I and my girl friend reserved golden gate bikes for Saturday. Unfortunately, the weather prediction reports it will be a rainy day. I make a phone call to cancel my reservation. The service is quick and straight. He told me that I am all set and refund my money in less than 10 sec.
It’s that quick. I like it a lot.😃
I will definitely choose this rental bike the next time.

Amazing day trip to Salsalito from San Francisco crossing the Golden Gate Bridge. Only $36 to rent the bike for the whole day and the store only closes at 7h30pm, so could enjoy a evening biking as well. On the way you can explore the fish market, palace of fine arts, enjoy the beautiful views of salsalito and if lucky see this amazing sunset from the top of the Golden Gate Bridge. Unforgettable day! We did the Golden Gate and Sausalito tour on Nov 11. Rick was our tour guide and made the entire trip fun and informative. Pacing was perfect. Get the eBikes. He is also an excellent photographer taking pictures of all the stops. Marcus took care of our arrival and made sure we were all set up. Yesterday, my husband and I rented E bikes from Golden Gate Bridge bike rentals! They were located directly across from our hotel, so we thought it was natural to rent from them. We rented reserved and paid online before we arrived. That process was easy. We arrived between 9 and 10 AM and there was a little lineup of people waiting to get on their bikes. One young fellow was running the whole show. He did an amazing job of getting people’s info and getting them going on their bikes. we were very impressed with our E bikes. They were in good condition, and my husband noticed that the young fellow really did give the bikes a once over before he gave them to the customers. Our bikes were in great shape and the batteries held all day.
We would definitely rent from them again.

We had such a great experience with the new owners of Rail Trail Bikes. The owners were so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to go back. Plus their dog is super cute.

We picked this bike shop for its early open hours and proximity to the trail and I’m glad we did! We visited the bike shop under its new ownership with Phillip. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Fitted us for bikes, offered helmets, gave us maps (with suggestions!) and complimentary waters! Highly recommend this shop for biking in the Cape!

Great tour from fisherman’s wharf to Sausalito, our tour guide Paul was great. Plenty of opportunities to stop for photos, great knowledge and information shared of the landmarks

We came to Acadia and rented bikes for the day. Sky was so accommodating —from outfitting us to giving great ideas on the Schoodic loop! It was a pleasant day and able to be away from the crowds!

Right on the rail trail and super convenient parking area. The cheese shop next door does amazing sandwiches so we picked some up, grabbed our bikes and had the most incredible morning exploring. I can’t recommend Rail Trail Bike and Kayak Shop enough.

Beautiful and peaceful. Ate my lunch here and stared at the water. Boat dock close by but the area is quiet. Clean and well kept. Not sure if it was my timing but not very crowded either.

Sure enjoyed renting a couple of e-bikes from Samantha and riding the Rio Grande to Carbondale and Glenwood Canyon to Hanging Lake. Everything is so biker friendly and the people are so friendly. Thx GCB!!

Had two flat tyres but they sorted them out very quickly and were very apologetic for the bag luck!
Only constructive feedback is that service should be quicker when checking in getting ready for your tour!

Boat rentals closed due to wind on a Saturday with a mild breeze with no notice on their website.

Really helpful bike hire, our bikes were carefully chosen for our sizes and adjusted for a comfortable ride. They were extremely well serviced bikes and rode like a dream!

The track to Winter Garden is an interesting ride and winter garden is the perfect place to stop and have a pit stop.

My sister was vending at this location. A great quiet kept secret. The atmosphere is so tranquil, plenty of greenery along the pathway is water as You choose to ride your bike, walk, skip, hop, run, etc. Great place to Have an organizational picnic or family outing under the gazebo

We rented bikes here to bike around the Schoodic Peninsula. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I used the online system and it worked flawlessly. The bikes were in great shape as well!

Excellent service! I had broken derailer and the mechanic repaired it very quickly. I pointed out a few little issues with my bike and the mechanic knew exactly how to fix it. Had a nice chat too, very friendly guy! I was counting in my bike during our trip in Cape Cod, so this a real blessing! Much appreciated, very reasonable price too. Highly recommended!

It's Sunday in Aug and no boat rental no Post on there website my kids are disappointed

Gary is a nice guys who is very passionate about the city he grew up in and loves the tell about the history as well as the latest and greatest of the city and it’s neighborhoods. He will take all the time needed to provide answers to any questions you might have far beyond what was needed for your trip. Based on his advice we’ve had an excellent trip beyond the standard Bridge - Sausolito tour bringing looping us through Union square past some small-scale interesting shopstreets, recreational area’s and other points of interest. The bikes we’ve rented where excellent, well adjustable (supported by Gary if needed) and well maintained as you might expect from the owner being a passionate biker himself (the disc brakes gave us the confidence to go down Lombard street). Thanks Gary!

We had an excellent experience here! Gary was helpful and very friendly, providing us with great tips about the area along our planned trip to Sausalito from Fisherman's Wharf. He made sure our bikes fit us well and provided us a spare tube and pump in case we had a flat tire. The bikes were in great condition and were very comfortable for the entire ride. Gary promised us a great experience and he delivered! Return was easy and price is perfect.

Our tour tour guide Aaron was a wealth of knowledge about San Francisco. We loved his enthusiasm for the city and his passion for biking. Our tour group had families from different parts of the U.S. and other countries, and Aaron was able to give us comparisons and statistics on the city based on each of the areas we came from and allowed plenty of opportunities for us to ask questions. He made sure to always check that our tour group stayed together and waited on those of us who were lagging behind. When our kid fell and scraped his finger, Aaron very quickly produced a bandaid from his first aid kit. After we rode across the Golden Gate Bridge, our family decided to explore Sausalito on our bikes and then take the ferry back. I definitely suggest getting to the tour in plenty of time to check-in, get fitted for helmets, and get comfortable with your bikes. In retrospect, our 8 year-old was a tad too young to take on such an adventure based on his biking capabilities, but we made it intact and have memories for a lifetime.

We rented some bikes and had an awesome time riding around schoodic. Conveniently located and friendly staff. Will be back next time for the kayaking.

Awesome experience! The owner was very knowledgeable and courteous. Provided a safety check on bikes rented even though they looked new. Provided a map and numerous recommendations to my son and I. Price was the best I saw all week in San Fran. I would highly recommend this business.

The guy was nice but had no interest in helping us have a good experience. My husband, myself and my son are all over 6 foot tall. Out of the three kayaks that were left, only 2 were big enough for us. My husband flipped out of the kayak 10 min in. Then spent the next 3 hours watching my son and I while he was soaking wet :( Not a very good experience at all. Maybe have a better knowledge on what's available would help. Had we have been informed that there were only 2 that would fit us, we would have not went and wasted that money. Also, when we got back and told the man about it, he said, "Yeah, sorry". BUT my son and I loved kayaking around the pond. I just wish we ALL could have enjoyed it :(

I had the best time riding on the Schoodic Peninsula thanks to Sea Schoodic Bike & Kayak! The entrance to Acadia NP is visible from the road outside the bike shop, so it couldn’t be more convenient for renting. And the shop owner encouraged me to try out the trail across the peninsula so I could “ride in the pines.” Great recommendation! I will absolutely come back to rent here again.

We rented two e-bikes to go from San Francisco, over the bridge, to Sausalito for the day.
My husband’s bike battery started to drain really fast compared to mine, so we had to cut our trip short which was very disappointing. When we talked to the staff at the store they were very unconcerned that the bike did not preform up to standards.

The trip, though shorter than we hoped, was beautiful. Highly recommend biking over the bridge. We took the ferry back because of the battery issue, and it was a nice quick trip back.

Great place to start your bike ride along the anacostia river trail. Decent amount of parking with decent bathrooms and a huge covered seating area.

We had a great 2 days biking the Schoodic Peninsula. The first day, we did the road loop. Really lovely way to experience the coastline. Also, stopped for ice cream. The second day we biked a few of the inland bike trails. Challenging but really fun! The owner let us leave the bikes we rented outside her shop since we were staying on Schoodic but didn’t really want to bike from the house. She gave us all sorts of ideas for good routes. Great place. Nice bikes!

This is a beautiful spot. I went there for the annual Caribbean Heritage Festival. The parking was handled successfully by the PG Parks & Rec. The only thing is the dangerous/busy road that leads to the park.

The trail is incredible! Clean paths, a looooot of trees, great stops signs, which made us feel safe. The guy that works inside the bike rental shop was awesome. He had amazing customer service and was very friendly with everyone. We'll definitely be back.

What a Great Service we had from Joe. We came from MA, and loved the trails so much! There are plenty of restaurants in Winter Garden Center. You must go next time you are in the area.

Loved the entire experience!
I have booked the Saturday 10 AM guided tour two weeks prior to avoid sold out tickets. I could have chosen just to rent the bicycles and ride by myself, but having a tour guide was better for the first time riding in SF and over the Golden Gate Bridge.
Once you are done with the tour, you can use the rented bicycles up until 8 PM when the shop closes down.
We chose the city bicycles and not the electric ones, and got ferry tickets in advance. The whole tour was 8 miles and lasted 2.5 hours. It was an unbelievable experience, something that has been on my bucket list for a long time and I am glad this was the company I chose for it.
The whole process was really easy, from booking and paying online, to choosing the bicycle, and having a really nice tour guide. We made several stops and listened about the history of San Francisco, as well as taking pictures. It did not feel rushed at all. Some hills were challenging and slowed me down but the guide made sure to check in on us at all times. The views were stunning even though it was a bit foggy. Once we got to Sausalito, we had a choice of either getting on the ferry back to SF, or spend time in Sausalito. We decided to get on the ferry as we were quite tired. We made great memories that day!

Great place to rent bikes. The gentleman that owns it was nice to talk to. Rental includes helmet and if renting by day includes a lock. Bikes are solid no frills and well maintained. Easy access to Rail Trail from the shop. Will definitely rent from him again.

Parking is kind of scarce during nicer days but the park is nice. They have fishing, biking, walking, kayaking in addition to having picnic tables under a shaded canopy.

The best guide in the city, 100% recommended, by far the best activity we did in the 5 days we were visiting San Francisco. Thanks a lot Gary for the great bike ride ever.

Had a lovely time riding my bike, it was a Saturday so lot of people came out to rollerblade, jog and walk as well. The trail is wide enough for left and right traffic and has some beautiful scenery. They even has a butterfly garden along the way.

Excellent exercise with small moving-around kids! It might be hard to move it alone, but the breeze was lovely, and I could go to the Queens theatre or the tennis court.

Where should I start? I recommend you not to waste your money on this rides that looks fun but are not. My husband and I decided to rent a surrey car and this cars are very heavy and slow, so you will get very tired riding this in only 10 mins. Due to this issue we switch to bikes and they need some maintenance, I couldn’t have balance in my bike and my husband’s wheel needed air. It was not how we expected, the guy who attended us was kind but there should be 2 people in this spot.

We rented bikes to ride the trails. The prices were fair and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

They have 2 types of bikes you can rent. Comfort bikes that are like Cruisers they cost $9 an hour and Road bikes that cost $12 an hour.

We did the trail towards Winter Gardens it was 4.5 miles. The trail is mostly shaded which is great with this heat. There are benches throughout the trail so you can stop and take a break if you need to.

Let me start off by saying the home we rented was beautiful! It is in Port St Joe and it is called “Oyster Cove”. We have never been to this area and didn’t realize how secluded it is from everything. There are a few restaurants near by but not many. We came in on a Saturday and everything was closed or had closed by nine. The house we rented was supposed to have an elevator and that was why we paid soo much for it because we had two people in our party that couldn’t do stairs. The elevator was torn up and didn’t get fixed until Thursday afternoon and we left on Friday. We had some other small issues but they were not that big a deal. We did expect to be compensated because of the situation with the elevator but was told they don’t do that which was a big disappointment considering we rented this place because of this amenity. Also it states that we have our own private beach, which is fine as long as you know it’s completely dark brown and covered in large rocks. You can walk on it but not suggesting you get in it. Not at all what we were expecting. I would think that after having repairmen out for four days that “No Worries” would be have been able to make it right! Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them!

We had such a great day exploring the scenic Schoodic Peninsula loop on 7/28/22!! Our whole rental experience went smoothly & the staff was super friendly & accommodating. We had one glitch with a wobbly bike seat that needed an adjustment after we were a few miles into our ride. We called Sea Schoodic & Sky so kindly drove out, made the adjustments & within minutes had us on our way! Great service!!! Thanks again Sky!!😊 I highly recommend this 12 mile ride if you really want to appreciate Acadia's breathtaking beauty without crowds. It was definitely a highlight of our trip!!!🚵‍♀️👏

Part of the party of the below review. The experience was absolutely true as described. The response also lies that we rode the elevator for three hours. We entered the house at 4, rode the elevator once to drop off luggage, returned to the first floor, my grandfather boarded the elevator, and it descended and became stuck. There were no open doors. We did not break the elevator in any way.

No worries as long as nothing goes wrong, then it's all the worries. I would have given them zero stars but that wasn't an option. This was our second stay in the same hone rented through No Worries. We have to be very specific when we rent in CSB because we travel with a handicapped family member who requires an elevator as he can't do stairs. The first year we stayed at Villa Barbados was great. We had no problems so we immediately rebooked for this year after that stay. Our adult children arrived at the home about ten minutes before us and began unloading the car and used the elevator to take suitcases to the appropriate floors. When we arrived, my 83 year old dad went in to the elevator to go to his room on the second floor. We have stayed in this home before and are familiar with how the elevator works. As soon as he secured the doors and pressed the button, the elevator dropped down several inches and was stuck. We contacted no worries who talked us through the emergency release methods and we were able to gain access to my dad and get him out of the elevator however the elevator was no longer functional. They sent out their maintenance person who was very nice, but tried the things he knew how to do and couldn't get the elevator to reset. We contacted the owner and asked for either a refund or an alternative place to stay because my dad cannot take stairs. He tells us no because in the contract it says the elevator is for convenience only and is not something they provide refunds for. If you prefer to their VRBO listing (which may have changed but we have screen shots) it lists that an amenity is that it has an elevator that services all floors and Ii n the handicap accessibility it listed an elevator. Eventually, he agreed to move us and then we could come back after the repair person could get out which would probably be Monday (this was Saturday). We moved to the new home which was in a neighborhood with no views and no beach access. We were told we could not have access to the other home while we stayed in the alternate. They didn't repair it Monday. Tuesday, the office girl said they were at the house repairing it and we would be able to go back that afternoon. They never called us back and didn't answer the phone in Tuesday late afternoon when we called. Wednesday we were told they actually never were there Tuesday but were there Wednesday and we did get back into the home Wednesday evening to stay until Saturday. We asked if we could have a refund of the difference between the two homes for the nights we stayed at the lower alternative and were told no. This amounted to approximately an 1100 difference and we felt like we shouldn't have to pay the same price per night for the nights we stayed at Livin the Dream as we were paying for Villa Barbados. Then they started accusing us of breaking the elevator. Now why they would let a family who negligently broke an elevator return to finish their stay, who knows? We were accused of everything from opening the doors while it was in motion (which you can't do because once you engage the elevator, all elevator access doors lock) to joyriding in the elevator for over an hour ( I don't know about you, but that sure sounds like what we would spend many thousands of dollars doing at the beach - riding up and down a residential home elevator for an hour.) The homes no worries represents are lovely but the owner and his staff are the worst. We have spent well over $10,000 with them between this year and last year and that's the treatment we received. But "no worries" we will never rebook with them again and will let everyone we come in contact with know of our experience. From this review and the others, it sounds like as long as everything goes well, you won't have any worries but if you do - you better BE worried. Relax and book elsewhere.

Highly recommended, Gary served us, he's a local and therefore very knowledgeable he gave us lots of tips and route recommendations, water to go with, water when we got back and a bonus, dinner recommendations!

The bikes were great, easy to use the gears, if you are not a cyclist the ride over the bridge has its challenges but nothing too terrible, it's well worth it when you get to Sausalito, such a pretty place. We caught the ferry back but if you give yourself plenty of time and you have the energy you can bike both ways

Went to come here and was told everything was available, obviously they don’t know what’s going on with their business. I came all the way here and was told there’s nothing. I am so angry and disappointed. The worst company.

Rented a kayak from the boat shop for $30 for the day (we are maryland residents) and kayaked for a couple hours up the Anacostia River to the Arboretum. Super easy and very chill, lovely Sunday afternoon, saw plenty of birds, a hawk, turtles, a few fish, and ducks!

Our group had so much fun biking the loop! The equipment was in excellent condition and staff took the time to make sure everyone had the right fit before departing. This ended up being our favorite day in Acadia! Beautiful coastal views the whole ride, and many fun stops along the way for viewpoints, snacks, and hiking. We will absolutely be back again. (Also still dreaming about the blueberry soft serve in Birch Harbor). Thank you to everyone at Sea Schoodic!!

Overall a good experience. The bikes are in very good condition and ride very nicely. Our only complaint about the bikes is the seats are awful. So uncomfortable! There are plenty of comfortable seats out there (even on CitiBikes!) so there’s no excuse for rock hard seats. There were also no baskets which surprised me because baskets are almost always available (for a price). Keep in mind: parents carry a lot of essential stuff, even on bike rides, so baskets are necessary. The price is $25 for 3 hours and the location is perfect because it is right on the Rail Trail so no need to ride on any busy roads to get there. For tourists and those not familiar with the Rail Trail: the trail is very nice but narrow. Riding side-by-side is not practical and there are many spots along the way that intersect with roads so be cautious, especially with children, when approaching those intersections.

Our family rented a home from No Worries in Cape San Blas, FL. Upon arrival, we entered the property to find the trash cans overflowing and reeking of a horrid rancid smell. The pool area was overgrown with weeds, the pool was discolored, and so low on water the skimmer could not function properly. As soon as we pulled under the carport, we noticed an abandoned canopy frame.

Immediately (approximately 30 mins after Saturday’s check in) we called the rental agency to report our findings and were told they would notify maintenance. We were concerned the inside would be as disheveled as the outside. The inside was not as bad but there were no hand towels in any of bathrooms and one of the bathrooms had noticeable water damage in the ceiling with no attempt at repair.

No one came Saturday and we did not hear from the company. We called again Sunday afternoon to inquire about if the trash cans would be emptied because of the smell and swarming bugs and the instructions explicitly states not to move them because the company does. The person who answered the phone said that someone from maintenance would be coming today (Sunday). Two gentlemen from maintenance eventually came to bring the trash cans to their designated places but regretfully explained that No Worries has another company that handles landscaping and the pool but they would contact them and see what could be done for us.

We never heard anything else from No Worries or maintenance in regards to the pool. My husband and brother in law spent the better part of Sunday evening making the pool area useable for our family, which included two young toddlers. They hand pulled all the weeds and overgrowth back, borrowed a neighbors water hose to fill the pool to an appropriate level, and sprayed all the dirt, sand, and other debris off the paver stone paths, pool deck area, and carport.

We received an email (no phone calls or attempts to reconcile) from No Worries on Thursday at 11 a.m. stating someone from landscaping would be coming out that day, which never happened.

We will never rent from this company again. The house itself was nice enough, but you can tell the company does not take care of the property or house or maintain it to the standards I would expect for nearly $8,000 a week.

There is not much that compares to the peacefulness of Gulf of Mexico and the ‘forgotten coast.’
However, this vacation rental fell short on many levels and I think some of the ‘forgotten’ was my family renting a beautiful home (@$900 a night) and SO many things not working. Hot water in all sinks/faucets as well as all electrical working is a MUST. I understand this is a new home and we were the first
guest to stayed here ... but issue after issue and no one wants maintance at their beach home multiple days when we only have 6 days at the home.
Also, there is a pandemic ... not one person who showed up cared about wearing a mask or was even considerate about how we have had to handled the pandemic.
I am not writing a review to be disrespectful to the company or the home owner but to say we were disappointed is an understatement.
Also the views online changed day #2 bc construction started next door. I know, the rental company can’t control weather or construction - - - but the rental home was just completed and I CLEARLY noticed once we arrived that the foundation next door was about to start.
I think honesty gets you further than trying to divert issues back to the customer.

Do NOT try to rent kayaks from these people. After reading their decent reviews and that they deliver to Indian Pass, I called to rent 2 tandem kayaks for 2-3 days. When I called, the woman (that’s seems to run the whole business) said she was very busy with other maintenance calls and would call back “in a few minutes”. Almost 3 hours passed before I finally called to see what the hold up was with no luck and a text from her saying she would call me back. I finally got a call back an hour later. I asked for the rentals to be delivered the following day. She said it would be no problem and would both be delivered the next morning. The next day it was past noon and still no kayaks had been delivered. I called to see where they were...again no answer so I left a concerned voicemail considering they had already charged our card and we were missing out on our rental time on such a beautiful day. She finally called me back and acted confused stating that someone called and left me a voicemail that morning saying the kayaks wouldn’t be delivered. I had NO missed call and NO voicemail. When I asked why they wouldn’t be delivered she began laughing and stating that the only kayaks they had left had holes in them and that she forgot that they don’t deliver to Indian Pass anymore. When I expressed my frustration with the entire process she cut me off and said her manager would be in contact with me and then hung up on me. I never received a call from a manager and most of an entire day of our vacation was ruined because of their unprofessionalism and neglect. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and appalled by the way I was treated. Don’t do it if you expect decent service.

Edit: The contact number and address that I dealt with is the exact same as No Worries Vacation Rentals. I do not have the wrong business. I would recommend contacting Google if another person is somehow using your EXACT contact information. For this reason, I will not be removing my review.

Beautiful and well-maintained, this is a great destination for riders, walkers, runners and roller-blade enthusiasts. The trail is wide and offers approximately 20 miles of path. There are several fun places to stop along your journey. Definitely plan to stop and enjoy downtown winter garden. On Saturday’s there is a farmers market.

There are many cute neighborhoods you can explore as well just off the trail.

Bladensburg Waterfront Park is a public park just outside of the D.C. boundaries in Bladensburg, Maryland. Steeped in history from the colonial period, the space has been through a lot. Now it's a space for the community where you can boat, fish, kayak, picnic, etc.

It's open from sunrise to sunset and comes with several parking lots (free parking). It's along the river and there's a dock with boats, kayaks, etc. There's a small red train and a playground that kids love. There's also a pedestrian bridge taking you to the other side of the river.

They do many events throughout the year from live music in the summer to festivals.

Best Park : Corona Park Flushing Meadows ; many outdoor activities.Boats foot paddled , seating four , life jackets supplied , reasonable pricing..Also Sailing from the boathouse..seasonal...great Summer day out ..nearest subway Willetts Point on 7 train NYC towards Flushing.. Picnic Areas ..Bike rentals..and four wheeled family friendly bikes . Part Of the Summerstage Free entertainment various act at times. Football , Cricket Baseball , Walking trails ..Can be muddy in areas after heavy downfalls of rain.

It's a great place, we were out and biking only 2 minutes after walking in! Now that's customer service! The prices are great too $30 per bike for the whole day! ($99 for a whole week)
They do tune ups and repairs.

The trails were a calming experience. But I must warn newcomers if and when you take the west orange trail: when you get to winter square, a sign will point left to direct you on your route, DO NOT go left _off_ of winter square, otherwise you'll get lost. Instead bear left and continue strait you'll see familiar markers soon after.
Over all had a great time!

No Worries is by far the most gorgeous home on the east coast of Florida! The view of the gulf is incredible from every story and the pool deck is out of this world! It has everything you need for a perfect day - the pool, the view, outdoor couches, super nice grill and bar area along with being just a few steps from the beach! It’s beautifully designed and we plan to vacation in this home every year! We also love that it’s walking distance to the farmer’s market and a cute coffee shop! We had the most fun staying at No Worries and it is the nicest beach house I’ve ever been in!!!

Our stay in Mexico Beach was incredible. The house we stayed in “The Mojo Risen” exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. The people at No Worries could not have been more helpful. All the necessary information was provided in advance and any questions we had were answered promptly. We will definitely book our vacation rental with No Worries again next year.

Other than long wait, lots of fun. Single surrey is $25 for an hour. Also can get paddle boat.

Had loads of fun here!! If you are coming for a boat rental come before 2PM if the wind speeds are above 15mph they will not let you onto a boat. They also have quite a few bikes to choose from. Really enjoyed my time here, great place for families, couples and friends.
