Dr. Tomasini is without a doubt, the worst doctor that I have ever encountered. He is rude and belligerent and am amazed that he is even in the profession of a doctor. He has zero empathy and has a penchant for removing people's drivers licenses. He has done this to countless people. Never, ever visit this doctor, even if there are few options.

I'm not a patient here. I just had a question regarding their services and they were very short and hung up. The call lasted 12 seconds.

Not sure why their process has changed in the last months. Emailing for appointment with GP used to be replied with a few days. 2 -3 emails and 1 week later still no response. Don’t bother calling because they are notoriously difficult to get ahold of anyway (that hasn’t changed) but with email now being unreliable - how do we get hold of GPs for nonurgent appointments? I don’t want to go to a walkin and get my GP to lose out on compensation but admin really needs to be more efficient for the sake of avoiding pts finding other ways to get medical advice from frustration. Whoever is the manager of this office pls look into this seriously.

Receptionist in the pharmacy are so rude specially the young tall guy, I'mnot sure if he'sthe doctor. I was talking to him about my mom's insurance and was explaining him that she never pays for her medicines and suddenly he told me who's going to pay for that ? Me !?
Such an awful and unprofessional behavior!! I was talking to him and he cut my words and said do you want to talk to a persian speaker !! Don't recommend this pharmacy at all.

Rude customer service especially on the phone. You guys supposed to be polite when the person who’s calling is being polite and the fact that you “health care” providers did not CLARIFY any instructions via phone call then expect us to know everything.
