My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Fulton for several years now. Her time spent with each of us, in thorough examination and careful follow-up, has been our greatest support in the last few years (which were full of health events and life turmoil). We sincerely appreciate all her care and attention.

The front office staff are very responsive.

A few years ago I was a patient of Dr Fulton's. She was amazing the first few times I saw her. I went through a traumatic experience and gained about 30 lbs in a short period of time. When I went to her for help she brushed it off and said I must just be overeating and she could send me to a weight loss clinic where they would do weigh ins and give me appetite suppressants. I went back to my previous doctor and got the appropriate treatment to help me heal. I will never get over the trauma of this experience.

Staff are friendly and respond quickly to email requests and appointments are on-time. Dr. Fulton takes the time to explain a diagnosis and guide patients through up-to-date gold standards/services available

My husband and I have just had the most amazing experience with Dr Roslynn Chuong. We both felt unwell and I decided to use the Rapid test for Covid Both Positive. I called the clinic and asked her for advice Within an hour she had arranged for my husband to be seen in a special clinic for assessment for vulnerable people. An hour after that he was in great hands and on an Intravenous drip. Our grateful thanks to all the professionals involved. Judy Diestel

I really like dr. Chow as she takes time to explain things, follows up properly, listens, makes me feel comfortable and offers support. Office staff is really nice and accommodating as well. My favourite doctor I’ve had!

Admin staff is absolutely atrocious. I called twice in 1 week with no answer and no call back, and when I called back the third time and asked why I hadn't been contacted, I was met with hostility from 'Ermelinda' who said she had no record of me calling and basically accused me of lying.

My doctor there is fine but clearly works in a 1 issue per visit model so is not very interested in the patient as a whole. I work in the medical industry and with family doctors every day so I know more than most - can only imagine what patients go through at this office who don't have the background I do.

It's a shame but will be looking for a new doctor because I refuse to take abuse from admin staff who can't adhere to their own policy and harass patients. Completely unacceptable.
