The office manager Yesi has great customer service and a positive attitude with all of her tenants here at Courtside.
I been living in Courtside since 2016 and the management team that we have now is best, Yesi is always there for me to help me she’s super sweet with all her tenants. I would recommend courtside to everybody.
Worst apartments there are rats in the building inside and out, problems with the air conditioning for more than 2 years in heat with 4 children, they never fix nothing at the building, they steal your money and than want to throw you out of the apartment, the sewers are always broken, they have no professionalism, Ingrid y Annette are the worst people ever and they mistreat you and treat you like a dog or worse.
Great place to live and manager is the best. Very well maintained.

My experience ram Miami River South was amazing. The leasing office was very attentive to all of my needs. They were very patient and kind especially Daneska, she helped me with the whole move. She was so sweet and kind and patient with me. I’m loving my new home and I suggest anybody who are looking to move here don’t think twice because they are really really nice and great people. I am super excited for my future here Especially that I’m new to Miami. She showed me all of the spots. I should travel to and it was amazing experience.

In recent weeks, my daughter and I have been engaged in the process of locating an apartment. Given that I work overseas, she was introduced to Daneska who provided exemplary customer service throughout the entire process. She responded to my communications and text messages even when she was off duty and continued to follow up until the process was complete. I had the honor of Daneska being my leasing agent. She went above and beyond with her kindness, gratitude and most importantly her patience with me. She convinced me into moving because out of every apartment I’ve visited in Miami i by far can say that she is the best one. Me and my mom absolutely adore her. Anybody that has the chance of working with her is seriously lucky. She made sure to call, email and keep us updated on our needs. I just got out of the leasing office where I was assisted by Jennifer. The relif, she was able to assist me renew my contract give me access to the building doors. Instructed me and walked me through the whole process. Honestly the level of professionalism in the leasing office it’s elevated thanks to management. I lived in Legacy Riverwalk for one year, it was great! The staff was so helpful and always attentive. I thank very much Isela Torres for always being so kind and professional. Same goes with the manager Susie Vidal. Enzo Caceres helped me very much with my moving out process. I also want to give a shout out to the Maintenance Crew, any request they would immediately fix! Thanks to the housekeeping. The area is very beautiful and they have it well maintained.
Worse experience ever with the visitor parking. They always tell you, you need a visitor parking pass and when I come to park there is no parking available and none of the cars parked have a visitor parking. Really rude the lady in front desk. They let people that are not from or are not visiting park there. Do not recommend at all
Regrettably, my experience at this building has been far from satisfactory. The leasing office's communication is abysmal, with delayed responses and inconsistent information. Moreover, the elevators are perpetually malfunctioning, leading to lengthy wait times and unreliable transportation within the building. It's incredibly disappointing that basic amenities like functional elevators are not upheld to standard. Potential residents beware: if you value timely communication and reliable elevator service, this building may not meet your expectations.

It’s the second time this week my house floods. My things ruined. At ram it’s either no running water or flooding. There’s no midpoint. What’s happening here is called negligence. No one seems to be held accountable for damages except for the us who rent… we are still being charged a really expensive rent even though our apartments are nowhere close to living conditions.
Legacy Riverwalk is the place you want to be! With such amazing support from the leasing staff, ready to help maintenance staff, on site amenities and friendly neighbors; it feels like home. From the moment I inquired for an apartment up until now, I have experienced nothing short of amazing! Isela, who is now the assistant manager, has been kind, helpful, efficient, thoughtful… darn good at her job! (An amazing person all-together).

Really enjoyed my time as a resident at the River Landing apartments. It's a great building (best outdoor pool in Miami imo) and really lovely friendly staff. Our concierge Yaimara, is an absolute star! Super professional, she always welcomes you with a smile and she goes above and beyond to be helpful.
The best part about living at Riverlanding is the concierge at the West Tower. Yaimara is always a pleasure to see in the morning when I leave out the building. She always greets me with a genuine smile and helpful anytime I have a question. My guest always tell me how nice and professional she is when they enter the building. She definitely has made my experience living here 10/10.
Easiest move in process I’ve ever had, this place is so sweet, apt are spacious, super clean, only been here two days, everyone is friendly. The leasing staff is is great here, Alex is awesome, extremely helpful, explained everything to us. This complex is very accessible, we have everything close to us. No hidden fees here, plenty of PARKING. The Pool is beautiful, the Gym has everything. We are extremely happy and feel lucky to have been able to move here. I def plan on staying for a while.

In general my experience was good. The apartments are very nice. Very convenient to have the grocery store in the same building. The lady at the reception (Yaimara) it’s very friendly and helpful. Nice to have her there and hope she stays for long term. My dog loved her.
I’m a first time renter! Legacy Riverwalk is quiet and family friendly. There’s a Nice pool and play ground for kids. You are close to stores and expressways. The complex is Beautiful on the inside and out. It couldn’t be better without ALEX and ISELA running the show. For my first apartment, They made the process very smooth. The Maintenance crew is top notch, If I knew their name I would shout them out. There is two crew members that are the absolute best and when I figure it out I will repost their names as well.

Great safe and clean apartments. Location is great! Very pleased with the staff Ramon and Eric in the main office. I feel welcomed here and the maintenance staff are amazing!

The place is roach infested. Management is beyond negligent. I put in a maintenance request a month ago and it still hasn’t been fulfilled. I come home today to a rent increase notice of $200. Absolutely the f… not !! My apartment flooded 12/18 today is 1/7 and maintenance/ management has yet to rectify the issue. This place is not worth it all all beware. I have a cleaning business so my place is always spotless . There’s no way I should have roaches .
I really like my building and feel happy here. A good opportunity for me and my family and I’m very grateful for that. The ladies in the office are nice and help me out. Maintenance service very good also and the best part is location for me. Anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and secure place, come see for yourself!

The manager doesn’t even let the kids play outside this place is the worst. It’s only a 2 star rating because the houses are okay but kids aren’t allowed to play outside and the kids won’t be able to play outside even if it’s summer.

A very nice clean building. The staff is really pleasant, especially Allie who helped me a lot. I really like the fact that it’s very secure & not just anyone can enter. Also many restaurants & stores nearby. Good location in the city. I would definitely recommend to everyone looking for an affordable & decent place to live.

She answered all my questions and left the line of communication open so she can let me about specials and when they have available units! I just had to give a 5 star rating for the customer service!

This is honestly the absolute BEST place that my family has ever had the opportunity to live in. Raquel, the assistant manager is such an ANGEL & has been such a blessing to my FAMILY. Also, the maintenance guys are ALWAYS very QUICK to respond & very helpful with things that are not even expected of them. Such an amazing community!! I love that the staff is very friendly, professional, helpful and focuses on my wants and needs in an apartment. When touring this property, I liked how clean it was and I felt very comfortable. I would differently recommend this property.
It’s been a year living here, I love the area very convenient to my daughter school and work, I love living in this apartment, it’s comfortable and clean like new the a/c gets very cold, has a dish washer, washer and dryer, what I love is if you have any issues with your place they come out and check what’s wrong and fix it that’s a plus, also, it have a mini gym where you can get a workout in, and to add Raquel who’s the assist. Manager she’s great, she always greet you with a big smile and is always interested in what you have to say, she always help me with any concerns or questions, great communication skills. Always a pleasure talking with her and Krystal as well, I would recommend this apartment complex. if I had one thing to mention that’s an issue with the place is the parking its a hassle to park there isn’t enough parking spaces.

This place is nasty always dirty.the manger are rude and very verbally aggressive. They send people to envicatio before the month is over. The black guy that clean the apartment is evil and doesnt do anyrhing
I frequent this building very often. The office staff as well as the facilities personnel are very nice and accommodating. They always go out of their way to help me with anything I need and make me feel welcome. The building is well kept and there is always plenty of parking unlike many other buildings in the area. If you are looking to rent in Miami I highly recommend.
This place has definitely changed for the better in the last few years. The new staff members have helped redevelop the whole property and brought in some great tenants. My family feels safe living here and we love the office duo, who treat us like family!
Great overall service from the main office. Staff made our moving process really easy and smooth. Safe and clean building. Staff makes you feel like home . We moved in during Christmas and we found the building decorated with lights trees and deers. Neighbors and residents are awesome and quite. Overall friendly environment. Safe for kids and families.
The best living facility you’ll find in this area. Despite being in the city, it’s very quiet once you’re inside the building. Never any issues with neighbors. Maintenance does a great job at keeping it clean and security does a great job at keeping here safe. Allie who’s on staff in the office downstairs is amazing! Always a pleasant experience when dealing with her.
I applied also but it’s been two yrs...same answer when I call. I paid the application fee once but nothing yet who can we contact about this? And I met a resident of this building and she mentioned people are always getting evicted out of the building she doesn’t understand how I been on the waiting list for 2yrs
The two ladies in the office are awesome, they always work with you, they follow the rules and its a pleasure going into the office because they're always willing to help. Maintenance is always a joy and very efficient, and so is the cleaning staff. Overall i feel safe and love living here.
Rude and disrespectful management team. I was hung up on when just inquiring about renting. They seemed determined to deny me a lease even after agreeing to provide all requested documentation. It's crazy how Hispanics don't want to be discriminated against but love to do it to others.
I applied over a year and a half ago, I know some people who applied after me and are now living in there and yet every time I contact them about what spot I'm in, they tell me THE SAME THING! I go in person and they say the same thing too. They sound like old records. I cannot believe I paid a $200 something fee for an application that they probably threw away in the trash and are just giving me an excuse about it. KEEP THAT MONEY IN YOUR POCKET; unless you know someone who works there you won't get an apartment, it's all about what friends you have that can give you a push in there which is sad because it is supposedly about who really needs the apartment not about who knows who.

Management sucks! If you’re not Dominican they’ll overlook your application. Parking rules are unfair. The maintenance guy, “Lazarito” kisses ass so that he won’t get fired after being discovered snorting cocaine. He will overlook any major maintenance problems such as AC failure just so that he won’t have to do the hard labor and save the company money. They don’t update their appliances regardless if your stove is malfunctioning. They’ll probably blame you and look at you crazy. The lady named Yazmin(Dominican) that works in the front, lives on the property and has her boyfriend living with her as well. Which is PROHIBITED on the lease. In other words nobody should be living at your apartment if they’re not on the contract, EXCEPT her. She can have her boyfriend living with her. She gives an automatic access code to those individuals that get along with her so that they won’t have any issues coming in through the gate without having to use their access key. The traffic that accumulates at the gate due to the parents picking up their children from the daycare/preschool located next to the office always gives the residence a hard time when they’re trying to enter the property. The one way in and out entrance/exit is a major SAFETY ISSUE that they don’t care about since they permanently locked every other entrance/exit. The apartments are infested with roaches, termite and creepy crawlers that come out from the ground. Those living on the first floor will experience those insects the most. They take two hour lunch breaks when in reality they’re only supposed to take an hour. Maria is like an aggressive bulldog, she is not approachable and is extremely aggressive. These individuals have built an unacceptable culture in this community. They don’t know what ethics means and definitely don’t care to practice diversity at this specific location. I️ was a resident at this location and moving out was the best decision I️ made.
