We had an amazing experience at this strip club. One of the most professional clubs we’ve been to. Clean with great service. Terry at the front was very sociable and kind to us when we entered. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but the guy who checked us was let me in for free for my birthday and my hubby as well. Absolutely great atmosphere. The girls were great and professional. Our server Allison was very attentive and didn’t mind us talking her ear off. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Nate was the first person we met heading in and he was great! Made my girls and I feel comfortable and welcomed. Let us know what it will be like inside and made our first time at Granville strip a great experience!! Will definitely be coming back:))

Fathom is super chic! They just renovated and it looks great. We loved the mocktails. Service was great, food was great. This place is definitely the newest hot spot in Victoria.

Granville room is my favourite place on earth. There is no better place to get a nice crisp tequila soda listening to the best music to have ever been produced played by the best dj's you will ever experience. I've met my bestest friends ever here and have never been happier than I've been when on the dance floor bustin a move. Highly reccomend getting Bottle service too.

Everything with the room and stay was excellent. Until the morning when we we're met with racist service and discrimination from Wayne the host at the brunch restaurant. We went down 3 of us to have brunch. We were on the walkway ramp and were there waiting to be places and a Asian couple with 2 children came up the stairs. Instead of helping the next customer which would have been us. Wayne decided to assist the asian family. Which I was like it is what it is. He sat them then returned to seat us. Wayne Said I will have to check with the kitchen and went away for several minutes and than came back and said the kitchen is overwhelmed and we are going to have to wait about 15 min to seat you. I said seriously he said yes. We backed up on to the ramp and discussed the situation and if we had time to wait. We'll as we we're discussing this another family came up the stairs and Wayne took them to be seated and took them to the out side part. This did make me very upset I went to the desk to check out and asked to speak with a manager. The hotel manager came out and asked me to speak with the restaurant manager. I took her up to Wayne and explained how I felt this was discrimination and she said no it wasn't it was.just a mistake??? A mistake??? I tell you 15 min wait I sit the next family and the family before you directly??? How is this a mistake? As the more frustrated I got she started to just laugh at me and say this is not discrimination it was just a mistake. I explained how I would be sure to leave a review and let everyone know about my experience and she laughed so as she did this I decided to take her picture and that of Wayne she said I can't do that and snatched my phone out of my hand I snatched it back and said excuse her. She than continued to be nothing but rude. This establishment was so great until this experience and they should not be allowed to work in hospitality and what a poor example of leadership and management from your restaurant staff. Just thought you should know about this experience and how unfortunate it was.

Beautiful meal and drinks afterwards. The food was fantastic, from starters to mains! We found out from chatting to a Canadian couple, the wonderful Dan and Elaine, who had been visiting Tofino for years that this place had moved as original location burnt down last year, so worth noting photos are old. It looks so good now! Brilliant atmosphere, staff and food. Highly recommended. We were there from 5-10!

Came here after our wedding and they were very understanding when there were coordinating issues that we had to push back our reservation time. The server was very friendly and attentive. The food was unique, fresh and delicious! It was my first time taking a sip of my friend’s hazy IPA beer and falling in love with it so much that we called to ask the name of it.

Above average / upscale pub fare featuring staples and more. The restaurant is comfortable and nicely furnished with a patio on the water. It’s also really large so perfect for parties, larger groups and is family friendly.

The doorman was named Nate, and he was very respectful and nice to us. The room is nicely decorated and the women are talented. The staff are all super nice and it was generally a good experience

Omgness is all I can say , just came back from Ghana fell in love with Nigerian food and luckily I found this hole in a wall restaurant 🥰 and to my surprise Nigeria in Scarborough the Food the Service the cleanliness is dynamite ,I highly recommend this place.And the owner Tasty thank you so much for you hospitality definitely will be back 🥰

For my sister’s birthday, our family went to Fathom for dinner. What a huge difference to the previous venue! The update is amazing! The atmosphere is bright and inviting and you have the option of sitting on the enclosed heated patio, in the main restaurant area, or the cozy lounge.

Our group had some starters including the Milk Bun Rolls, Calamari on fried Brussel Sprouts, Mac and Cheese Sticks, and the Spicy Tuna Bites. Unfortunately the food was devoured before I arrived so no pics of the starters but everyone raves about how good everything was.

For our entrees, the table had Scallops on a Spring Pea Risotto, the Sablefish with Prawn Odens, Gnocchi with Spring Peas, the Mahi Mahi with Sea Asparagus and Wild Rice, a NY Stiploin, and the Beef Tartare Smokebowl. The presentation and playing of the food was so tantalizing and the table was silent as everyone was engrossed in eating the incredible food! My Beef Tartare Smokebowl was quite the spectacle as it arrived at the table in a large glass bowl filled with smoke with the dish inside. The flavours from the smoke and the Beef Tartare along with the grilled bread was indescribable! I’ll go back just for that dish alone!

Overall an amazing experience and the service from our server was top notch as he took the time to answer questions and describe each dish in detail as it was served. His passion for what he does definitely adds to the experience! Highly recommend checking out Fathom!

Food wss very good but supper pricey. Service was not as hot but you are there for the party anyway. Atmosphere and music were is general top notch but vocal sound from the microphones could use some tweaking as it was very hard on the ears. My eardrums are still buzzing even a day after.

We booked this venue for a work event. This was unlike any simulator I’ve gone to.
Venue: modern, spacious, top of the line equipment.
Food & Drink: cans of alcohol and the pizzas were quick and good.
Staff: knowledgeable and friendly.

Definitely recommend this for a date, event, or even work on your swing during the Off season.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The fried fish is delicious and the service is fantastic. The owner is very kind and the food comes out fast. They also had fun YouTube videos (like Americas got talent) playing to entertain everyone.

I believe i would be a hard critic considering i am middle eastern.
We went to enjoy a good hookah ( which it kinda was but not even close to what Calgary for example has). I ordered a greek salad which turned out to be Fatoush topped with fetta cheese instead of bread. I didnt like that. I mean you cant have sumac on a Greek salad! I also ordered garlic potatoes which also weren’t your usual garlic potatoes. Rather wedges withe the white toum sauce and also sumac! For authenticity, I wouldn’t really recommend. But then again maybe they want their own take on things.
We also ordered this shawarma poutine that my husband LOVED.

Shisha: 7/10 ( though we ordered the normal maybe the fancy ones would be comparable to what we’ve tried before)

The servers were Amazing and great and the orders came relatively fast. The place started picking up after 8:30 PM and its pretty spacious. The atmosphere was also good

Chicken fajita sandwich was soul melting. The cheese, bread, and chicken were all well done. Powerhouse platter was great as well- big enough for two if you’re not toooo hungry.

I had a great first-time experience here!! The bouncer was very friendly and helpful. Nate was amazing overall and even was nice enough to wave the entry fee for my birthday. Great vibes all around, and the tone with how welcoming and friendly everyone working here was definitely all fantastic!! Lots of talented performances, and I would definitely recommend everyone check out this place cause I certainly will be coming back for sure.

Amazing place!!! Dancers were super nice, (and incredibly hot) and the bouncers were very nice too. Nate even let my friend in for free because it was his birthday!! Beautiful club, beautiful people. Definitely would recommend checking it out if your in the area and looking for a fun time.

Food: Great food, all disher were fantastic. A bit more on the fancy side in terms of dish selection and design. The ingredients were fresh and all dishes very tasty. Meat and fish were fantastic.

Service: Very friendly and professional service.

Ambiance: Very nice and fancy interior design. Directly at the sea including a nice terrace.

Price: Fancy restaurant and dishes are reflected in the price as well. But the food quality makes it worth it.

Dish recommendation: The Jack Flats Beef Brisket is fantastic. The seared salmon with risotto was very good as well.

Other: There is free parking in front of the restaurant.

Conclusion: Fantastic restaurant definitely worth a visit.

Amazing venue. Always do our guys nights here and have a blast. Servers are great and the time there is always enjoyable. Layla always puts on a fantastic show, treats her body as a temple, and all the hard work shows on stage and in appearances.  10 out of 10.  Get your money's worth and more.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Shelter restaurant.

What I loved most was the ambience of the restaurant. In the evening, the indoor dining area was lit by oil lamps, dim spot lights, and a fireplace while the patio was lit by propane heaters. Such created a cozy atmosphere overlooking the harbour.

The food was tasty and filling. We enjoyed the salmon, mussels and shrimp pasta, and two tuna dishes alongside a calamari appetizer and chocolate dessert.

Although the restaurant was full the night we went, the food arrived quickly and our server was attentive.

Went to Tasty Jollof Restaurant with my fiancé yesterday for a late lunch. We ordered the beef Egusi soup, Jollof rice and a side of plantain. The beef was tender and the flavours vibrant. Hands down BEST. EGUSI. SOUP. IN. TOWN. PERIOD. Will be back soon. Thank you Mr. Henry!

Our room was small. Having said that, the decor was beautiful and the designer made great use of space. Gorgeous washroom. I loved the shower. We had a small window in the room, reminding you it's an old building that has been renovated. Nice details in supplies - lush towels, nice selection in mini bar, red wine & wine glasses and wine opener awaits. Nespresso machine and cups ready to go. Bottled water. Individual Shampoos & hand cream. The hotel itself is charming. It is valet parking only. I believe that was $47/night. The location is special - perfect. The hotel offers a rooftop terrace for drinks and meals. It's also connected to a restaurant on the main floor. There is a shop that offers casual wear and some art. We didn't have time to take advantage of the spa facilities. Service was excellent. They do turn over the bed in the evenings. They replenish your room in late afternoon. Everything felt new and very clean. We loved it and would definitely return. Enjoy your stay! 🍷

Very elegant boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Port. The interior is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the service is very efficient. Drinks on the rooftop terrace are great with nice views of the waterfront. Keep in mind that due to its location it is very busy, crowded on the street level and looking for parking is pointless. They offer on-site valet parking which is worth it just to avoid the headache of old port traffic. Obviously everything you could want is a few steps away and there are dining and cafe establishments at the ground level (Maggy Oak's and cafe Olympic).

During the daylight hours, the landscape offers a pleasing and enjoyable view, adding an extra dimension to the dining experience. However, it's the transformation that occurs as night falls that truly brings out the charm of the patio area. The evening ambiance takes center stage, creating an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding and enjoying a meal.

As for the culinary offerings, we had the opportunity to sample both the beer selection and two dishes from the menu. While they were undoubtedly good, showcasing a commendable level of quality, they didn't quite manage to achieve the status of excellence that we were hoping for. The beer delivered a refreshing taste, and the dishes were skillfully prepared, but there was a certain element that prevented them from truly standing out.

In conclusion, the establishment offers a dual appeal with its scenic daylight views and alluring evening patio atmosphere. The beer and dishes provided a satisfactory dining experience, although they didn't quite reach the pinnacle of excellence that we had anticipated.

Best club in city, compared to the other one in Ottawa I definitely love the vibe & energy here & everyone is extremely respectful.

I just want to give a special thanks to Wallid for making sure my people wear straight & always making sure my table was clean as well.

I can’t wait for tonight, because it’s gonna be a movie & I’m definitely telling everyone about this spot.

I've done a fair amount of travel, and this is one of the best hotels out there. Exceptional service, nice design/ decor, comfortable rooms (great showers!), and a perfect location for enjoying Montreal. The staff are very polite, professional, and helpful (and they're very patient whenever I try to practice my French, which is terrible). Can't recommend the William Gray highly enough.

I was at the Granville Strip last night and I was lucky enough to have Allison as my server. She’s a great server, super easy on the eyes, the nicest person and a ton-o-fun! What more do you want? The dancers and lap dancers are all little hotties and super nice too. The Granville Strip is a lot of fun but Allison makes it that much more fun! She’s a charmer! Cold beer and hot chicks, it’s the perfect combo. Thanks for making my night! ✌️

We were there on Friday evening, it was latino night and I can confidently say it was the best latino DJ I’ve ever heard. Old reggaeton, to new dembow, and also salsa and bachata thrown in the mix = danced all night! Amazing club, the service when you buy a bottle is top notch and very cordial. Go there!!

!!DON’T GO HERE!! I was here a little while ago and asked for a vodka soda, obviously thinking it would be well vodka because who in their right mind wouldn’t think that. NOPE charged for PREMIUM vodka! Ontop of that they Autograt every bill and hide the signs they have to show for it. The girls working don’t have half a brain. Will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I came here for brunch today and we order the chicken burger and the chicken Benny. The food was delicious. The chicken Benny combines sweet and spicy flavors which was very tasty. The service was quick and the outdoor patio was lovely. The restaurant is close to water and overlooks parts of downtown Victoria. I will definitely come back here again.

Lovely hotel, great location. We love the rooftop terrace for drinks and dinner and the library/coffee shop area. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, but this time was a bit less impressive than before. We were first offered a room with very tiny windows that felt claustrophobic despite high ceilings. The second room offered was much better in terms of light but overlooked a noisy back alley where bins were removed early in the morning. We still had a great time, but for the price, I have very high expectations, so 4 stars from me this time.

Had a great evening at the Shelter Restaurant. We had been here 4 years ago, but last time at old location. We felt really sorry about what happend to old location. But the new location got some great views. Food was awesome with good service. We had the calamari, seared salmon and shrimp and mussel fettuccine. Always a great choice. Would love to come back in 4 years. Thank you.

Really fantastic hotel in an ideal location in Old Montréal. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Loved the spa. One complaint was the room we were given was by the elevator and the room opened right to the bed rather than down a bit of a hallway which is typical. The TV was placed in an odd location which made watching it hard. The housekeeping was terrible! They constantly came late after we’d returned to rest after all day out, forgot to replace coffee mugs and take old ones, didn’t leave new wash cloths, never once replaced lotion. For such an expensive luxury hotel, the housekeeping was really oddly sloppy. We did love the front desk people, spa and concierge. Maggie Oakes was pretty good too. We will be back but will ask for a better room.

Went for dinner… the atmosphere is ok with live music but very loud and smoky. Food is so-so, including the service. For drinks, not much of a selection… and pricey as well. The live music, which included one belly dancer was just so-so.

I had brunch at Fathom in Victoria on July 21, 2023. Our server, Sunny, and the manager, Kate, were outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.

We started with the crispy chicken sandwich, which was perfectly cooked, crispy and juicy. The chicken was coated in a crispy batter and served on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, and aioli. The chicken karaage benedict was also delicious. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked and the chicken karaage was crispy and flavorful. The salmon and shrimp tartine was another great dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the shrimp were juicy and flavorful. The tartine was also topped with a delicious avocado spread.

Overall, we had a wonderful brunch experience at Fathom. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. The patio at Fathom is one of the best in Victoria. It is located on the waterfront and offers stunning views of the harbor. We would definitely recommend Fathom to anyone looking for a great brunch spot in Victoria.

It was my first time ordering here and I must say that their jollofrice is indeed very tasty. Their customer service was great!

We were invited to a wedding so no comment on the rooms as we did not book one. Speaking about the establishment per se,it was fantastic. The first and most important factor would be it’s incredible staff. I am speaking top of the trade attendees.
The hotel itself was gorgeous and comfortable. Restrooms plentiful.
I did notice a spa which was being frequented which is a nice touch to a hotel.
Location is great if you’re around the downtown area.

Great dj and music the entire night. Food was yummy and deserves an easy five star. I didn’t enjoy the Shisha though not the best I have had. I wouldn’t recommend

An average place to have hookah and food. Atmosphere was not all perfect for hookah night. Sitting arrangements and music were not up to the standards. We ordered fries they were really good. Service for coal change was not good. We ordered 3 hookahs and only 1 flavour was really good it was mazaj love. Rest were pathetic. Also they don’t have much flavour as other shisha bars have. Check other options not worth time and money.

I went to the terrace, had a cocktail and some entrees, everything was delicious and the view, omg the view, since it's in Old Montreal- old port, you get a view with water surrounding you. Gorgeous place and the waitresses were really nice. They even charged my phone 💚

My organization made the wonderful choice of using Tasty Jollof's catering service for a large meeting and let me just say it went above all our expectations. Their serving portions are generous and the quality of the food was phenomenal. We ordered jollof rice, egusi soup, chicken, plantains, and their garden salad. Everything was absolutely amazing! Additionally, Bridgette was very accommodating to all our dietary restrictions and she provided exemplary service. Everything went better than I expected and I would most definitely use their service for any future needs.

Took me forever to get to this place with my friends and then I just wanted a sandwich and beer and they didn't let us in for no reason.

Do not go here! The room was extremely hot and have cigarette smell. After we asked the employee to turn up the AC, it was still very hot in the room. The menu is very sticky,so you can imagine it never gets cleaned. The washroom was okay, but lights are dim in some slots. There are so many other better places to go for karaoke in that same area. Avoid this place!!!

I had so much fun this weekend at Hyde & Seek, the service was amazing & the people was amazing. Security was amazing they my friends feels safe & bartender was extremely polite. I love the music it was actually a whole vibe & I’m definitely coming back next weekend.

What an excellent find! We grabbed a table at 12:25pm on a Father’s Day Sunday, needing to be back across the street at the ferry terminal by 1:30pm for immigration/customs, and the kind folks at Fathom did an excellent job. I got a Caesar beverage — good and spicy — and we got a chorizo and bacon hash, chicken sandwich, and a classic eggs Benedict. All were served with flavorful home fries, and they were all really delicious; the portions were generous and the hollandaise was on point. I particularly liked the great spice level of the hash. The decor was elegant and classy without being fussy. It was the perfect Father’s Day brunch!

Great new location on the water. Food was phenomenal. Tables felt close together like I was hearing what everyone was saying around me. But I can't really blame them wanting to maximize the patio area. Server was attentive but casual and knowledgeable. There when needed but not always interrupting. Definitely a great place to try!

My girlfriend and I went to this place for AfroBeats night. This was our first true night out in Vancouver since we've been in town for vacation. The bartenders and the overall vibe was great this was the best bar we went to in Vancouver. I would recommend anybody that's coming into town or anybody in general to come to this bar.

I came in last Saturday with my friends, we got a booth & everyone was extremely polite & friendly & helpful throughout the whole night.

The security was amazing & the servers as well.

Very nice place, friendly staff, superb and constantly have the best quality of foods which is served hygienically. Serving and packaging is just wow. Cost effective with huge variety of menu to offer. TASTY JELLOF is the Best restaurant I have ever visited here in SCARBOROUGH I Recommend their food to everyone.

We went there for a birthday party with a group of 8. We took out 2 bays and played 9 holes over 2 hours.

I recently stayed at Hôtel William Gray and I have to say I was blown away by the experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Montreal's Old Port, and the location couldn't be more perfect. Everything you could want to see is just a short walk away.

The rooms at Hôtel William Gray are spacious, elegant and comfortable. I loved the modern decor and the fact that they have kept the building's historic charm. The amenities in the room were fantastic - from the comfortable bed to the luxurious linens and the Nespresso machine, they have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to accommodate any requests I had, and provided some great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. The hotel also has a great rooftop bar with stunning views of the city.

Room smelled like smoke. Was quite irritating to throat. Song selections were standard and usage was standard. Was roughly 500$ before tax and tip for a 20 person room. Dice and cups were provided for gambling games. Sound system and microphones worked well without too much interference. Kitchen service doesn't start until 10 so we had to wait quite a bit for food. They would bring out one dish at a time so we were still getting food at 1 am. Would recommend eating beforehand. Amount of food was also quite small and not reliable - fish balls stated 12 count but definitely did not get that many per order. Compared to other places, did not feel like the food was adequate for the amount of money spent.

Manager at night is NEW and extremely rude and aggressive. And the company is suffering.
I suggest the owner Abdul Allah look in to this and see how this new manager is behaving with clients and customers it is certainly not professional and setting a bad image for Mazaj because this place was a good place to have a good time but not with this new management

The food is great and good amount, the music is cool, different for a person that doesn't have a middle East background.
But service is not that great. There is a lot going on so they were a little dispersed. And please don't ask for water, they charge $2.50 for a plastic bottle water, Rather ask for a soda, if you don't drink alcohol.

My sister celebrated her birthday here last night. The food was okay, nothing special. The service was pretty good minus the fact that we had to continuously look for and call on our server for whatever, rather than being checked on during our visit. The vibe is awesome; especially the layout, lighting and music (especially dj). Despite all of this, I still gave this place 1 because I ABSOLUTELY lost my hearing as a result of being there last night. I left having a massive headache and RINGING in my ears. I took an advil before going to sleep, and still woke up this morning to a huge headache, RINGING in my ears, and extremely hurt ears (like the inner ear is in pain).

If you want to save your hearing, don't attend this place.

I had a fantastic experience at Tee Up this past weekend. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the pizza was delicious, and the simulators were the best I've ever played on - even the putting was great! The atmosphere was awesome and perfect for hosting events. Overall, it's an excellent destination for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable golfing experience. Highly recommended and I will be back!

Enjoyed a nice meal here with some friends - we shared all the appetizers on the menu (except salad) as well as the scallops entree. Service was excellent, room is very cozy and a nice amount of space between tables - really lovely renovations. The food is interesting yet approachable and you can tell the chef has really taken the time to created an elevated menu. My only ‘dislikes’ are personal preferences so I won’t get into them, however a couple dishes were a little busy and some of the fried items could have come a little crispier. Overall a great night, will definitely be back to try more dishes & drinks. A much needed addition to Victoria’s restaurant scene.

I've been to most of the golf simulator spots in the city and Tee Up is by far my favorite. The place was spacious, and extremely clean. Had a great atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The simulators had incredible graphics, which made it feel like I was really on a golf course. I especially liked the auto tee system, which made things quick and easy . Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves golf or just wants to have a great night out. The owner came to check up on us and if we needed anything he was always there.

3 - The falafel plate was so yummy but the salad ( cucumber and lettuce) weren’t fresh
4 - The hookah in the beginning was good but after 35 min start gave me burned taste
5- Turkish coffee and Mango juice so good and yummy
6- The place was cleaned and organized

Don’t live near here, loud music for a few blocks away until early hours of the morning. Don’t bother trying to call, you’ll just get a very shrill beep in your ear before the phone disconnects

Been twice now, one VIP (photo with the two sand types), one normal booth. Great experiences, awesome people who work there. Hoping the bar will open soon (we've been told). They'll have league play soon as well, which sounds fun. Appreciate the staff and owners helping out and chatting about future plans. Best sim in the area made better by the service, bar and food options.

We ordered ahead for take-out and had placed the order for a Family Platter, Chicken Wings & Manakeesh. The family platter is pretty huge, with lots of meat variety in it. It's good enough for 6 - 7 average diet people. We'd ordered 20 wings in 2 different flavours (Hot BBQ & Cajun), which both tasted nice. Also their Manakeesh (Cheese & Zaater) were great in taste as well as very soft & tasteful. But the Chicken Shawarma (which was part of the family platter) was very dry and a little hard, like it wasn't fresh.

The service was good & staff was very friendly. The place is basically is a Shisha Lounge and not a restaurant per say, hence the atmosphere was accordingly filled with smoke. So it's not a good place for families with kids.

However, their food is nice with good portion sizes and very reasonable prices.

During our visit, because the order was big so some of the items got missed and when we called the restaurant, the staff apologised and requested to come back and they'll make it up for us. So we visited again and the owner took care of us and was very courteous.

All in all, a good place to hang out and have nice Middle Eastern Halal food. 👍🏼

10/10 experience guaranteed. not only do they cater to the nightclub atmosphere, they’ve also just opened a smaller, more intimate venue in the front part of the club. they’ve recently launched a brunch menu exclusively on Sundays, with different chefs each week! The attached video was from their launch this past Sunday. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!

Im writing this review after my second visit to this place. And it was no different than the first time. Great consistency.
The dinner was served in generous board and great quantities, and several dishes For AUTHENTIC AUTHENTIC middle eastern appetizers.
The servers in this place are extremely friendly and fulfill orders very fast.
Shisha is great.
And the atmosphere, vibes and lighting were fantastic.
More food came to the table but was busy enjoying the taste rather than taking pictures.

I was really excited when my friend brought me for lunch. The service was meh. The food was good, not amazing. The portion was great but the food was room temperature and seriously lacked flavor. It was if they cooked with no spice at all. Disappointing when Nigerian food is normally packed full of flavour and spice. When I asked for pepper sauce, they brought me Frank's Red hot sauce!! I felt offended at that point lol I would go back and give them a second shot BC I have heard good reviews - maybe the day I went was an off day?

I really liked the burger here, the place is no e and the staff is great! The burguers come alone you will have to order side dishes like fries or salads, overall good prices, you'll pay around 12 dollars for a burger.

The money you paid, is worth it.
$65 for appetizers and food.
Delicious, clean, nice and friendly staff.
Belly Dance, Dj and singer.

We waited about 30 mins in line to get in on a Friday night, it was not even busy inside when we finally got in. Don't know why they were holding up the line. It seemed that if you knew the promoter or the security they let you cut the line and go right in. I guess they just want to keep a line outside to make them look busy. Eventually as the night went on, it did get busier inside. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, not clean and smell so bad. Drinks were okay. Only thing good was the music, they played afrobeats, hip-hop and dancehall.

Spontaneously came here on a Friday night, and got the Hello Kitty room. The room was clean, and the staff was decent. There were two downfalls which were the song selection touchscreen was laggy, and the simplified Chinese covering the already existing lyrics.

Want to be clear that this one-star rating is for weeknights and weekends only. Their weekday afternoon happy hour is more like a 4-star experience, with much better service, clean rooms, decent selection of songs (not 5 stars because the washrooms never have soap, the song selection touch pads have sensor issues, and the call button for service is a loud constant beep until the service guy comes in to cancel it. So you can't really sing during this time).

We've become a regular for their weekday afternoon happy hour this year, since our old go to Karaoke closed down due to the pandemic. But the past two weeknight/weekend experiences were so bad, they lost us as customers forever. There are many Karaoke places in Markham, we will spend our money elsewhere.

Problems we had these past two weeks:

- worst service we've had in any Karaoke place.

Bad experience # 1 - Weekend afternoon K - Right from the start, the two staffs acted just like another reviewer here said "seemed really upset that we existed". They kept saying they don't want to do this, and push the other person to open a new room for us. Yes, arguing back and forth right in front of us like we didn't exist. We thought if they are that busy, we were about to leave and go to another place. Then one of them asked "can you just have one mic?" and reluctantly took us in.

- found out the place was only half full, yet they gave us a dirty room filled with smoke smell (literally smelled like a big party of smokers just left).

- no mic covers (which are standard now), and the mics they gave us had no batteries from the start. We called them through the loud service button, never came, we had to go outside and chase them to get new mics and mic covers.

- we were there for a few hours, service was very slow (we ordered beers and food intermittently). Many times they didn't show up, so we had to go outside to find them.

- paying time, they said "the machine has some problems", we can only pay cash. Didn't look at us, not apologetic at all, just wanted us to pay and leave. This has never happened to us during the weekday afternoon K.

Bad experience # 2 - Weeknight - still got a dirty smoke filled room, still had slow and bad service throughout. But worst than before, the minimum charge they told us was not what they ended up charging.

- AGAIN "there's something wrong with the machine, pay cash only". They didn't even give us a receipt, we're pretty sure they were trying to pocket some money.

- Bad attitude as always, not apologetic at all, more like our existence inconvenienced them, "just pay up quickly and leave" attitude.

Pros: - Wide spacious room.
- Decent song selection of English, Korean, Chinese music
- Decent menu
- Music is all cataloged and selected through a touchpad mounted to a wall. The search function made it so easy to find the song we were looking for.
Cons: -Not the best service. The person ringing us up at the front seemed upset that we existed. He didn't smile, speak to us or even look up during and after our transaction. :( Maybe he was having a bad day.
- Disgusting washroom. NO SOAP! WHY??!?! Honestly, the women's washroom looked like someone had trashed it.
- It took us 15 minutes to find parking 🥲

Tasty jollof is definitely the best restaurant I have visited here in the GTA. The variety of fresh meals being prepared are finger-licking good, the customer service is amazing and I always get value for my money’s worth. I usually order Amala & Ewedu, Efo riro, Suya, Ewa goyin, Buka stew, Lunch/Dinner platter amongst others. And by the way, the location is very convenient.

It is a cool bar, nice ambiance, bartender was very friendly and diligent. We tried some of their cocktails and a couple by request, they were pretty good.

The food menu wasn’t as interesting though; so, it’s probably better to go just for drinks.

We came mid-week, not too late at night so, we just walked in and sat on the bar.

It was okay at best. I'm not really a karaoke person, but some family and friends enjoy it. Was in a theme room and it was a little run down and that incredibly strong scent of cigarettes. The staff tried to address it, so that was okay and they did address some other things right away. Then again, I think we were the only ones there at the time. At least one mic looked like it was near end of life with metal wiring sticking out of the head. The cover put on it was also torn. Sound was okay and I didn't interact with the system to comment. Free parking out front. Washrooms were in need of attention, and we were there fairly early that day, likely before their main busy times, so I kind of expected they would have been cleaned.

Pros: very nice room, lighting, fast service & the servers we had were very nice. Good selection of songs and sound system.

Cons: I would have given the place 5 stars but when I booked my regular room I was told the minimum price was $250 + taxes = $300 something. Upon arriving I confirmed the price with the server again. 10 minutes after the manager came in and said "the minimum price is actually $350 + taxes and tips". I said okay because I knew I was going to order more than $350 worth of food and drink. But that was just very sketchy, and they put you in a tough spot where all your friends are already there and you cannot cancel. When I was checking out the other KTV I also experienced the same thing where different servers told me different prices and all were more expensive than the online price.

Went for the first time. Menu was WAY Overpriced, the selection is only in Mandarin so we were left guessing and scrolling for songs, mic and speaker was poor quality. Atmosphere was aesthetically nice but that was about it. Service wasn’t that helpful. They did not know how to make drinks- one drink had no alcohol and the cocktails were poured in pint size glass. A glass of water with lemon was $6.50 yet the beer was $6.99. How does this even make sense to overcharge for water???? We also asked if there was gratuity charge included or if the room was a minimum of $250.00 for the night before tax, but failed to tell us that they included a 15% room charge on top of the 13% HST for a total of 28%. My small glass of wine was $12.99 ...ridiculous!

Waitress was really friendly and attentive. We walked in at 6:58pm on a Wed and she immediately mentioned happy hour is ending in 2 mins. She immediately helped us squeeze in a couple beer orders. Chicken wings only has one flavour which is quite spicy if you are not an usual spicy food lover.

The plave is cozy and it looks so new. Brick walls and some pot plants add this nice contrast and fresh feeling.

Food menu has okay selection. Pizza is $14 each. They do have daily special for food. Will definitely go back sometimes
