Worst office I have ever been to.. Worst front staff ever hired in a CSR position.
I have had so many bad experiences with this place I don't even know where to start, from the bad manners to the no appointments available for a week, to the zero call backs or over the phone medical results that they don't bother attempting, but I think the absolute worst thing is that the staff and part-time doctors just do not seem to care at all.
As far as I can remember my file with any medical office is exactly that, still my medical file, which I can have a copy of or any other information I need from it..

Zero Stars. If you cannot handle customer then why you open clinic. I am no 2 in queue it's more than 30 min eventhough on Hold. Yesterday I was on Hold for 3 hrs even no one picked called. Please improve your service

I had very bad allergic reaction, dr understood my pain and gave me good medicine to treat me well. I am happy

The worst front desk staff ever. Spoke to miss damanjot kaur and a guy today from the front desk. Hanging up calls on your face. Not really a good place to visit because of these people not cooperating with you everytime you call them.

Showed up at 8:55 am and waited until 9:10 am and the doors are still locked..
Don’t put on your website you open at 9:00 am if you don’t open up at that time.
You are actually wasting people’s time, have some morals and integrity and at the very minimum post that you don’t have set hours you losers.

I’ve been going to this doctor since I was 2017 and I have yet to have a good experience there but today was my last straw. I was going to walk in a couple weeks ago but I was told it was too late and my doctor wasn’t there so I tried again today because I know the doctors in as I was told by the staff that Wednesday and Thursday would be the days she’s in for walk in and I need to find some things out I walked in the place is empty and I’m being told the doctor isn’t taking walk ins only appointments… I was told to come back as a walk in and now I’m being told there’s no walk ins… very frustrating very disorganized and very unprofessional. I don’t have very many days off and today I used a day so I can check on my health to be turned away.The entire pandemic the doctor worked from home and you could only talk to her assistant now she’s back and I can’t even get a chance to see her when I need to. Don’t take this lady as your doctor she is not serious.

I called this clinic and was put into the queue at 9:40 am. There were 3 calls ahead of me so I chose to wait on hold until my turn. 20 minutes later I am still on hold. I then selected the option to keep my spot in the queue and they would call me back when it was my turn. I never got a call back. This is my second time trying to go to this clinic. I will not waste my time in the future. I found a professional clinic that an actual person picked up the phone and answered.
