Super nice food, have been here many times. Best sashimi and wagyu beef.

Went there for the first time tonight, went with my partner for my birthday. And what can I say, the food was downright amazing and the quality of the beef was just exceptional. The fresh scallops were so sweet and juicy. At first I was a bit worried about the food coming out a bit slowly, but honestly it was just the right speed and by the time our time was up we were full.

Only downside is the drinks I think are a little bit expensive ($4.50 for a can of coke) but overall I would highly recommend this place, one of the best Japanese bbq’s I have ever had. Just make sure you book, and pay cash to get a cheaper price :)

Had an amazing dining experience at Yakiniku Gyuzou! The ambiance is cozy. The menu is extensive with a variety of premium meats and seafood, alongside other Japanese delights. The Wagyu cuts were exceptionally tender and flavorful. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish.

Recently visited this Japanese BBQ spot and was completely blown away! The quality of the meat was top-notch, and the flavors were authentic and rich. The staff was friendly and guided us on how to properly grill each cut. The ambiance added to the overall dining experience, making it feel like we were in Tokyo. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic Japanese BBQ experience!

First up, cash is king. On a Sunday for all you can eat we paid 80pp cash (88 for card).

We are not big eaters so the first dishes of all cuts were decent quality (saying there may be not so good quality on the repeats on the other reviews). Makes sense as the first is usually the most photographed.

Sashimi and nigiri were heavy handed on the rice to fish ratio compared to a Japanese sushi bar but very good quality for 80pp.

Overall good value for money variety wise and highly recommended even if it's not quantity you're selling but quality selection.

We love yakiniku in Japan and decide to give this a try. We had the buffet $80 pp. The beef although wagyu is not always the best. The best cuts I found here was the karubi and the short rib. Short rib was marblelised and cooks quick on the grill, very yummy and meets my criteria of what a wagyu is. The karubi is not consistently good, it depends what piece they give. The rest of the beef was just average. Quite like having the sashimi and sushi options. Sashimi was the best here, big pieces and fresh. Everything else was just ok. Ice cream was amazing however, love the sesame and matcha flavour.
Overall experience is good but not outstanding. Enjoyed only some of the items but not all.

I highly recommend this all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue restaurant. The quality of the various Wagyu beef options is excellent, and there are hardly any competitors at this price point. The sashimi is also delicious, with a strong recommendation for the raw beef, which has fantastic texture. The eel rice and sushi is also quite good. Additionally, they offer several flavors of ice cream, all of which are enjoyable.
Please note that beverages are not included in the buffet, but they do provide tap water. Cash payments receive a discount, and the best deals are usually available during weekdays' lunchtime. It's advisable to make a reservation on their website, as I once walked in at noon and was told they had no available seats until 3 pm!
