantastic place - so authentic and in such a beautiful setting. This park was built with pride and is maintained with professionalism and pride - makes me feel good about being Canadian. And it brings together the history of the English French and native peoples in a positive way.
Great monument to the Polish people of Edmonton and Alberta for 100 years of history in Alberta. It’s located in a secluded spot on the Alberta Legislature Grounds but worth the visit. It depicts the 5 waves of polish settlement to Alberta. The sculpture itself is unique and constructed out of steel. There is a story told just by the cutouts of the pictures from the steel.

One of the only accessible batteries in the old town. Historic signs around. Well maintained and perfectly restored. Visit during high tide and you can see the water rushing in. A quiet place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
This is a place that you can bring your kids to and they will also be intrigued with what they can see and touch
Picturesque. We enjoyed the quiet walk. Gabriel had a craving for water. Fun. Good for photography

I and others have raised that Google needs to do a better job with plaques and historical markers. For example, to the north along Rue de la Barricade are several plaques that put on full display how proud the Canadians are at having defeated Generals Arnold and Montgomery in their doomed invasion of Quebec yet they are not on the map here. At least the Royal Battery is (and I've included some pictures of the plaques as there is no where to put them in the correct location). So if you are a history buff, walk a little north and visit Rue de la Barricade and see them in person.
Not much to see except for some info on panels. But the view of the bay is incredible. You need to stop there

Historical landmarks are always interesting to see. Definitely recommend if you are interested in artillery and/or the history of this particular location. Just be careful if you're driving - parking is limited and most of the walkways (currently) are iced and snowed over. Just be cautious. Otherwise. The view is nice, and there is a nice amount to see.
Loved it since 1925 when I first came for the summer from the US
